Hard day

Okay I try really hard to keep a good outlook on life with this syndrome as they call it.  But today sucked!  I took two flexeril to try and sleep also took one sleeping pill.  I kept waking up during the night and looking at the clock.  one am three am four am, and I got up at five!!!  Oh then I went to work and had the worst fatigue and pain in my feet joints my legs felt like jello. 
I took two ultram about 7 and it helped with the fatigue, along with 3 cups of coffee.  But the whole day was just not pleasant.  So I have vented here and tried not to complain to my family.  It does help.
Anyway, it was a less than good day.
