Hardest time of my life
I never thought this time of my life would happen. My mother has passed away. She fell at a nursing home and never came out of it. She was only 73.
She passed away on Jan 11th and she was laid to rest Jan 16th. She died with me holding her hand and telling her how much I loved her. I was the only one with her.
AS of today, I still can't believe she is gone. I keep waiting for her to call me. We talked everyday many times in a day. I miss her so much my heart hurts. I feel like a part of me has died with her. I don't think I will ever be the same, or that Kid at heart will ever return.
Some say, with time, but I don't know. She was my best friend.
RIP Mom! I love you !!

I am so very very sorry. My mom has been gone since 1982. I miss her every day. She loved me for who I am. It does change who you are, how can it not? She will be with you always. She will be watching over you. I\'m glad you were able to be with her at the end. I\'m sure that was a comfort to her. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
I\'m so very sorry for your loss. My dad has been gone nearly 20 years and my mother has advanced Alzheimers, so she has essentially been gone a few years. You do eventually make peace with it all and come into your own again.
Until then, be gentle with yourself.
Sending loads of healing hugs!
