Happy Super Wednesday! :) We mailed cards, enjoying some sunshine today :)

Happy Super Wednesday!!! :) very special deliveries, on this sweet, and super mega spirited awesome day! :) We're enjoying the day, and sending lots and lots of love, and happy friendship smiles across the miles, from our hearts and home to yours :) awww! :) my mom and i enjoyed a super fun, spirit soaring, sweet post office adventure today :) it went really well :) i had social interaction, public speaking, and felt really confident :) i was in that sweet calm relaxing, and peacefully confidence spirit soaring zone :) we mailed some nice cards, and also mailed heart-felt notes :) i had a nice writing week, and looking forward to some more writings :) We've had some clear weather here today, we saw some beautiful nature sights during our adventure, including ducks swimming in the peaceful pond :) awww! :) iput treats around our yard, for our nature animal friends :) i've been doing really well this week, with eating healthy, exercising, and i got my computer room all nice, neat, and organized :) i'm looking forward to writing some more cards, and letters :) Thanksgiving week is coming up! :) We're looking forward to all of the traditions, festivities, parades, football, and lots more :) We're gearing up for a super fun Thanksgiving themed baking friday adventure :) Enjoying a sweet, and spirited day with family and friends :) Tonight, the ghost hunters party is on! :) Whoooooooo!!!!!! :)

SUPER MEGA SWEET WHOLESOME AWESOME, SPIRIT SOARING, SWEET NOVEMBER POST OFFICE ADVENTURE!!! :) With very special deliveries, from our hearts and home to yours :) Hi angel friends :) my family and i hope everyone is doing well, and having a great day :) We sure do love our post office adventures, and enjoying the spirit of the month of November, as we approach closer to the Thanksgiving week :) There's lots of great things to look forward to sharing with family, and friends :) my family and i love hearing from you all, and are so thankful to have you all in our lives :) Thank you for brightening our days :) i've been thinking of you all often, especially as Thanksgiving approaches :) the month of November has some beautiful nature, t raditions, festivities, that makes it a wholesome time of the year :) The holidays are right around the corner :)

It's a nice spirited day :) This morning, we had a sweet peaceful new day rising and shining :) We had some nice rain in our area yesterday, and overnight the rain eased :) it was a peaceful morning :) i felt really relaxed, focused, and ready for this brand new sweet day :) i went outside early, for my nature walk :) there's autumn leaves all around our yard, and i saw some crows visiting our yard too :) there's been many birds around :) i've been enjoying all of the nature sights, that makes November glow :) i enjoyed some nice time here on ds this morning too, writing to friends :) i felt really confident and energized this morning :) i love feeling in tune with the days, and times of the season :)

i've been enjoying some really special writing time ,here in my thanksgiving themed writing area :) i love decorating it, displaying our beautiful cards, gifts, and treasures :) Thanksgiving week is almost here, and there's so much more to look forward too sharing together :) i do lots of writings here in my writing area, during November, and December, for the holidays :) i've been writing some special thank you cards, and notes :) my mom and i both wrote a card for Holly and her family. :) thinking of them with lots of loving, healing thoughts and prayers, from our hearts, and from you all, our dear angel friends :) in the card i wrote for Holly and her family, i drew a heart, and wrote, "Love, Prayers from DS friends" :) You all are very special, dear friends, and always have a special place in our hearts :) We cherish and treasure your very special friendships :) all the focus i need when going to the post office, is focusing on family and friends smiling, and feeling our heart-felt love, when they recieve their mail :) That's a pure wonderful gift, and treasure to my heart :) We were all set, and ready :) Sweet November roads, post office, here we come!!! :)

We began our sweet adventure :) my sister Lisa drove :) She's been doing really well, with her physical therapy, diet class :) We're very proud of her :) We were enjoying a nice talk, and a peaceful car ride :) malerba's farm has closed for the season, but will be reopening next spring, with lots of beautiful new spring time flowers :) We still have some beautiful bright orange, brownish, and yellow trees and leaves in our area :) the november nature is glowing :) i love taking in the peaceful nature sights, during our adventures to the post office :) i felt really relaxed, and confident today :) we saw the ducks swimming in the pond :) they looked so happy, and peaceful enjoying a nice swim :)

We approached closer to the post office, and i was thinking about all of the upcoming times of the holiday season, and holiday mailing :) it's gonna be so nice. :) we love celebrating the holidays with you all :) We arrived at the post office, and parked our car :) it wasn't busy there today. :) my mom and i walked into the post office, and the worker greeted us :) We wished eachother a good morning :) social interaction :) i said to the worker, "we'd like 12 US stamps and 2 International stamps please" :) i felt really confident, with the social interaction, and public speaking :) the worker was talking with my mom and i about the holidays, and how they are fastly approaching :)

the worker also mentioned about family birthday's she has in her family's coming up :) very nice! :) i love when we get to have some great social interaction, and public speaking at the post office :) it helps build up my foundation of confidence, that helps me during all of my experiences :) You all have helped guide me, and have helped me make it this far into my therapy :) i'm very blessed, and thankful :) i remember when i use too be afraid to go into places, due to my social anxiety and shyness, and to be able to go into the post office, stores, having interaction, it truly is incredible :) i feel so proud. :) We all have an incredible journey, of things we want to improve upon, to make progress with, goals, dreams, hopes, and DS, you all, have helped me achieve so much, spirit soaring moments like our post office adventures :) Thank you all so very much :) we all have come a long way together :) i can't wait to many more awesome experiences, including holiday mailing time coming up :)

The experience was going great :) The worker handed me the stamps, and i thanked her, and handed her the money for the stamps :) She gave me the change, and receipt :) my mom and i thanked her, and we wished eachother a nice day :) We walked over to the mailing area, and i put stamps on the envelopes :) my mom bought some of the stamps too, as she had some envelopes to mail :) after i put the stamps on the envelopes, a very special moment i love so much, is holding the envelopes together, and putting the envelopes into the mailing box :) very special deliveries! :)

my mom and i walked outside, and i felt a great sense of continued proudness, spirited joy, and accomplishment :) we rocked it with a sweet, and smooth post office experience, that went really well :) i thanked my mom and Lisa for going to the post office with me :) it's so nice, and generous of them :) We began our journey home :) we were talking about the holidays coming up, and i also thought of family, friends smiling when they recieve their mail :) we saw the ducks again in the peaceful pond on the way home :) it was awesome to see the ducks today :) it was so nice also, going to the post office :) mailing special cards, and looking forward to mailing more very soon :) i'm gonna write some more cards, and letters as the week goes on :) i gain a lot from each post office adventure, and experience :) The joys of sending mail, the great confidence, knowledge, and experience gained, and the special memories from our adventures :) Thank you all so very much, my beautiful family and friends, for all of your incredible love, care, support, guidance, encouragement, and for believing in me, and having faith in me :) i deeply appreciate everything :) i'm with you all, all the way :) we'll be going to the post office again very soon :) Sending lots and lots of love, and happy friendship smiles across the miles, from our hearts, and home to yours :) Happy super wednesday post office adventure smiles :)

We're enjoying a Super sweet, Spirited awesome day :) my family and i are doing well, and are in good spirits :) It was nice going to the post office today, and enjoying some nature, and writign time :) Today for lunch, i enjoyed a baked sweet potato with sour cream, and chicken with ranch salad dressing :) lunch was delicious! :) i've been doing well, with my healthy eating goals, and exercising goals :) i've been checking out some shows on the history channel, and browsing around online for some cool collectibles :) Tonight, Holly and i are going to watch 2 episodes of ghost hunters international :) We love our ghost hunters party's :) Holly and her family are continuing to do ok, and keeping strong :) Thank you all for your continued comforting prayers, well wishes, and for all that you do for us :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) BIG GROUP WARM FRIENDSHIP HUG :) There's many more nice times to look forward too, with family, friends, and nature :)
