Happy Super NATURE-eee wednesday!!! :) oh my! :) oh boy!!! :) We're enjoying a SUPER MEGA SWEET AWESOME DAY!!! :) with special nature, visitors in our yard! :) Lots and Lots of birds, including the red cardinal, bluejays, and lots more! :) oh wow! :) my nature walk this morning was rocking!!! and Sunshine rolling! :) i took lots of new pictures to share :) the bluejays were soaring, the crows and cardinal singing! :) it was sunny awesome! :) it's a day of nature, and special deliveries! :) sending lots andl ots of love, and happy sunshine smiles across the miles, from our hearts and home to yours :) my mom and i enjoyed a super fun, spirit soaring, sunny smiles post office adventure today! :) it went really well! :) i had social interaction! :) public speaking! :) i was in the spirit soaring, confident zone! :) i am so very tickled happy, excited, and thrilled! :) we mailed nice cards, and notes :) i was so happy, to get a chance to catch up on some nice writings :) i'm ready for some more writings! :) hehe! :) i love it! :) This day is rocking! :) it's been sunny, the birds visiting :) i put more goodies outside around mid-day :) it's very cold outside. The Peaceful Pond we drove by, is completely frozen!!! yikes!!! We saw malerba's farm, they got their huge greenhouses closed, and i think they're growing perennial flowers plants inside of the greenhouses :) i made a nice wholesome healthy lunch, some hot tea, and keeping warm :) i've got some episodes of ghost hunters on :) i've also got my writing area all set up, doing some writing :) i'm in the writing zone! :) Enjoying a sweet day, with family and friends :) Tonight, the ghost hunters party is on! :) Whoooo!!! :)
SUPER MEGA SWEET AWESOME, NATURE SUNSHINE SPIRIT SOARING, SUPER WEDNESDAY DELIVERIES POST OFFICE ADVENTURE!!! :) Sending lots and lots of love, and happy friendship smiles across the miles, from our hearts and home to yours :) awww! :) i am smiling and smiling! :) it's a SUPER NATURE, and SUPER DELIVERIES day! :) right now, there's nice cards, and notes on their way to friends, all around the world :) i'm so excited, and very happy! :) Enjoying some amazing nature this morning, with the birds visiting our yard, they singing happily, and all of the of golden warm sunshine, that always warms my heart :) my family and i hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a beautiful day! :) We saw the peaceful pond this morning, it's completely frozen there! it was about 13 degrees this morning here, these deep heart of the winter season days, bring lots of birds out at times, as they are gathering goodies, and i saw some birds soaring around :) i began my day, with an incredible nature walk, that was so cool! :) i got lots and lots of pictures to share! :) oh my! :) angel friends, i'm very pumped up, and excited! :)
my family and i are enjoying a great wednesday! :) i got nature energy flowing in my heart and spirit! :) i'm so happy, and thrilled that everyone enjoyed viewing my new nature pictures, and pictures of my writing area :) it was great, getting back into some writing time, and nature time yesterday :) lots of beautiful nature sights, even the snow, glistens and glows when it's sunny out there :) our nature animal friends are very happy, to see me out there again, putting goodies all around our yard, they are coming very close to me, and it's giving me a chance to take some great pictures :) i'm so excited!!! to bring you all right there with me in spirit, during my adventures :) Thank you all for your beautiful compliments, and lovely comments on my journal :) You all are so nice, and sweet :) i'm so thrilled, to share more nature pictures today :) i did some nice writings yesterday, to complete a nice writing week, that i began last wednesday, i began to do some writing then, and then yesterday, adding to the writings, i had some nice cards, and notes to mail :) i love super wednesday, and the exciting spirit of the day, as mid-week arrives :)
This morning, we had an awesome new day, rising and shining :) i was so excited about the day, mailing cards, notes, and also beginning my day with a nice nature walk :) i bundled up for my early morning walk this morning, had a big bowl of goodies, loaded with all kinds of nice treats for the birds and squirrels :) When i first walked outside, i heard, and spotted, a RED CARDINAL, singing happily in our tree :) i heard other birds around, including a bluejay that flew into our front tree :) i knew it was gonna be a very active nature walk :) i began to walk out to our backyard, and i spotted lots of crows, and sparrows around, bluejays up in the trees, oh wow! :) it was like, all of our nature animal friends were greeting me with sunshine smiles :) i put the goodies out back, and then walked along the snow path a bit, and got a chance, to watch on, as many birds, swooped down, gathering goodies!: ) bluejays, sparrows, crows, black birds, and gray birds/winter birds too! :) it was absolutely amazing! :) i had my camera with me, and was taking pictures to share with everyone :) i got to pumped up, and excited! :) wow! :) There were birds singing all around, and i felt like that nature joy in my heart, was spirit soaring like golden beams of sunshine :) i love it!!! :) i am so happy to share my nature walk pictures with e veryone :) it was neat, to see the crows swooping down onto the table to gather goodies :) our nature animal friends are very happy :)
it was a nice relaxing, and peaceful morning :) i enjoyed some nice protein cheerios, for breakfast, and some water :) i enjoyed some nice time here on ds, writing to friends :) i felt very in tune with the day, peaceful, relaxed, focused, and ready to send some sunshine love and smiles across the miles :) shortly after 8:30am, we were all set, and ready for our super fun adventure! :) i love thinking about family and friends smiling and smiling when they recieve their mail :) That's a pure wonderful gift, and treasure to my heart, and is all the focus i need, when going to the post office :) You all are always right there with us in spirit during our adventures, our sweet dear wonderful guardian angel friends :) we were all set, and ready :) Post office, HERE WE COME!!! :)
We began our super fun adventure! :) We first drove Taylynn to school :) She and Kayla enjoyed their winter recess days off from school :) after we took Taylynn to school, we then drove back through our neighborhood, and went our normal route to the post office :) i was feeling very relaxed, and enjoying taking in some wonderful sights along the way :) it was sunny, and i spotted birds soaring around :) the malerba's farm, is gearing up for their spring season. :) they got the cars/trucks there, loads of dirt/soil, and also have the greenhouses closed :) i imagine they got it very warm inside of those greenhouses, with lots of perennial plants they are growing, for spring time, and the month of march/april for Easter :) it'll be so nice, when they have their grand opening :) The golf course, is a popular spot for sledding this time of the year, we saw the hills, and lots of sledding tracks, from the sledding :)
The Peaceful pond area, is a winter wonderland, completely frozen!!! wow! oh wow!!! it was wild to see, the pond is all frozen, and snow covered everywhere! it's incredible to see, the pond throughout the seasons. it sometimes does freeze fully like this. it's incredible nature, all around :) We continued our journey to the post office :) my niece Alyssa was with us :) i was thinking about family, friends, my early morning nature walk, and excited to mail cards and notes :) we were enjoying a nice talk on the way to the post office :) We approached closer, and arrived :) it looked busy there, we found a parking spot, and my mom and i walked into the post office :) we lined up, the line was moving nicely :) The nice new worker was there :) She called us up, when it was our turn :) She wished us a good morning, and we wished her a good morning :) social interaction! :)
i said to the worker, "we'd like 10 US stamps, and 2 international stamps please" :) i was doing really well, with my public speaking, social interaction, i felt confident, and spirit soaring :) the worker got the stamps, and handed them to me :) i thanked her :) the new worker there, she's really nice, and makes everyone feel comfortable :) when i order 7, or 8 stamps sometimes, she tries to sell us a couple more to make it an even 10, i always say, "Sure! lets make it 10 stamps!" hehe! :) it's great, the social interaction, and public speaking :) it's really helped for me, and helps build up my foundation of confidence, that helps me during future experiences :) You all have helped me make it this far into my therapy :) i'm very blessed, and thankful :) You all give me strength, hope, and inspire me :) i'm so happy to have these great experiences :) i handed the money to the worker, and she gave me the change and receipt :) my mom and i thanked the worker, and we wished eachother a nice day :)
my mom and i love to go over to the mailing table :) it's an area of the post office, where they have broshures, booklets, and newspapers :) i put the stamps on the envelopes, and i then held all of the envelopes together, and put the envelopes into the mailing box :) it's a very special joy, and moments i love very much, reflecting back upon a sweet time i've enjoyed writing during the week, and looking forward to more writings :) special deliveries! :) my mom and i then walked outside, and i felt a great sense of accomplishment, and continued joy :) we rocked it, with a special post office experience :) i am so happy, and thrilled about the cards, and notes we mailed :) i'm ready too, for another great writing week :) in the parking lot, i thanked my mom, Lisa, and Alyssa for going to the post office with me :) it's very nice, and sweet of them :) We began our journey home :) on the way home, we got to see the peaceful pond again :) We drove my niece Alyssa home, and then arrived at our home :) i thanked my mom and Lisa again :) it was such a fun adventure, and i'm ready for some nice letters/cards writing, beginning a new week of writings :) i love my writing time, and our post office adventures :) i gain a lot, from each experience :) mailing cards, treasures, enjoying the experiences, social interaction, public speaking, confidence, and knowledge gained, it's really special :) i also gain memories, from these sweet adventures :) Thank you, my beautiful family and friends, for all of your wonderful love, care, support, guidance, encouragement, and for believing in me, and having faith in me :) i deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of my heart :) i'm with you all, all the way! :) We'll be going to the post office again very soon :) Sending lots and lots of love, and happy sunshine friendship smiles across the miles, from our hearts, and home to yours :) Happy super wednesday post office adventure smiles :)

We're enjoying a SUPER MEGA SWEET AWESOME DAY! :) my family and i are doing well, and are in great spirits :) today for lunch, i enjoyed a baked potato, and a baked sweet potato, and some green beans :) lunch was delicious! :) i've been continuing to do really well, with my healthy eating, keeping balanced, and eating lightly, and taking better care :) i feel really excited, about how things are going with my progress with my goals :) Thank you all for cheering me on :) i made a nice hot tea with honey today. :) i love to naturally sweeten my teas with honey :) i've been enjoying some nice time online, writing to friends, i also have episodes of ghost hunters on :) it's a fun wednesday tradition :) Tonight, Holly and i are going to watch 2 episodes of ghost hunters on our dvd sets :) i'm starting a new week of writing too :) i'm writing a letter to our dear friend Carolyn (Cypher) :) Thank you angel friends, so very much, for all that you do for us :) You all are wonderfully nice, sweet, and generous :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) BIG GROUP WARM COZY FRIENDSHIP HUG :) There's many more wonderful things to look forward too :)

Happy Nature Smiles :) it's been WILD!!! in our backyard, the past couple days :) both today, and yesterday, amazing, to see the amount of birds all around :) As soon as i walked outside this morning, i heard, and then spotted a red cardinal :) then bluejays, crows, sparrows, and other birds too :) it's nature wild out there! :) it got a bit warmer outside here today, than in recent days, it made it up to about 35 degrees here, which is a huge difference, than the -19 degrees windchill the other day. i love my nature walks, and this beautiful nature i've been seeing today, and yesterday :) i put lots of goodies outside for the birds and squirrels :) i took these new nature pictures today to share with everyone :) i'm so excited to share! :) winter time nature sights! :)
