Have you ever lost the will to live?

Have things ever just seemed to continue to spiral downward so long that you have just flat out lost your will to live and go on? How did you turn things around and recoop?
My doctor assures me I have many years ahead but with the way things are in the family and with my health I have just no reson to want to go on.
I sure would apprecialte any suggestions you folks can give. I can't work due to the crohns and I even have a hard time leaving the house with having to stay so close to the bathroom. I use to be able to at least babysit but the fatigue has set in so bad I can't even do that more than  a day or two a week.
I feel like I am slowly dying inside and no one understands or seems to care, I sure am glad you folks are here!!
