Hard Days

Does anyone who has had a similiar life style blow have hard day? Days where you dont know what to do or how your going to get out of bed to take care of your children because you are in so much pain? It severly depresses me that i cannot do the thing post stroke or have the energy to do them. Its just to hard some days
