Happy super wednesday! :) special thanks, deliveries, and i ordered a 2nd camera today! :)

Happy Super wednesday!! :) it's a Ghost hunters marathon on syfy today, plus very special deliveries!!! :)Sending lots and lots of love, and happy friendship smiles across the miles, from our hearts, and home to yours :) Thank you angel friends, for your amazing love, care, support, and uplifting encouragement :) You all always brighten my days :) Your wonderful comments, hugs, messages, helped cheer me up, and helped me to blossom into a nice new day today :) my mom and i enjoyed a great post office experience, and adventure :) my dad was up early this morning, and drove us to the post office :) it was so nice, having him join us today, for the adventure :) it went really well! :) i had social interaction! :) public speaking! :) i was in that sweet calm relaxing, and peacefully confidence soaring zone :) i felt very confident, and had nice social interaction, and public speaking :) i'm very happy, excited, and thrilled! :) we mailed a treasures package, and also mailed cards :) i'm ready for another nice writing week :) i still have lots of nice postcards, and greetings cards :) i'm enjoying decorating my writing area, with a nice fall season theme :) i'm definitely getting my spirit boost back, that i'm use too :) i've been pacing myself a bit more today, after having an emotional day yesterday. it's another very warm, and humid day. i checking in on the plants, they continue to do really well : )our gourds pumpkins are flourishing :) it's awesome, to enjoy these golden days of the gardening season :) my new digital camera has shipped, and is on it's way! :) i also saw another sweet deal on ebay, for the same camera, i just had to get the deal! :) i'll now have 2 of the digital cameras :) i was really surprised, at the nice price :) it's definitely gonna be awesome ,having 2 super zoom camera's, 1 to use, and having the other, to know it's there, and ready, just incase i need it :) it's awesome!!! :) syfy channel is having a special ghost hunters marathon today :) the countdown to the new season beginning next month, is on! :) i've been watching the episodes :) i lost 2 more pounds, and now have lost a total of 19 pounds on my weight loss goal :) i'm very happy and excited! :) Enjoying this much needed, peaceful, balanced day, with family and friends :) Tonight, the ghost hunters party is on! :) Whooo!!! :)
SUPER MEGA SWEET SPIRITED PEACEFUL, AWESOME, AND WONDERFULLY BALANCED DAY, with a Super wednesday post office adventure!!! :) awww! :) it feels good to be enjoying some smiles today, and a much needed more balanced, and focused day :) angel friends, i just want to begin my journal, by saying a very special thank you :) yesterday, turned out to be a much more emotional day than i thought it would be, and it was really draining, emotionally, and physically, i didn't even have much of an appetite yesterday, i didn't even dinner until around 8pm last night. it was just one of those days. today, i woke up feeling more focused, refreshed, and woke up to your wonderfully heart-felt comments on my journal, and your nice hugs, and messages :) i just want to take this time, to thank you all so very much, for always comforting me, and uplifting me :) You all help to restore, and help to replenish, that spirit within me, that finds my spirit boost, and my writing spirit, that makes me can't wait to write! write! write! :) hehe! :) i wish i could give you all a great big hug :) THIS BIG HUG RIGHT HERE, IS FOR YOU ALL :) Love you! :)
my family and i hope everyone is enjoying a great day! :) i've got lots to share. :) post office experience was rocking and rolling! :) plus, i now have 2 SUPER ZOOM digital cameras on their way! :) plus, nature, gardenign joys, and a ghost hunters marathon on syfy channel! :) it's coming back! :) Ghost hunters 10th season, beginning next month, during the classic halloween season of October :) it feels good to be writing, especially about some joys, and things i'm excited about :) i want to let everyone know, i'm gonna be SUPER ZOOMING around our yard, and gardens again very soon! :) the digital camera i ordered late last week (on friday evening), has been shipped, and today, i ordered a 2nd one too, because it was a SWEET deal i found on ebay, for just $24, i got the same camera, 2 Super zoom, 12.1 mega pixel, with a 3x optical zoom, Sanyo vps X1200 digital cameras! :) they are gonna be coming soon! :) 1 camera, i'll use often, the 2nd camera, will be right here on my shelve, ready to be used, just incase i need a 2nd camera :) it's gonna be so nice, to have the 2nd digital camera, to know it's there :) i just couldn't pass up on the deal :) these cameras are so awesome, and are my favorite :) i would pay $100 or more, for these cameras, but i got such amazing deals! 1 was, $30, and 1 was, $24 :) 2 super zooms, for only $54, i just had to buy these cameras! : )the last camera i had, lasted me 28 months (that camera was $75), so i got so much use out of it, over 2 years, and now having 2 of these sanyo digital cameras, it's a really good investment, that i will get lots of enjoyment from, using the cameras :)
This morning, after getting a good night's rest, we had a sweet new day, rising and shining :) i've been looking forward to going to the post office :) i've been having a nice time putting together a treasures package, i also wrote 3, heart-felt notes/cards, for friends, who have been experiencing some rough and emotional times. i like to be able to send out, these cards, when friends are in need, of comfort. i've been getting into the month of september spirit, and also with the fall season weeks away, i've been decorating my writing area, with a fall theme. :) i love dwelving into my writings :) i'm writing a new letter, for my dear, and lovely ds mum (Bloss) too. :) it's been a good stretch of days, overall, even though it's been a bit too warm/humid outside here, i still love to go out early, for my early morning sunrise nature walks :)
The birds were singing happily today, as lots of them were out and about, singing, and enjoying gathering goodies :) the sparrows love to swarm our yard, near the bird sanctuary, nature forest, and fence poles areas where i put breads, and crumbled crackers with peanut butter this morning :) We love to take good care of our nature animal friends, giving them lots of nice foods :) they get so excited, to gather the goodies :) i checked in on the plants, the gourds pumpkins are growing so nicely, and are gonna be so much fun to pick/harvest later on this month :) i must admit, i've been very lost without my digital camera (super zoom), i'm seeing hundreds of nature sights i want to super zoom in, to take pictures, and have been looking forward to getting my new digital camera, so i can take more pictures of the plants :) i'm thankful though, i've got a backup camera right now, to take pictures with :)
It was a nice relaxing, and peaceful morning :) i enjoyed some nice time here on ds, writing to friends :) thinking of family and friends, on post office super wednesday's, and them smiling, is all the focus i need, when going to the post office :) It's a pure wonderful gift, and treasure to my heart :) my sister Lisa was busy this morning, but my dad was up early, and joined my mom and i, for the post office adventure :) You all are always with us in spirit, during our adventures, our sweet dear wonderful guardian angel friends :) We were all set, and ready to rock and roll, and to sweet stroll the blossoming September roads! :) golden days of summer, countdown to fall season! :) Post office, HERE WE COME! :)
We began our super fun adventure :) my mom, dad, and i were talking, and enjoying the card ride too :) it's amazing, how it's september already, and how fall season is around the corner :) i've been thinking about how very soon, in the upcoming month, the trees will begin to change colors, for the fall season :) it's gonna be so nice, and a very special joy to be able to see the trees, and taking pictures to share with everyone :) those colors of autumn, really do shine :) we drove past malerba's farm, the golf course, and peaceful pond :) malerba's farm is organizing their area, where they put their pumpkins, and fall harvest area :)
It's one of our favorite sights to see each september/october, when malerba's farm begins to decorate their fall harvest area :) i'll be taking pictures of it :) it's incredible, how soon, scarecrows will be lining yards, and also the pumpkins upon steps and porches, and all of the joys, of having some nice pumpkin spiced treats, and apple cider :) Fall season, has always been my favorite time of the year :) There's lots to look forward too :) as we drove past the peaceful pond, i admired the beautiful glow of the nature there, as the september sun continued to rise way up into the sky :) i haven't seen the ducks much this summer season, but i know they love that pond, and we'll probably see them more often, when fall season arrives :)
We continued our journey to the post office :) i felt very focused, and in tune with my focus today, is a great blessing :) i was so out of focus yesterday, i just couldn't wait for today to arrive, a brand new day, is sometimes the most greatest blessing we can have :) our dear friend Maria often tells me, "Each Day, is a new Beginning" :) it's so true :) we arrived at the post office, it didn't look that busy :) we parked our minivan, and my mom and i walked into the post office :) We lined up :) i was talking with my mom, she had a card and note to mail to our dear friend Julie (my ds mum Bloss) :) i looked at the stamps posters too :) the worker called us up :) my mom and i wished her a good morning, and she wished us a good morning :) social interaction :)
i said to the worker, "We have a package, and some cards to mail" :) i was doing really well, with my social interaction, and public speaking :) Each time i have it, it really boosts my confidence, and gives me hope, and strength :) You all have helped me make it this far into my therapy :) i'm very blessed, and thankful :) the worker asked me shipping questions for the package, i answered each question clearly :) i was doing great, and was feeling very confident :) in that peaceful confidence spirit soaring zone, where it just feels natural :) i said to the worker, "we'd like some stamps please, 2 US and 2 International" :) social interaction! :) The worker handed me the stamps, and i thanked her :) She gave me the total for the order, and i handed her the money :) She gave me the change, and receipt :) my mom and i thanked the worker, and we wished eachother a nice day :)
my mom and i then walked over to the mailing area, and i put stamps on the envelopes :) then, the very special moment i love very much, is when i hold the envelopes together, and put them into the mailing box :) Very special deliveries, coming soon, sent with our love and smiles :) my mom and i walked outside, and i was feeling such a great sense of continued joy, peace, and accomplishment :) we really rocked it with a smooth experience at the post office :) i thanked my mom and dad for going with me to the post office :) We began our journey home :) i was talking about how excited i am, that we mailed some treasures, and cards :) i look forward to many more writings, as the week goes on, i want to write more postcards, and some letters too :) on the way home, we stopped by the gas station to get some gas, and then drove home :) the peaceful pond, is so nice, as it glows during the early morning hours :)
It was a really nice post office experience, and a great week, writing, and putting together a treasures package :) i'm so happy, excited, and thrilled about the nice treasures we mailed :) each experience, i gain so much from :) From the joys of mailing items, to the confidence, knowledge, and experience gained, that helps me during future experiences :) Thank you all, my wonderful family and friends, for all of your amazing love, care, support, guidance, encouragement, and for believing in me, and having faith in me :) i deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of my heart :) i'm with you all, all the way! :) Spirit and Strength! We're enjoying a great day! :) my family and i are doing well, and are in good spirits :) We're enjoying some nice time with my dad and sister Lisa today :) they both have the day off from work :) it's so nice having them home :) we love to have a nice dinner together, on wednesday's :) today for lunch, i enjoyed some tomato soup, and baked potatoes with nice ranch chipotle salad dressing for topping :) lunch was delicious! :) i had my weigh-in, i lost 2 more pounds, and now have lost a total of 19 pounds :) i'm really excited :) i've been losing the pounds, at a good pace :) for about 2 and a half months now, i've been working harder to lose some weight :) eating healthier, exercising, nature walks, and gardening :) i've been lifting weights more this year too, which is helping build up my back/arm/shoulder strength :) Thank you all for cheering me on with my goals :)
Next month, October, the new season, 10th season of Ghost hunters is beginning, on October 8th, for a special 200th episode celebration :) today, Syfy is having a ghost hunters marathon, it went from 8:30am to 4:30pm! :) Each wednesday now, they are gonna be showing classic episodes of ghost hunters :) This is so cool! :) i've had the episodes on today, and tonight, our dear friend Holly and i are loooking forward to watching ghost hunters episodes :) the ghost hunters party is on! :) i'm feeling very blessed, and thankful :) Each day, you all warm our hearts, and touch our hearts in many special ways :) Thank you all, for all that you do for us :) We deeply appreciate your kindness, and geneorusity, with all of the love of our hearts :) BIG GROUP COMFORTING FRIENDSHIP HUG :) this evening, we're gonna have a nice dinner, tonight i'm gonna make a salad for snack, and watching ghost hunters :) there's many more great things to look forward too :) Tomorrow, the NFL football season begins! :) We're ready for some football! :)

GOLDEN GARDEN DAYS! :) i enjoyed some nice nature walks, in our yard, and gardens a few times today, and also gave our plants a nice watering :) it's a bit cooler outside, than in recent days :) i love taking pictures of the plants to share with everyone :) i picked some nice tomatoes, string beans, and also took some cool new pictures, of our sunflowers :) the plants continue to thrive, and grow :) we're so happy, to enjoy our September garden, and getting to share it with everyone :) Sunny greetings, from our garden :)
