HELLO EVERYONE IT'S FRI. 18TH & STUPID W/C DENIED ME AGAIN FOR MY SURGERY , BECAUSE THEY WANT TO DO A FUSSION ON MY L2-L5 I SAID NO WAY! THE WAY MY 16TH DOCTOR FOUND OUT MY BACK NEEDS DISC REPLACEMENT! SO HE WROTE TOO WORKERS COMP. & REQUESTED FOR THE SURGERY! THEY ASKED ABOUT HOW MUCH IT MIGHT COST HE SAID SOMEWHERE AROUND 450.000,THATS RIGHT 450.000THEY SAID NO WAY ! BUT THEY DID STATED IN A LETTER THAT DISC REPLACEMENT IS A BETTER PERCENTAGE OVERALL THAN THE FUSSION! -- HELLO BUTTHEADS IT SOUNDS LIKE THEY DON'T WANT TO SHELL OUT THE CASH TO GET ME BETTER! NOW IN WHO'S RIGHT IS IT TOO GET THE BETTER & SAFFER TREATMENT FOR MYSELF & NOT HAVE ONGOING PROBLEMS & STILL IN PAIN AS THE FUSSION THEY WANT CAUSE IT'S CHEAPER, BUT DISC REPLACEMENT A BETTER WAY TO GO WELL GOOD PEOPLE THEY ARE THE 1'S WHO GOT ME THEIR IN THE 1ST PLACE NOT DOING THE PROPPER TREATMENTS 34MONTHS AGO, BUT I KEPT ON REQUESTING FOR PROPPER TREATMENTS WHICH WAS NOT REALLY DONE! SO NOW THEY WOKE UP THE SLEEPING GIANT! WATCH OUT W/C I'M COMMING FOR YOU TOO GIVE ME THE PROPPER & SAFE & BETTER PERCENTAGE OF TREATMENT IT'S MY BODY NOT YOURS! -- PLEASE PEOPLE WE NEED TO STAND UP & MAKE SURE WE ALL GET THE PROPPER TREATMENT WE DESERVE ,NOT BECAUSE IT'S CHEAPER FOR THEM BUTTHEADS! GOD HELP ME ,WHICH I'M PRAYING FOR & FOR THEM TOO BE IN MY PERDICIMENT!THEN LETS SEE HOW THEY ACT! - THEY ALL SHOULD HAVE A SYTEM THAT WE ALL HAVE SO THEY WOULD UNDERSTAND HOW IT FEELS & HAVE SOME UNDERSTANDING OF US- THANKS TOO OUR GREAT GOVT ARNOLD FONEYNIEGAROUR GOVT OF CALIFORNIA HE STINKS -- HE FELL OFF HIS MOTORCYCLE & GOT STICHES IN HIS LIP I BET IF HE GOT HURT HE WOULD OF GOTTEN THE ROYAL TREATMENT! WE ALL GOT THE SHAFT FROM HIS TRYING TO SAVE THE SYSTEM! YOU DID NOT!

Keep on fighting and praying. I had 2 back fusions. one not sucsessfull of hospital treatment. the second they had to put in scroows and metal plates. It fused but they did not clean the nerve.
I just have to live with pain..but some i do get use to and heat help.I am alargic to pain killers. Please get the best.

Yuck!!! I hate red tape! It sounds like their medical expert reviewed your information and told them that the alternative treatment for the condition would be this other surgery. They feel it would do the same - for less money. It is written in their policy that they have that right - BUT - do NOT give up. You doctor needs to tell them and justify the difference between the 2 surgeries. Why the the one that is proper is better. HE needs to talk money. The proper surgery would be less expensive because there is a higher percentage that it will work, less follow up care.... go online and look up everything you can to back you up. Hi Peters, It sucks you are still fighting this. I am not a huge believer in suing for every little thing. This however, is a big one. Have you tried threatening them with a suit, or how about seeing if you could get some help from the media nor newspapers. I know it sounds far fetched but at this point what do you have to loose? I\'ll keep you in my thoughts and prayers as always, try to smile at least a little my friend.

I dont know what to say but wow. My computer has been down cuz of the lightening taking it out but i think of you often and wow. Still fighting my fight and the knee well same story but i feel i need to move on and either the darn thing works or i will leave it behind. Garden is growing and looking forward to hunting season so hope to talk to you soon. My love to your family and i will keep praying all will work out. Hugs Sandi
