Have been in a dark hole!!
Have been so very depressed the last week, can not get my act together, lost interest in every thing, my councilor thinks i have improved and i asked to come off the tablets but she says no, what do i do when I am so down not interested in a thing not even feeling like walking most days I cam ok up to lunch time then down I go and tied and then sleep,~ I know my sugar is playing up but holy hell have never felt like this what am I to do ?

Hi, lillymaria! I know the feeling.....my psych also put me back on Zoloft - it has helped, but I\'m still in deep trouble. I don\'t know what to do. That\'s just it; I want to do nothing.... I know God is in control, but I\'m \"afraid of the dark.\" I have to continue to trust that God will bring me out of this.....
