HAPPY T-DAY WEEKEND "Give thanks to the Lord, for thee is good;its love endures forever."
I wish we had a proper date for Thanksgiving and called it Harvest Day like everywhere else in the world, where people put out the harvest to be eaten, no crap food at all, just all the good bounty we were all blessed to receive.
Having a harvest day, ONE MONTH AFTER the harvest drives me batty and false stories that go with it. This is the 21st century, be honest at least.
Why can't we have October 14 as Harvest Day/Thanks-Day as they do in Canada. And nix the killing of animals totally. Its starting to make me sick. The more I find out about it, the more disgusting this meat grubbing country is.

We are not everyone else in the World. :-) Come on....we are in America and Thanksgiving is Thanksgiving and not Harvest Day.
Just don\'t kill or eat any animals.....but please just enjoy the sides. They are my favorite anyway.
