Happy sweet treats tuesday!!! :) iced tea cheers!!! to family, friends, and to the spirit of the season :) we're enjoying a super sweet day, with some news, awesome treats, writing, nature, and garden greetings! :) my  mom, Lisa, Alyssa, and i enjoyed an awesome time going out to get some treats this morning :) we went to mcdonalds, and dunkin donuts :) we saw some nice nature sights :) it was so nice, going out to get some treats:) i put lots of treats outside, for our nature friends today :) they've been gathering the goodies :)i tended our plants, and enjoyed some nature walks :) i have some updates to share, about contractors visits. We are recieving some help, to get the process going forward :) We feel so thankful, and blessed, for all of your incredible love, care, support, and prayers :) thank you all, for being here for us, our sweet dear wonderful guardian angel friends :) There's so much more, to look forward too :) Tomorrow's super wednesday! :) Post office adventure, and the ghost hunters party is on!! :) whooooooo!!!!! :) 

Hi angel friends :) my family, Holly, and i hope everyone is doing well and having a great day :) i want to update everyone, on how things are going, with the process of getting our home repaired. The 1st contractor, that visited our home on friday morning, mentioned about some issues, due to the back taxes we owe, on our home. my mom and dad do monthly payments, and were working the taxes down. the issue is, the contractor mentioned, he couldn't get a building permit, due to their being an unpaid tax. we thought, maybe the other contractors could still accept the repair work, but the contractor that came today, confirmed, that we need to get that tax paid, before any permit could be approved. it really let us down, but we are not giving up. i feel really bad for my mom&dad, they have lived here, since the early 1970's, paid off our home fully in 2011, they pay taxes even though we're a bit behind, and they also faithfully pay insurance each month, they do everything by the book, full compliance of the rules, and it's been hard on them,and us all, our home, roof, rooms, damaged, and due to one back tax not paid fully yet, the contractors, builders, can't do anything to help us out. it's disappointing, but we have to keep hopeful. all state, and our realtor, never mentioned to us when this happened, about the back tax causing a prevention of getting the repairs done. my mom and dad have been making some calls today. UPDATE. oh wow!!! :) my mom, dad, and Lisa talked with Mark, who is the boss at domino's pizza, where my my dad and Lisa work :) he's going to help loan us the money, for the taxes!!! :) wow! this is so nice, very generous, and a blessing! :) the updates have been coming in a lot today. we're very grateful, and thankful Mark is going to help us :) my mom&dad called the contractor back, we are moving forward again :) Mark helped my mom and dad this afternoon, and we are now all set, to get building inspector along with contractor, to help us with our home :) we are very relieved :) 

Treats, Writings, Nature, and Garden greetings! :) It's one of our favorite days of the week, and traditions, sweet treats tuesday :) We love going out on tuesday morning to get treats :) we love keeping to our traditions, and routines :) my mom, Lisa, Alyssa, and i enjoyed an awesome time, going out to get some treats :) we went to mcdonalds, and dunkin donuts :) We always wish, you all could go with us, to get treats :) we love getting our favorite treats :) my mom, Lisa, Alyssa, got some breakfast sandwiches, fruit and yogurt parfaits, and i got an unsweetened iced tea, and a breakfast burrito :) cheers! :) we saw some nice nature sights, including some beautiful blossoming flowers :) summer season is coming :) we look forward to going out lots more this upcoming summer season, to get some treats :) we've been enjoying our treats tuesday :) 

i've been writing some cards, and notes on my table here :) i also putting together a treasures package :) my mom and i are looking forward to going to the post office tomorrow :) sending lots and lots of love and happy friendship smiles across the miles, from our hearts and home to yours:) i'm so happy, enjoying some writing time, and being able to send out cards :) it warms my hearts, and makes my days and my weeks :) it's so nice, getting to write to friends, all around the world :) we have lots more to look forward too :) we had some sunshine here earlier today, i enjoyed some nice nature walks, tending our plants :) i also planted some string beans seeds :) our plants, and garden are doing really well, growing, and flourishing with the season :) 

We have lots of beautiful roses blossoming in our front yard, and our rhododendrum bush is blossoming beautifully, next to our front steps :) our plants, in our planters are doing great, making great growing progress :) i have lots more gardening planned, for this month, and all throughout the summer season :) there's lots more great things to look forward too, being out in nature, and all of the wonderful visits, from our nature friends :) birds, squirrels, bumble bees, and butterflies :) i've been looking for the hummingbirds :) i've been feeling so thankful, enjoying some nature, garden time, and being able to share about my experiences, and taking lots of pictures to share :) the gardening season journey is very fresh, and just beginning :) happy nature, and gardening smiles :)

Prayers request. we have a prayers request, for our dear friends Shirley (Squarely), Bruce, and their family. Shirley's niece passed away. our deepest sympathy, and condolences go out to Shirley, Bruce, family, during this very sad time. please keep Shirley, Bruce, and family, in your thoughts and prayers. thank you angel friends, so very much. we care deeply about everyone. big group comforting friendship hug <3 

We're enjoying a nice day :) my family and i are doing well, and are in good spirits :) we're so thankful, Mark helped us, and we're looking forward to our home repairs beginning soon :) it's been a long journey, but we are feeling very hopeful, positive, and you all, always comfort us, and uplift our spirits :) today for lunch, i enjoyed some baked sweet potatoes :) lunch was delicious :) i've been enjoying some nature walks, tending our plants, and writing :) i love writing cards, notes,and letters :) i'm so happy i got some writing supplies :) it was so nice, going out to get treats this morning :) we're continuing to keep balanced, with our days,and traditions :) Holly and i are going to watch some cool videos on youtube tonight :) Tomorrow's super wednesday :) we look forward to going to the post office, and Holly and i look forward to our ghost hunters party :) Thank you angel friends, so very much, for all that you do for us :) You all are wonderfully nice, sweet and very caring :) we deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) big group happy sunny sunflower friendship hug :) There's many more great things to look forward too, with family, friends, nature, and the awesome spirit of the season :)
