Having a Day
I have already cried several times today. Of course I am exhausted from moving, and I am so much more emotional when I am tired. I feel like running but there is no where to run that my heartache does not go with me. I know everyone understands this. I also feel like there is so much in my life to be thankful for, so why can I not just focus on the good things God has given me. I do not want to be this way at all. I hate it when I am like this. Ugh!!!!!!

I know that when I\'m very tired and or sick that it escalates my grief and drains me. I am not surprised at all with your moving and all the changes and emotions that it brings that you are feeling as you are.
Of course you are thankful and it does not mean that you cannot feel this tremendous loss too... A both/and kind of feeling and not an either/ or. Feeling grateful and feeling the sadness of your loss of your beloved son.
This is a time of many changes for you and one thing that is a constant is the LOVE you have for Matthew. That goes with you wherever you are and is something that you can tap into and I know you do.
Please take care of yourself as best as you are able and let those tears flow, feel what you need to and know that you are lovingly supported and understood here.
Hoping tomorrow is a gentler day and that you can get some needed rest in the midst of such busyness.
Heartfelt (((hugs)))
