Happy super wednesday!!! :) oh my! :) oh boy!!! :) We're enjoying a SUPER MEGA SWEET AWESOME DAY!!! :) with very special sunshine deliveries! :) nature and gardening joys! :) We got SNAP PEAS and STRING BEANS GROWING!!! :) whooo!!! :) This day, is rocking, and summer sunshine rolling! :) Woot! i am smiling and smiling! :) my mom and i enjoyed a super fun, and super sweet, spirit soaring, post office adventure today! :) this was awesome!!! :) i had a great writing week! :) cards, notes, and put together a treasures package! :) our experience went great! :) i had social interaction! :) public speaking! :) i was in the sweet calm relaxing, and peaceful confidence spirit soaring zone! :) i am so very tickled happy, excited, and thrilled, about the cards, and treasures we mailed :) Sending lots and lots of love, and happy friendship smiles across the miles, from our hearts and home to yours :) i'm ready for some more writings! :) hehe! :) i love it!!! :) i've got my writing area all set up, and decorated :) very soon, we'll take a trip to the Christmas tree shop :) i really want to see their new selection of greetings cards :) i always go shopping wild there! : )we're planning a nice shopping trip, this upcoming weekend :) Shopping for Kayla's and Lisa's upcoming birthday's, next week :) We gots of fun celebrations planned, including a nice visit with my grandma :) This morning, i went outside for my early morning nature walk, and was so excited to see, we have some snap peas growing in our gardens!!! :) woot! :) yummy foods, growing! : )sweet garden treats! :) my dad cleaned our 2 bird feeders in our front yard, and moved the feeders, closer to the edge of the garden area :) i may add a hummingbird feeder to our front yard :) the plants are glowing! :) growing! and Smiling and shining! :) oh my! : )The sunflowers continue to grow toward that sweet summer sky! :) it's an incredible time in the season :) i tended our plants today, enjoyed some nature walks :) spirit soaring summer time :) We love it!!! :) i took some cool new pictures to share with everyone :) i'm continuing to organize, decorate my computer room :) as soon as i got it all complete, i'd love to make a video tour of my computer room to share with everyone :) i've got some episodes of ghost hunters on, enjoying the spirit of the day, with family and friends :) Love super wednesday's!!! :) we may have our 1st PUMPKIN GROWING!!! :) Tonight, the ghost hunters party is on! : )Whooo!!!! :)
SUPER MEGA SWEET AWESOME, SUMMER SUNSHINE SPIRIT SOARING, SUPER WEDNESDAY POST OFFICE ADVENTURE!!! :) with lots and lots of love, and sunny smiles across the miles, coming your way! :) awww! :) i am smiling lots, and so very extremely excited! :) i absolutely rocked it!!! with my writings this week, having a really nice writing week, blossoming into some spirited card writing/card creating :) the wonderful joys, of mailing these special treasures, is a wonderful gift, and treasure to my heart :) it's a spirit soaring wednesday today, as the summer season continues to shine :) our plants are growing wild!!!! and we have our first snap peas of the season growing! :) It's so nice, to see the fruits, and vegetables growing, and also all of the flowers, in all of their glory! : )some of the sunflowers, beginning to get ready to grow sunflower heads, that will blossom! :) We'll be seeing our first sunflower blossoms of the season, in a few weeks! :) This is amazing, spectacular, and sweet summer time beautiful! :)
This summer day, is rocking and rolling! :) my family and i hope everyone is enjoying a great day! :) it's one of my favorite days, of the week :) Super wednesday! :) We sure do love our post office adventures :) i've been putting together a nice treasures package, and also writing some special cards :) i love blossoming into some writing times, as i get my cards, writing supplies, paper, stickers, my pen, and dwelving into some writings :) thinking of our dear friends, all around the world :) i love to see my writing area, all set up, and decorated, and also my computer room, where i've been putting our cards, all around, to display, with friendship joys :) i am smiling lots today, and so very happy, and excited about lots of great things :) The summer season is in full swing, and our plants, and gardens have reached an amazing growing zone :)
This morning, as the sweet new summer day was rising and shining, the first sounds of happy birds singing, as the sky begins to become a sweet shade of blue :) i was feeling pumped up, excited, and ready for a great day, of spirit soaring excitement! :) i always get hyped up, and thrilled, as i know we go to the post office on wednesday's :) one of my favorite adventures! :) This morning, i gathered a big bowl of goodies, lots of breads, and peanuts, and ventured out into our yard, for my sunrise nature walk :) my dad washed 2 of our bird feeders, in our front yard, and refilled the feeders, with nice bird seeds :) he moved the shepherd's pole in the yard too, to the outer edge of our front yard garden, so that the birds, and us all, can see the feeders better :) it's really nice :)
As i was checking our plants and fruit trees this morning, i noticed we have continued blossoming, of our tiger lillies, mini rose bush, and our cosmos flowers, plus we have 2 nasturium dwarf jewel flowers beginning to blossom in our planter on the side of our front steps :) the plants are very healthy, and happy :) it's so exciting, seeing the plants, thinking back, to when i held the flowers seeds in my hand, and planted a gardening dream that blossomed in my heart, and now to see that gardening joy blossoming in our gardens, it's an amazing feeling :) a feeling of joy, excitement, and happiness :) i am so very happy, excited, and thrilled, that everyone's been enjoying my journals, pictures, and garden tour videos :) it brings my heart lots of excitement, getting to share in, and celebrate, this beautiful summer gardening season :)
We got some SWEET SURPRISES!!! GROWING in the garden! :) this morning, i noticed we have snap peas growing, and also, we have some string beans growing too, that are growing more and more! :) oh my! : )fresh garden goodies growing, is one of our favorite joys :) it's so neat, to see how much the plants have grown :) from sunflowers, to the tomatoes, peppers, pumpkin plants, and lots more :) i was admiring a beautiful view of our raspberry bushes and grapevines this morning, as the bluejays and sparrows were flying from tree to tree :) the grapes are growing a lot, and so cool to see the clusters of grapes :) WOW! :) we're gonna have an incredible harvest this season season! :) i can't wait to pick my first grape, and snap pea soon :) this is awesome gardening time, and such a wonderful gift, and treasure from nature :)it's very rewarding :)
It was a really sweet relaxing, and peaceful morning :) i felt super pumped up, thrilled about our special deliveries :) i enjoyed some nice time here on ds, writing to friends :) love checking in, to see how friends are doing :) sharing our days, adventures, and healing journey's with eachother :) i felt very relaxed, focused, and at peace this morning :) i knew it was the beginning, of a spirit soaring day :) when we go to the post office, all of the focus i need, is focusing on family and friends smiling and smiling, when they recieve their mail :) that's a pure wonderful gift, treasure, and blessing to my heart, that brings me lots of happiness :) i love having very special writing weeks, where i just write, and write and WRITE!!! :) hehe! :) it's an awesome joy, and thinking of the special friendships shared, over the years, getting to communicate with friends, all around the world :) You all are wonderful friends to us, and bring us a very special happiness, peace, love, and special friendship joy :) We cherish, and treasure your friendships :)
It was still early morning, and we were all set and ready to rock and roll, and to sweet summer stroll the blossoming summer time roads! :) Post office! :) HERE WE COME!!! :) we began our super fun adventure! :) my sister Lisa drove :) we were enjoying a nice talk, and peaceful car ride :) We drove past some of our favorite sights :) The malerba's farm, golf course, and peaceful pond :) the summer time nature, is really incredible :) Love to see, all of the trees, and flowers blossoming all around :) malerba's farm putting up their signs/banners, to let everyone know, their current produce they have :) it's so nice :) we love to see all of the nature this time of the year :) There's just something so magical, and memorable about it :) it's sweet classic, and golden summer time :) as we drove past the peaceful pond, i looked for the ducks, i didn't see them, but did see some bright orange tiger lillies flowers blossoming :) The tiger lillies, look so happy, blossoming amongst the nature wild :) it's so cool to see :) we love that nature, and how it just blends together, this time of the year :) flowers, trees, bushes, and all of our nature animal firends out and about, enjoying the spirit of summer time :)
We were cruising along the main stretch of road, to the post office, on the sides of the roads in some areas, we spotted some purple and white wildflowers, that naturally grow, with the blossoming of the season :) i felt really relaxed, focused :) You all are always right there with us in spirit during our adventures, our sweet dear wonderful guardian angel friends :) We arrived at the post office, and parked our car :) it wasn't busy :) my mom and i walked into the post office :) we noticed they put a new stamps poster up, featuring stamps that come out each month :) it's really nice to see the many varieties of stamps :) the worker came over to the checkout area, and said, "Good morning!" :) my mom and i wished her a good morning :) social interaction, and public speaking :) The worker asked us, how we're doing :) my mom and i said "we're fine, thanks", and asked her how she's doing :) the worker mentioned she's doing well :) it's so nice, having social interaction :)
The worker weighed the package, and said, "do you need any stamps?" :) i said, "yes, please, i'd like 4 International Stamps, and 3 US Stamps please" :) social interaction! :) i am super hyped up! :) the experience was going great! : )another costomer came into the post office :) i was feeling very confident, and even made eye contact with the worker, which is really big for me too :) the social interaction, public speaking, really helps build up my foundation of confident, that helps me during all of my experiences :) i feel very thankful, and blessed :) You all have helped me make it this far into my therapy, giving me strength, hope, and inspiring me :) it's an amazing feeling to go out, and to have good experiences like this, spirit soaring, confident, and enjoying the special joys, of our adventures :) the worker gave me the stamps, i thanked her :) She gave me the total for the order, and i handed her the money :) she gave me the change, and receipt, and thanked us, and my mom and i thanked her :) we wished eachother a nice day :)
my mom and i walked over to the mailing area, and i put the stamps on the envelopes :) we saw some nice southeastern, Connecticut magazines, that are free :) my mom picked up a couple of the magazines for us :) there's a happy bird on the front of the magazine :) the very special moment i love very much, is when i hold all of the envelopes together, and i put the envelopes into the mailing box :) Very special delivery! :) friendships miles :) my mom and i walked outside, and i felt an amazing sense of continued joy, happiness, peace, and excitement :) We absolutely rocked it!!! with a smooth, and fun post office experience, and adventure :) in the parking lot, i thanked my mom and Lisa for going to the post office with me :) it's so nice, and sweet of them :)
We began our journey home :) We were enjoying a nice talk, and car ride, seeing more sweet nature, including more tiger lillies blossoming :) we were talking about Kayla's and Lisa's upcoming birthday's, on July 16th and 17th :) it's gonna be lots of fun celebrating :) i looked for the ducks again, on the way home, as we drove past the peaceful pond :) i didn't see them, but i know they'll be enjoying some nice swims today, in the pond, and all of the wonderful nature :) we arrived home, and i thanked my mom and Lisa again for going to the post office with me :) it was an awesome adventure, and a great writing week i had :) i'm so very happy, and excited about the cards, and treasures we mailed :) i've been getting lots of enjoyment, from my writing supplies :) i'm gonna stock up on some more greetings cards soon too :) Each experience, i gain so much from, the great joys and fun times of the adventures, we mailed cards, treasures, plus the confidence, knowledge, and experience i gain, and the special memories, from the adventures :) Thank you all so very much, my wonderful family and friends, for your amazing love, care, support, guidance, encouragement, and for believing in me, and having faith in me :) i deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of my heart :) We'll be going to the post office again very soon :) Sending lots and lots of love, and happy friendship smiles across the miles, from our hearts, and home to yours :) happy super wednesday post office adventures smiles :)

We're enjoying a SUPER MEGA SWEET AWESOME DAY!!! :) i love super wednesday! :) my family and i are doing well, and are in good spirits :) today for lunch, i enjoyed 2 baked salsa tortilla wraps, aspargus, corn on the cob, and tomato soup :) lunch was delicious! :) i've been tidying up my computer room a bit, also tended our plants today :) i gave the plants a nice watering :) The plants are flourishing nicely :) with it a bit humid outside, i've been pacing myself, with gardening :) i took some cool new pictures to share :) a sweet wednesday tradition i love very much, is the ghost hunters party :) i put some classic episodes of ghost hunters on today :) Tonight, our dear friend Holly and i are going to watch 2 episodes of ghost hunters, season 6 :) We love the show :)The ghost hunters party is on! :) it's been a really nice week, and in great spirits, enjoying time with family and friends :) there's lots of great things going on :) i'm feeling spirited, and full of hope, and joy in my heart :) Thank you angel friends, so very much, for all that you do for us :) You all are wonderfully nice, and sweet :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) BIG GROUP SUNNY SUNSHINE HUGS :) Tonight, i'm going to enjoy some healthy snacks, and watching ghost hunters :) my dad and sister Lisa have the day off from work :) We're gonna have some nice grinders sandwiches for dinner :) there's many more great things to look forward too :)

STRING BEANS! :) some of our low to the ground string beans plants, are beginning to produce string beans :) We also have Kentucky wonder pole beans, that will be growing soon :)
RASPBERRIES! :) so far, we have harvested 5 pints of raspberries in our garden :) about 3 pints, we'll use, to make a nice raspberry pie on baking friday :) our raspberry bushes are loaded, with many more raspberries too :) it's been a wonderful growing season :) We've been freezing the raspberries :)
