hard to be here

Sometimes I feel it is so hard to be on this site.
As I am almost 22 months out into my grief.  When I read others new posts, it brings back the period I tread through.
Also we are in the site where there are many wounded souls.  We are all wounded and sometimes, my comment has to be extremely tackful in addition to be gentle.
I do not know the fruit of me being in here.  I am contemplating.

Please hang in there....I know it can be very difficult especially in the beginning. I know you have been very helpful to me and others. I also know that there was a response on another forum that has led you to this doubt. You are dealing with grief and some emotionally ill people by their own admission, on top of your own grief.. Sometimes it is the emotional state or mood the person reading who takes away the wrong intention because of their own mood. If they are angry or upset then they could quite possibly misunderstand or take their mood out on you. It has happened many times here. I have been on that receiving end and know what you mean. Of course, when we are in our new intense grief...we should be focusing on getting all the positive encouragement that we can in order to begin that loooooonnnng process of healing....and to that \"new normal\"....it is all about us in the beginning. As we journal our own feeling and revelations in this sadness others can see that they are not alone...that all they are dealing with is quite common in losing a loved one. By journaling you can begin to heal. You will look back on the journals you wrote in the beginning somewhere down the road and see just how far you have come. It is a way to gauge your pain. I hope you will reconsider and know that the \"fruit\" of you being here is to find some measure of comfort for yourself...Much love and peace to your heart from mine...dale, brandon\'s mom

Thank you Dale. I am still praying for discernment. I do not want my little action cause pain or drama in other people\'s life on top of what they already have. Yet I do not know if I can write without being truthful and heartfelt.

I am at peace with just a tidsy disturbance, that all. Thanks again. God bless.

Uta I used to belong to \"teenage depression\" and \"schizophrenia\" forum, the former so I could try to help these kids, the latter so I could get a better understanding of what April was suffering. I found this to be very destructive. If you\'re in any forum where you are being hurt, best course of action is to leave it, just my humble opinion. You\'re very vulnerable, we all are, and we should be receiving encouragement and affection from one another, not criticism. I left that Parents of Suicide group because it was just overwhelming in its direction, posted horrible questions every day, not healthy. Protect yourself. God bless you.

I think that you should \"be\" where it helps you to heal. Allow love and goodness and do not allow things that bring you down. Know that we at FMO are devoted to helping other grieving mothers with love and support. Big hugs...Karen
