Has anyone had HYPNOSIS (Professional or Tapes)?

Recently I unearthed some hypnotic tapes I bought about 15 to 20 years ago.
Been listening to Control Your Appetite and Slim and Beautiful.
Also have some on money, success, and sex--but am going to concentrate on the weight loss tapes for now.
Has anyone had success with hypnotic tapes, or better yet, a professional hypnotist?
If nothing else, I find the music on my subliminal tapes to be haunting and relaxing.

I have a couple of Andrew Johnson\'s hypnosis/meditations on my iPod that I listen to at bedtime. One for stress relief and one for weight loss. I don\'t know if they really work but I find them incredibly helpful to fall asleep to. It used to take me forever to fall asleep. Now I am usually asleep 1/4 of the way into listening. So that alone is worth it for me.

Never have tried them but I do have some cassette tapes with Irish music on them that helps me fall asleep.

I have a set of hypnosis and subliminal tapes from the same time period. I thought they helped. Keep us posted on what they do for you.

lol \'unearthed\' You must have a storage issue like mine! I can\'t find anything since I moved into my BF\'s bachelor pad.

Yeah, I \"unearthed\" the tapes! LOL Every time I clean, I manage to find \"buried treasure\". Even if the music is just helpful for relaxation/sleep, that\'s something valuable, isn\'t it? Less cortisol, less belly fat, right???

I\'ve used some now and then. Paul McKenna mostly. I think they help a bit as part of a plan. But not just by themselves. They are quite relaxing which is definatley a good thing. :D
