Happy sweet treats tuesday!!! :) Iced tea CHEERS!!! :) We're enjoying a super sweet day, with a wholesome tradition, some spirited writings, and enjoying some wholesome goodies, from the garden :) my mom, Lisa, Alyssa, and i enjoyed our weekly visit, to mcdonalds, and dunkin donuts, for sweet treats tuesday : )We got some nice treats :) We've been enjoying the entire summer, of sweet treats tuesday, and soon the places will be having all of their fall season treats, pumpkin spice, and apples goodies :) there's lots to look forward too :) September is almost here, and we're about 4 weeks away, from fall season : )i'm finishing up a wonderful writing week, here in my writing area :) i have written 2 letters, notes, and cards :) i'm very excited, about our spirit soaring, and super fun, post office adventure tomorrow : )Last night, Holly and i enjoyed watching the debut episode of "fear the walking dead" :) We already can't wait until the next episode! :) walmart shipped my new dvd set today too :) i can't wait for it to arrive :) it's gonna be awesome! :) i'm feeling spirited, energized, and in tune with the days :) Looking forward to our post office adventure tomorrow, and the ghost hunters party is on! :)Whooooo!!!! :)
Hi angel friends! :) iced tea CHEERS! on this sweet day :) my family and i are thinking of you all, and we hope you all are well, and enjoying a great day :) i'm sipping a nice iced tea, and enjoying finishing up a wonderful week of writings, here in my computer room :) i've been enjoying dwelving into some nice writings :) notes, letters, and cards :) my writing area is glowing, with the spirit of summer time, and i love displaying our beautiful new cards :) my writing area is very special to me, and i love to think of family and friends, as i write these nice cards, and letters :) i got my fans on, and it's been a fairly cloudy day, but it got warm too with some glimpses of sunshine during the afternoon, the plants are nicely replenished, from the rain we recieved yesterday :) This morning, i was checking in on the plants, they are super mega growing ,into these deep days of summer time :) We've got lots of treats growing in the garden :) tomatoes, peppers, and string beans aplenty, and also our gourds are growing more and more, it's almost like the gourds know, fall season is approaching :) i'll be displaying a gourd or two, from our garden, right here in my computer room, during fall season :)
It's a really nice, layed back, relaxing day :) one of our favorite weekly traditions, is sweet treats tuesday :) my mom, Lisa, Alyssa, and i enjoyed a nice trip over to mcdonalds, and dunkin donuts earlier :) Alyssa goes into dunkin donuts, she got some nice hashbrowns for Kayla and Taylynn, and at mcdonalds, we all got some treats. :) i always love to get my favorite, unsweetened iced tea, with lemon, and i got a breakfast burrito with picante sauce :) yum! :) it's been a great summer, of getting treats, and we're so happy, Kayla and Taylynn, have been enjoying joining us, for the weekly tradition :) We've gotten them some treats, each tuesday :) We always wish you all could go with us, to get some treats too :) it's a big day today, for the kids, Kayla and Taylynn are both ready for their back to school tomorrow, beginning the new school year :) They're looking forward to it :) my niece Alyssa cut Kayla's hair, and Taylynn's hair yesterday :) They are very happy, andlooking forward to seeing all of their friends, and beginning the journey of the new school year :)
As the summer season begins to wind down a bit, with back to school time, it's truly incredible, beginning to think forward, to some upcoming times, including football season, and the changing of the nature, from season to season :) We've had a big summer, lots of birthday celebrations, and it's been a pure joy, to be able to share in, and celebrate these wonderful times with you all, our dear friends :) We appreciate you all share your summer's with us :) There's still about 4 weeks of summer season still to enjoy, even as september approaches, it'll be summer still, until September 21st :) our plants, and gardens continuing to flourish, and we've got some great nature joys, as the bluejays are returning, and seeing happy golden finches, visiting our gardens, to enjoy some sunflower seeds, and zinnia flower seeds :)
The nature is amazing, this time of the year :) The golden finches, that visit our garden, always help to plant our sunflowers for next season : )while the birds are eating sunflower seeds, some of the seeds fall to the ground, in the garden, and those seeds, will sprout up, and grow the following spring, which is really amazing :) Currenly in our garden, we have lots of sunflowers, continuing to blossom :) We also have some ripening tomatoes, some peppers, string beans growing all around, and there's lots of nice corn growing too :) i've been checking in on the corn, and maybe soon, will open up a corn husk, to see the corn, and i'd like to leave most of the corn in the husks, on the plants, as we go into the month of september, and then i'll harvest the corn, to let it air dry out of the husks, so i can make popcorn, with the corn :) it's gonna be awesome! :)
Today, i've been enjoying some nature walks, phone calls with friends, and i also been putting some dvds on :) i've been mentioning to my family and friends, about how thrilled i am, about my new "the walking dead, season 5" dvd set coming out, with a collectible funko mystery mini figurine :) Today, walmart shipped my new dvd set, that i preordered in July :) it's gonna be coming soon, i absolutely can't wait! :) Last night, Holly and i enjoyed watching the debut episode, of fear the walking dead :) We really got into the show, and we love it already :) We'll be tuning in to the episodes each week. :) the show airs on sunday's, but Holly and i will watch it on the amazon instant video, on monday night's :) i've been thinking about how soon, i'll be doing some major organizing, here in my computer room :) around September 7th to 10th, each year, is when i began to bring out my halloween decorations :) everyone knows, i decorate a huge display here for October, halloween town :) i'm about 2 weeks away now, from getting ready to begin to lay the foundation, of my decorative display :) before i begin that decorating, i want to organize my computer room really well :) i've began to do so, a bit, including in my closet area, where i've been making some extra space, to store items, like boxes, decorations, and collectibles :) it's coming along really well :) once September arrives, i love to start thinking about my decorating for halloween :) it's gonna be lots of fun, and i'd love to decorate my biggest display ever, including expanding my display here on my table, to make it so much bigger, than in recent years :) every year, i love to kick it up a notch, with my decorating :) it's gonna be a fun, and spook-tacular joy! :)
