Happy Weekend! :) Gardening today, and a Countryside Car Ride! :)
HAPPY WEEKEND!!! :) Sending lots and lots of love, and happy friendship hugs, from our hearts, and home to yours :) my family and i want to take this time, to wish you and your family's, a very happy, peaceful, and wonderful Memorial Day Holiday weekend :) It's a great start to the weekend, with a sweet spirited gardening day! :) oh my! :) i went gardening wild today! :) i am smiling and smiling! :) This morning ,i blossomed out into our yard, and gardens :) i got my gardening gloves on, and did some nice yard and garden work :) i transplanted, some pumpkin plants into 2 of our gardens :) in our new box garden area, and in my mom's peace flower garden :) the pumpkin plants are very happy, and now have some more soil to grow amongst :) We hope for lots of super cool pumpkins to grow :) in our new box garden, i also planted 2 rows of string beans that grow close to the ground :) i was so very into this! :) the birds singing, and gardening spirit soaring! :) i got the wheel barrow, and headed on over to our garden that is on the side of our addition :) i got the garden rake too, and began to clean, and organize the garden :) i was working hard, the garden was growing wild, and looked like a wild jungle! :) oh my! :) i weeded the garden, i also pulled up some mini trees that had sprouted up, i also got the huge garden/branch cutters we have, and i cut some of the larger smaller trees, and the roots weeds that were growing all around our garden, and in the lilac bush :) i did so very well! :) i worked up a sweat! :) i got some organic soil, and worked the rake in 2 areas of the garden :) the rows, by the fences :) i planted lots and lots of string beans seeds, and put organic soil on top of the seeds :) i am so very happy, and excited! :) we love string beans, and are hoping for lots of string beans to grow :) i tended the plants, and was showing my mom and dad, the garden work i did :) my dad mowed our lawn today :) Kayla and Taylynn went to a Carnival here in our city, with Taylynn's dad's parents :) this afternoon, my mom, dad, and i went for a car ride in the countryside, and i got a nice blueberry iced coffee:) CHEERS!!! :) it's a wonderful start to a spirited weekend! :) Tomorrow, my dad and i want to go to the Malerba's Farm Garden Greenhouses, to buy some more plants :) i'd love to take pictures there, to share with everyone :) This is a wonderful time of the year! :)
GREETINGS FROM OUR GARDENS, on this beautiful 1st day of the Memorial day holiday weekend! :) my family and i hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a great start to the memorial day holiday weekend :) it's one of the most nicest, and wholesome weekends of the year :) i've been thinking of you all often today :) This is so much fun ,and very special, getting to share, and celebrate the weekend together :) Kayla and Taylynn went to a Carnival here in our city today, with her meme and pepe :) her dad's parents :) They love going to the carnival each spring :) it's a special tradition our city has :) i remember when i was a kid, and went to the carnival, i loved to play the games, getting cotton candy, and fench fries :) yum! :) plus, winning prizes! :) this morning, Kayla and Taylynn were talking about all of the rides they were looking forward to going on, at the carnival :)
It's a spirited start to the memorial day holiday weekend :) my family and i love this weekend, and this amazing time of the year :) We want to take this time ,to thank you all so very much, for all of your beautifully heart warming comments, on our BBQ grillin baking friday adventure, and pictures :) We're so very happy, delighted, and thrilled, that everyone enjoyed our adventure :) we had so much fun ,and are definitely going to have another 1 or 2 BBQ themed baking friday's :) There's so many nice BBQ foods and summer salads to enjoy :) We're so excited, about all of the adventures :) the hotdogs, lemonade, and wheat pretzels are going fast! :) i had a hotdog yesterday evening, with a pretzel, and iced cold lemonade :) it sure was refreshing, and so nice :) We're having an amazing time, celebrating the season with you and your family's :) We've got lots more to look forward also :)
Today, i blossomed into some gardening :) i went outside around mid-morning :) it's a fairly cool day here, with mostly clouds, but i wanted to take good advantage of the cooler weather, to do some of the harder garden work we have planned this weekend :) i first got my gardening gloves, and a bag of organic soil :) during this time of the year, the organic soil bag, is something i love to carry with me all around our yard, and gardens :) i opened up the greenhouse this morning ,we have new sunflower sprouts, and cucumber sprouts! :) SWEET!!! :)it's so nice, seeing the sprouts! :) The new sunflower sprouts, are the burgundy sunflowers, and lemon queen variety sunflowers! :) i love greeting and meeting those happy sunflower sprouts! :) i got our pumpkin plants, that are doing so very well, and walked over to our new box garden area, with my garden digger :)
i worked the soil really nicely, making it nice and loose, and i then adde din some nice organic soil, and planted some pumpkin plants, and also planted pumpkin plants, in my mom's peace flower garden, near where our tulips recently blossomed :) the red cardinal was visiting our yard, and trees, and was singing happily :) i planted 2 rows of string beans seeds, in the box garden area too :) these string beans, are the ones that grow about 7 inches tall plants, that produce string beans :) i was so very into the gardening! :) i got the water hose, and watered the sprouts, in the greenhouse :) i then got the garden wake, and the wheel barrow, and headed on over to the garden that is on the side of our addition :) This garden still needed to be cleaned, and organized :) it was growing wild like a jungle! :) hehe! :)

Tomorrow, my dad and i want to go to the malerba's farm garden greenhouse, to buy some more plants, we may go to agway nature supplies store too :) i'm gonna do some gardening in our front yard garden tomorrow, i want to plant sunflower seeds, nasturiums, and morning glory flowers :) i also gonna plant morning glory flowers seeds, near our climbing red rose bush in our backyard, in my mom's peace flower garden :) We're not sure, if there will be rain/thunderstorms here tomorrow. we're hoping to squeeze in our gardening time in the early morning hours, before the chance of rain/thunderstorms. we're hopeful the weather won't be bad, and we're hoping it'll be nice and clear, for a great full day of gardening :) i'd love to take many pictures tomorrow, at the malerba's farm garden greenhouses :) i love taking pictures when we go there :)
COUNTRYSIDE CAR RIDE! :) This afternoon, my mom, dad, and i went out for a nice car ride :) we drove all around, way out in the historic Norwichtown, plus Yantic too! :) it was so nice, relaxing, and peaceful :) we saw lots of countryside farmlands, farms, and tractors, we saw some old houses, barns, and other historic houses in our city :) it was so nice :) my mom and dad showed me a house over in Yantic, that they almost bought, when they first got married :) We were seeing/hearing birds too, as we had our windows down :) i got a blueberry iced coffee :) i took some neat pictures, during our car ride :) it was so nice, going for a car ride :)
It's a really sweet start to the memorial day holiday weekend :) my family and i are doing well, and are in good spirits :) this morning, i had my weekly weigh-in :) i lost another pound :) i'm very happy and excited :) i'm down to 223 now :) this is awesome! :) i've been eating healthier, and getting more exercising :) the gardening is helping me a lot :) i love to walk all around our yard, and gardens, and enjoying the nature walks, checking in on the plants :) it's very enjoyable :) in the past 2 weeks now, i've lost a total of 5 pounds :) Thank you all for your amazing support, guidance, encouragement, and for believing in me :) You all are wonderful friends :) i'm with you all the way, with continued progress with our goals :) it's nice taking it easy, after some yard and gardening work today :) tonight, our dear friend Holly and i are going to watch nature/garden themed videos on youtube, and also an episode of ghost hunters :) we love our fun saturday night party night :) my family and i are planning a nice memorial day holiday BBQ cookout on monday, it's gonna be sunny, and in the 80's here :) we'll be grilling outside, and enjoying a BBQ :) i look forward to taking many more pictures, all throughout the weekend, to share with everyone :) Thank you angel friends so very much ,for all that you do for us :) You alla re amazing friends, and bring lots of great joy, happiness, peace, and excitement, to our days, and our lives :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) BIG GROUP FRIENDSHIP HUG :) Tonight, i'm going to enjoy a healthy snack :) i also bought some more corn on the cob, my mom picked it up for me at the store :) corn on the cob is on sale, 19 cents each :) awesome! :) i'm feeling spirited, and ready for more super fun times with family and friends :) There's many more great things to look forward too :)

The boyz next door came over on a MISSION and MOWED MY YARD!!! So so so nice to get that done!!! The boyz also weedeated where that needed to be done leaving me just a little that will need to be done (maybe tomorrow). I let the boyz take the mower over to their house to mow, too... It\'s the least I can do as I broke the mower, ordered the part, and THE BOYZ FIXED THE MOWER!!! Ryan is in auto repair classes at our career center and is very knowledgeable!! Handy to have such GREAT NEIGHBORS! and all for the price of 3 dozen cookies! AWESOME!!! So much was accomplished today and it feels so GREAT!!!
