Happy sweet treats tuesday :) my mom's doing ok, and making good healing progress : )She's having a good day :) We're continuing to get balanced, and looking forward to mailing cards here from home tomorrow :) Some new updates, and looking forward to lots more good days ahead :)

Hi angel friends :) my family, Holly ,and i hope everyone is doing well,healthy,and enjoying a nice day :)We love hearing from you, and we think of you all often :) my mom's continuing to do well, making good healing progress :) She's having a good day :) She's been able to enjoy some cream of wheat cereal, yogurt, jello, and chicken broth :) She's keeping strong, and in good spirits :) We're all chipping in around the house, spending time with caring for our pets, plus doing laundry, and also organizing here in our downstairs apartment :) We're very glad, and thankful my mom's continuing to make good healing progress :) Thank you angel friends, for your warm well wishes, prayers, and support :) We're very blessed, and thankful to have you all in our lives :)

This morning, Holly and i enjoyed a nice treats tuesday breakfast :) The morning took a bit of a turn into some frustrating moments though. yesterday, i mentioned about placing an order on walgreen's website, it went very well, and was very fast shipping :) my mom's ordered from their website before,and we have a gift card and wanted to give it a try. the experience was very nice, including getting a new coffee maker :) Holly and i checked out our new coffee maker, and found that we need paper coffee filters for the coffee maker. i tried to add some items into my walgreen's account cart this morning, including some coffee paper filters, i went to the checkout and had saved my walgreen's gift card from my other yesterday, i clicked on the button to use the gift card, and noticed the order form say, "your gift card doesn't have enough to cover the order (the order was about $30), i was baffled,and Holly joined in to help me, we tried everything ,including calling walgreen's customer support, the actual walgreen's store down the road from us, and we also were sent to a technican representative, for technical help. they said, they too are baffled as to why the order wouldn't go through, as we have enough money on the gift card, they sent it to the other technicans, and should hear from them by thursday, Holly and i thanked the technican for their assitance. making calls, sending out emails to walgreen's took a lot of our morning ,it was frustrating, but we're determined to be able to use our gift card.

Holly and i are looking forward to being able to brew some coffee, and treating ourselves to some iced coffees, by brewing coffee, plus we have some nice ice :) Lisa usually brought iced coffee each day when she owed me money for her rent, and last friday paid me back the final $100 (she recently sold her car), and she didn't mention to me if i wanted to give her money to pick up iced coffees for Holly and i at cumberland farms. we feel it was a bit upsetting she didn't ask, but she doesn't have any problems asking to borrow $500 for rent. We believe in 3 or 4 weeks, she'll need to borrow money again ,and she'll offer the iced coffees then, but it makes me feel kinda used, so i'm not sure, if i can help her with money right now, i just don't feel like she appreciates me, and the only really communication is her usually asking me for money, and me saying thanks for the iced coffees. Holly and i are trying to be more idependent, by getting our own coffee maker, and making our own coffee. we haven't had any coffee since last friday. we feel kinda let down ,but also feeling let down by the walgreen's website, and them having issues letting us place our order. We have a good amount of money on our gift card, and it's frustrating the order won't go thru, and we keep getting the run-around by their site technicians. we're hopeful they'll get back to us soon ,about the site/gift card situation.

we've been busy here at home, drying/cleaning our floor, downstairs apartment, and with all that happened with my mom's health last week, we've been trying to achieve a good balance again with our days :) i do have some cards to mail out tomorrow, and we're trying to keep with our daily routines ,and weekly traditions. it's been a rough past 7 days, but we're hanging in there,and continuing to take good care of our health, caring for our pets, and also our plants :)Holly and i got some fresh air this afternoon, and tended our plants, giving them a good watering. :) The plants are doing well :) We're gonna get a good night's sleep, and tomorrow i want to enjoy my writing times at the usually times of the day i write, i'll definitely keep everyone updated on how my mom and us all are doing, and about the walgreen's site/order situation. Holly and i are going to watch knight rider show tonight, and looking forward to mailing cards tomorrow, and having a more balanced day, with a ghost hunters party too :) thank you angel friends, for always being here for us, and for the special joy you all bring us :) We're very blessed, and thankful to have you all in our lives :) We appreciate you all very much, and will always be here for you all too :) Big group caring, happy sunny sunflower friendship hug :) We wish everyone a nice peaceful evening and night :)
