Has anyone felt just like SCREAMING? For no other reason then to release tension,anxiety, in the hopes it will somehow get better....Just asking cuz its 1 of those days for me.

YES! I\'ve felt like and I\'ve done it but not at work. Hope your day gets better.
I generally turn inwards on those days. Crying more than screaming. Hope your day gets better :)

I\'m lucky my work is at home. I\'ve been known to kick buckets across the yard. Sometimes I take a hammer to the bush hog if I have trouble hooking it to the tractor.
I feel like that everyday..

I\'ve done my share of screaming and have really yelled at my ex many times although he wasn\'t there to hear it! : ) It feels good to just get it out there and keeps it from going around and around in my head. I\'ve also had some great \"smash\" therapy with the little figurines and collectibles that I had been given over the years.
YEAH!! I feel like screaming till I lose my voice; I feel like screaming cuz the parents DIDN\'T care that one of us was going to get this disease; I feel like screaming since the day I got the diagnoses for this thyroid problem; I want to scream becuz I\'m not outa college yet; I want to scream so God can answer me, right now!!
I hear ya energy,just seems to be more and more of a struggle everyday,I bite my tongue so many times with so many people ie: stbx,bosses,family, that i fear 1 day i will just bite it right off....I was raised with the saying\" if you cant say anything nice dont say it at all\" well sooner or later i will have to say something,and i dont think it will be pretty at all.
I have a sign in my dining room that I found just a few weeks after my ex moved out and it seemed to \"speak\" to me ... \"Dear Lord, Please keep an arm around my shoulder and a hand over my mouth!\"
I need find that sign and get 2,1 for the house,1 for the office....lol
Yes, I have screamed on a couple occasions when I was alone at home and upset about the D. I just let everything out a few times in a row. I know it wasn\'t pretty, and I am surprised that the dog did not think I was dying. But I am very glad I did it.
