Bad news, Xanax DT\'s can be pretty bad. The best option is to taper down your dose, and ask a doctor for a longer lasting Benzo to help with the DT\'s. (Klonopin is the best one because of the Half-Life) If you don\'t have insurance, it\'s cheap online... um so I hear :)
