HATEFUL APT BUILDING TENANT

A hateful, and crazy-enough, 50ish year old woman in the building I live...

Total silence when I dumb enough to say good morning/etc whenever I pass her in hall---but today she made sure to complain about my cat being sometimes outside my apt, she complaining today WHEN two others in elevator with me.

I read/learned long ago that such hateful people are silent when nobody there isn't an audience---but they go out their way to humilate people in front of others; the "best" way to humilate anybody is in front of others.

If she does make a complaint again in front of others about me I have to make sure to keep my composure and just say to her, in front of others, "Stop being such a hateful person"
