Happy Sweet Treats Tuesday!!! :) GREETINGS FROM OUR GARDEN!!! :) NEW VIDEO TO SHARE! :) oh my! :) Caramel iced coffee CHEERS!!! WE HAVE A SUNFLOWER SUN RACE CHAMPION!!! :) WOW!!! :) What an amazing, and close growing race it's been all season!!! :) We're enjoying a SUPER SWEET Day, with wholesome traditions, we enjoy so very much! : )Treats, Treasures, Nature/Gardening, and Writing :) This morning, my mom, Lisa, Alyssa, and i enjoyed going out to get some nice treats at mcdonalds, and dunkin donuts :) we love this tradition :) We always wish you all could go with us, to get some treats :) i'm continuing to keep nicely balanced, with wonderful simple joys, that brings me the most amazing peace :) times spent with family, friends, and writing some nice postcards, and dwelving into our gardens, to check in on the plants :) i picked some more tomatoes, and string beans :) We're gonna be getting lots of nice rain nourishment, that is going to be helping the plants grow even more, as the season continues to flourish :) it's gonna be a good rainfall, that we really need :) i checked in on our plants today, enjoying the joys of harvesting season, and taking pictures to share :) the sun peaked through the clouds this morning for a little while :) It's week 11, in SUNFLOWER HEAVEN, for the 2014 Sunflower sun race! :) i am very happy, and excited to share, that we have a WINNER of the sunflower sun race! :) WOW! :) The measuring results, for the final measuring of the season, is really spectacular! :) i have enjoyed such a wonderful time, the past 2 and a half months, measuring the sunflowers every tuesday, and sharing the results with everyone :) i've been writing some nice postcards, putting together a treasures package :) We're going to the post office tomorrow :) Tomorrow's super wednesday! :) The ghost hunters party is on! :) Whooo!!!! :)

TREATS, TREASURES, NATURE AND GARDENING, AND SWEET WRITINGS! :) Hi angel friends! :) iced coffee CHEERS!!! on this sunflower tuesday! :) oh my! :) i got some awesome measuring results to share with everyone, from week 11 of the sunflower sun race :) It's a sunflower celebration in the garden! :) It's a peaceful day, and enjoying continued peaceful joys, and blessings, that brings my heart, the most peace, and happiness :) my family and i hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a nice tuesday :) i'm enjoying my caramel iced coffee. :) This morning, my mom, Lisa, Alyssa, and i enjoyed going over to mcdonalds, and dunkin donuts :) We got some sweet treats, that always makes us so happy :) We wish you all could go with us, to get treats :) i enjoyed my breakfast burrito with picante sauce for breakfast, and i also got a caramel iced coffee :) CHEERS!!! to wonderful wholesome traditions, that brings us the most joy, and happiness :)
i've been doing really well, taking good care, feeling nicely balanced with my days, and also with my healthy eating :) i love to check in on my weight, about twice, or 3 times a week, to see how i'm doing :) i use my digital weight scale :) This summer season, i've been having some success, and progress, with eating healthier, exercising more, and have lost a total of 15 pounds so far :) it's so nice too, to be under 220 now :) earlier in the year, i was near 231, and i was going back and forth, for the longest time, between 225 and 229, it was like, my weight was a yo-yo, and i finally found a good balance with things, and i now am currently, 216 :) i only want to lose, another 11 pounds, to be down to 205 :) i know i can do this :) You all give me strength, and hope :) i've been having lots of nice salads this summer season :) i sometimes make salads, without lettuce, i use string beans, cucumber slices, green olives, pickles, and cornbread croutons, i also been enjoying my salad dressing i got at the supercenter :) the chipolte ranch, has a nice spice to it :) i definitely want to buy some lettuce soon, and also gonna buy some sweet potatoes :)
It's a good feeling, feeling more balanced, and i love to take some time, to write about how i'm doing with my goals :) i feel like the past 4 days, i haven't been pushing myself alot, and it's helped me to be able to focus more :) i also been spirit soaring, with my nature walks/gardening :) i enjoyed refilling our hummingbird feeders yesterday, i love to go out in the evenings, for a nature walk or 2, to see if i can spot the hummingbirds :) i saw this cute little sparrow bird, visiting my mom's peace flower garden :) it looked like a happy little bird :) the sunflowers get that nice lean toward the sunset sky, during the evenings :) i was taking some evening garden pictures to share with everyone :) i'll include the pictures in my journal today :) We got some more sunflowers getting ready to blossom :) it's so cool, and neat, the blossoming parade going on :)
Sunflowers, snowball bush blossoms, nasturiums, daisies, cosmos, and wildflowers :) we also love the harvesting season :) it's so nice, to open the fridge, seeing the dish of tomatoes, and string beans, along with some cucumbers we've harvested :) nature, and gardening, always plays a big role, in me keeping balanced with my days :) in recent times, when i was so busy, or when i had so much going on, emotionally, i felt like i was craving more nature/garden time, which i have added into my days more now, which is a good feeling, because i'm getting more to write about, more to experience, and sharing about what i'm seeing, and feeling, in the gardens :) i really love that, and it helps me so much :) i am very happy, with how well the growing season is growing :) Those garden string beans, are so nice and fresh, and also my mom and dad, so excited to see the tomatoes i picked, it made me feel very happy :) That's a garden happiness, that touches my heart, in many special ways :) i love to share all about my nature/garden experiences, and as the season continues to go on, i'll be taking plenty more pictures to share, right here in my journal, and in the pictures section of my DS page :) Everyone who's been following/reading my journals, knows that tuesdays, is SUNFLOWER SUN RACE DAY!!! :)
SUNFLOWER SUN RACE, WEEK 11, IN SUNFLOWER HEAVEN! :) welcome everyone, to week 11, of the sunflower sun race! :) it's a race, toward the summer sun, and sweet blue sky! :) The past 2 and a half months, i've been enjoying such a wonderfully fun, and exciting time, seeing how much the sunflowers have grown, during the course of the gardening season :) i am so very tickled happy, excited, and thrilled to share with everyone, about this amazing time, and the measuring results, for week 11, the final measuring, of the 2014 sunflower sun race :) it's been an incredible race :) i selected these 2 sunflowers, that sprouted on their own, in the garden, during early spring :) i noticed these 2 sunflowers, looked like they were gonna be growing all season, and i know it would be wonderful to be able to measure the sunflowers each week :) i go out in the mornings, with my tape measurer, and i eventually needed some chairs, to climb up onto, a small chair, and eventually a larger chair :) These sunflowers have grown so very tall, with all of their sunny growing hearts :) i am very pleased, and excited to announce, the reuslts of today's final measuring :) i am very proud of all of the sunflowers, and their incredible growing journey's :) Here are the Results, and the declaring, of the 2014 SUNFLOWER SUN RACE WINNER/CHAMPION! :)

Happy Friendship Smiles, sent with lots and lots of love, from California! :) awww! :) This is so very wonderfully nice, and sweet :) The wonderful joys, of friendships shared :) my family and i are very happy, and delighted :) We recieved a cute, and adorable friendship card, from our dear, and lovely friends Elizabeth (Horsebackrider123), and her family :) on the front of the card, there's a cute cat, and a chair :) awww! : )We love cats :) i know Elizabeth and her family have some cats :) it's so sweet, when she says her cats are doing well, and send a meow (Hello) message, to our cats :) inside the card, Elizabeth wrote me a nice friendship note, and included some nice summer rainbow/ice cream star stickers :) awww! :) this is so nice, and sweet of Elizabeth, and her family :) We cherish, and treasure your wonderful friendships :) i put our nice card here in my writing area :) i love displaying our cards :) We love this very special gift, and treasure, and will always cherish, and treasure it :) Elizabeth, family, my family and i thank you all so very much! :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) Sending lots and lots of love, and happy friendship smiles across the miles, from our hearts, and home to yours :)
We're enjoying a nice day :) my family and i have been enjoying some nice quality time together :) We're doing well, and are in good spirits :) Today for lunch, i enjoyed some baked potatoes, and a nice fresh crisp salad :) lunch was delicious! :) i've been putting some finishing touches, on some nice writings :) Tomorrow my mom and i are going to the post office :) We're going to mail a treasures package, and postcards :) We love our super wednesday post office adventure :) We're also gearing up, for Taylynn's birthday on thursday :) my family and i have been very saddened, and stunned to hear the news, about the passing of Robin Williams. our prayers are with his family. we're all really big fans of him, his movies, and tv shows. it's a really sad, and tragic passing. he's a legend, that will always be remembered. he was young too, saw that he was only 63, and always seemed very full of life, and loved to make people cheered up, and loved to make people smile. i think all of us at one time, have seen one of his comedy shows, or one of his movies, or tv shows, that brought us a smile, or a laugh, or joy to our hearts. i know there will be many times, his movies, tv, and comedy performances, will continued to be enjoyed, forever. my family and i watched Mrs. Doubtfire movie together, in the early 90's. RIP Robin Williams. through the joy he brought to us all here in life, he shall forever live on, in all of our hearts. my family and i thank you angel friends, for all that you do for us. :) We appreciate your very special friendships, and care deeply about you all :) BIG GROUP FRIENDSHIP HUG. Tonight, i'm going to call Holly :) We're going to watch a tv show on syfy channel. :) There's many more great times to look forward too :)

GARDEN HARVEST TIME! :) it's a beautiful time in the summer gardening season :) The plants are flourihsing nicely, the sunflowers, growing toward the sky, lots of fruits, and vegetables growing :) it's a joyful, rewarding time, as we love to garden so very much :) The plants amaze us, every day :) this is our nature, and gardening heaven, that we enjoy so very much, getting to share with you all, our dear friends :) Happy Summer Garden smiles :)

Good Evening Plants! :) awww! :)during the evening sunset hour yesterday, i went outside, and took some pictures of our plants, and gardens :) they were glowing, from the sunshine :) it's amazing, to see how well the plants are doing :) They are smiling and shining! :) oh my! :) and growing and glowing! :)
