Happy Sweet Treats Tuesday!!! :) We're enjoying the day with some of our favorite simple joys :) it's a day of treats, writings,and getting ready for our first mailing day of the new year :) We're very excited, it's one of our favorite days and traditions, sweet treats tuesday :) We love this very special tradition :) Lisa and Alyssa brought us some nice iced coffees from cumberland farms and mcdonalds :) it's very nice, and sweet of them :) We enjoyed a nice breakfast, and enjoying our iced coffees :) We've been continuing to do some organizing, and i'm getting ready to decorating my writing area :) i'm very excited to decorate it :) i blossomed into some writings today,writing cards :) We're looking forward to mailing cards here from home tomorrow :) We love our mailing days,and very excited for all of the very special times to share in, as the new year continues to blossom :) Holly and i have been checking in on some sports updates today. We were watching the football game last night,between the Bills and Bengals. a very scary and frightening situation occurred, one of the Bills players made a tackle, he got hit in the chest,he briefly got up and then collapsed on the field. he went into cardiac arrest. it was very scary, and upsetting to see. the emts and ambulance came onto the field, and performed cpr on the player, Damar Hamlin. they were thankfully able to re-start his heart. he's in critical condition. many thoughts, and prayers for Damar Hamlin, his family, the Bills, and nfl. it was very frightening, sad and upsetting moments. we've never seen anything like it before in all of our years of watching football, i was texting with my mom ,brother Charlie,and our friend Shirley, who also were watching the game. it was all over the news channels, we stayed up later last night, to get any new updates. we hope and pray that Damar will be ok. we're saying prayers for his recovery, and healing. will definitely keep the prayers going. we've had the sports radio on today. the teams, and nfl made the best decision, to stop the game, and to postpone it until another time. wishing Damar comforting healing, they are saying the next 24 to 48 hrs are very crucial. we hope and pray Damar makes it through this, and will be ok. it's been emotional,the sports radio today after what happened last night. we're very hopeful for healing. We're looking forward to sharing in many more special times with everyone, as the new year continues to settle in. We're very thankful, and blessed to have you all in our lives :) Enjoying the day, with family, friends,treats, writings,and the sweet spirit of the blossoming new year :) Tomorrow's super wednesday! :) mailing cards here from home ,and the ghost hunter party is on!! :)

Our first sweet treats tuesday of 2023! :) Hi angel friends! :) my family,Holly, and i hope everyone is doing well,healthy,and enjoying a nice day :) We think of you all often :) We hope everyone is enjoying some nice days as the new year blossoms :) We're enjoying some treats today, organizing our living room,and blossoming into some new year's writings :) We're looking forward to our first mailing day of the new year tomorrow, mailing cards :) it's one of our favorite joys,and looking forward to a whole year of sending lots and lots of love, and happy sunny caring friendship smiles across the miles, from our hearts, and home to yours :) We're keeping Buffalo Bills player, Damar Hamlin in our thoughts and prayers, wishing him a full healing recovery, very frightening and scary situation in last night's monday night football game. sending lots of healing energy prayers to him. Holly and i were watching the game last night,it was very frightening. we're all keeping a close eye on the latest updates today. we're looking forward to sharing in many more times with everyone as the new year continues to blossom :) We're tuning into lots of sports news, and radio today,and having some treats here at home :)

This morning, we had a nice new day, rising and shining :) i enjoyed some nice time here on DS, writing to friends, and getting ready for my early morning nature walk : )We have some rain in our forecast, but thankfully wasn't raining early. i gathered a nice bowl of goodies, some peanuts, sunflower seeds, and went outside for my nature walk :) it was still a bit dark outside, due to some clouds in the air, but was light enough to see around our yard :) i saw mr. nut squirrel, he was over by our peach tree area :) i put goodies all around our yard ,and was thinking of some sunny nature moments,and looking forward to some more sunny days :) i'm very happy to have lots of nature pictures to share, and will definitely be looking forward to taking lots more pictures, as the new year blossoms :) many nature moments to look forward too :) We're hoping for a mild winter, and late next month is when our daffodils, tulips, and other flowers will be sprouting up for the countdown to spring :) it's something we very much look forward too :) Happy nature smiles :)

It's one of our favorite days,and traditions ,sweet treats tuesday :) We love having special traditions like this to look forward too :) We have a very special shoutout, and thank you, for my sister Lisa, and niece Alyssa :) they brought Holly and i some nice iced coffees, from cumberland farms and mcdonalds this morning :) it's very nice, and sweet of them :) We love vanilla iced coffee :) We enjoyed a nice breakfast :) Holly and i had some pancakes, and i had a frozen breakfast burrito :) We've also been enjoying some of our holiday treats we recieved, we love our candy container,and have some snacks too :) Holly and i have been enjoying some of our popcorn, holiday candies :) We're looking forward to many more sweet treats tuesday's as the new year continues on :) it's so nice, and a great joy having traditions like this :) Cheers!!! to sweet treats tuesday,and to enjoying the wonderful simple joys in life :)

Prayers, thoughts, and healing energy for #3, Damar Hamlin and his health. Last night was very frightening. During the evening yesterday,Holly and i decided we were gonna be tuning into the football game,between the Bills and Bengals. we usually check out the games on monday night's. Our dear friends Shirley (Squarley), her husband Bruce,and their family are big Bengals fans, and my brother Charlie usually texts too, about the games. i made a bag of popcorn ,we had some candies, and drinks :) Even our cat Tiger was joining us, before the game, i took a couple pictures of Tiger, looking at the tv, and texted the pictures to Shirley and Bruce :) As the game began, there was some scoring, and then a very scary situation occured. the Bills player, Damar Hamlin, made a tackle, the reciever's helmet hit him in the chest, Hamlin stood up, and then collapsed. we saw the medical personal,emts coming onto the field,as they went to commercial break, it was very scary,and worrysome. Both Holly and i sat up, and were awaiting word on the player was ok. the broadcast team was talking, and just before they went to commercial break, the players were visibly upset, and some in tears, and looked like one of the emts was beginning cpr. when they came back on air, the ambulance was coming out, and players were in tears. it was very sad, frightening moments, and was very upsetting.

i texted Shirley, my brother,and mom, and told my mom to check the news, cnn, and other channels had it on their breaking news. we hadn't seen anything like this before, we've never seen a player being given cpr on the field before. the emts were thankfully able to restart his heart, and he was rushed to the hospital. they showed the locker room areas, and players rallying around eachother,and they got Damar's mom from the stands, she was able to go with him in the hospital. Holly and i were checking out twitter, sports sites, it was very hard to go to sleep last night, after what occurred, and wanting to know if Damar was ok. we were able to go to sleep around 11pm, i woke up in middle of the night, i checked the updates, and they said that Damar Hamlin went into cardiac arrest while he was on the field, and is in critical condition in the icu. We're praying for Demar Hamlin, his family, the Bills, and nfl community. wishing Damar a full healing recovery.

we've been tuning into the sports radio today and all of the sports updates. the teams,and nfl made the best decision, to postpone the game. we heard Bengals QB, Joe Burrow and other teammates went to the Bills locker room to comfort, check in on the Bills players, and fans having vigils outside the hospital where Damar is. we're hoping and praying he will be ok, and that he makes a full recovery. We're still stunned,and shocked by what happened, it was a very emotional night. during these frightening moments, it felt like the sports world had paused. it's one of those events, where they say, you'll never forget where you were when it happened. we've been finding comfort today with listening in to our sports radio hosts. football is a competitive sport, we all cheer for, and cheer against teams in the sport. football is our favorite sport, everyone who is fans of the teams, cheers for their teams,and today, after last night's very scary health situation in the game, all that matters is that Demar makes it through this. our hearts are all, with Damar Hamlin,his family, The Buffalo Bills, Bengals, and nfl community <3

We're enjoying the day, with some of our family simple joys :)Treats, Writings, and organizing our home :) my family,Holly,and i are doing well, healthy,and in good spirits :) We've been enjoying our treats, and some nice writing time :) We've also been closely watching the news, sports, updates on the latest updates on Damar Hamlin's, Buffalo Bills player's conditions. We're praying for his recovery,and healing. Tonight,Holly and i are going to watch some mystery specials on youtube :) Tomorrow's super wednesday! :) We look forward to mailing cards here from home, and Holly and i look forward to our ghost hunters party :)

There's so much more to look forward too as we continue to blossom into 2023 :) We're very happy, thankful, and blessed, to have you all in our lives, and to be able to share in these very special times of the season with you all :) Thank you angel friends, so very much ,for all that you do for us, for comforting us, uplifting our spirits, brightening our days, and for the very special joy you all bring our hearts :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) Big group happy sunny warm caring friendship hug :) We wish everyone a nice peaceful evening and night :) Wishing everyone a very healthy, blessed, happy and wonderful new year :) Many great times to share in, all throughout 2023 :)

Happy sweet treats tuesday! :) Holly and i put our Bills and Bengals helmet in our sweet treats tuesday display today, sending love, a and healing energy prayers to Damar Hamlin. my sister Lisa, and niece Alyssa picked us up some nice iced coffees, and we enjoyed breakfast :) we've been tuning into the sports radio today, it's been comforting, the sports hosts are back after holidays,and there's lots of talk about last night's incident. our best wishes, for healing, comfort, a full recovery, for Damar Hamlin, and best of safety for all nfl players.

many places are putting up blue lights (Bills team colors), in Cincinnati, city, stadium, and Buffalo, at the niagra falls, i thought it would be good to put some blue into my journal today, in nature pictures, featuring some peaceful pictures of the bluejays <3
