have to up the meds

went to see my counselor today and she said the doctor wanted to see mehe told me to up my meds again.a couple of weeks ago he told me to bring them down first week 50mg less and this week I've put it down another 50mg [i was now on 200mg pd]he's now put it back up to 300mg pd  i swear some doctors make you more crazy!at least this one admitted his mistake and tried to rectify it [ that's more than most]going up and down like a ping pong ball at the moment got no patience want to change my whole lifemaybe it is also the meds thingi hope i stabilize again i'm gonna wreck everything i feel [also the good stuff]
