Happy super wednesday! :) special heart-felt deliveries :) theme, one day at a time :)

Happy super wednesday!!! :) Very special deliveries, and a special ghost hunters shoutout, from Holly! :) awww! :) We're having a good day, with some new updates on how Holly is doing, and also some very special deliveries :) Holly got to call me this morning :) We wished eachother a good morning :) She said, "happy ghost hunters wednesday my BOO-friend!" awww! :) i said, "thank you my ghoulfriend!" :) That's what we say to eachother, on wednesday's :) oh, how we look forward to our ghost hunters party's being on again :) She did give us some updates. She had a rough night, and didn't sleep well (nightmares, ptsd). She called me yesterday evening too. They had a therapy/ program movie viewing during the evening. She called me before it. She said, they adjusted her medicines, and also changed her meal plan. She said this week,they're going to discuss housing with her and plan for outpatient treatment for her eating disorder. She's keeping strong, and we're all keeping strong for her, and positive :) Thank you angel friends, for being here for us during these times :) We appreciate everything :) Holly feels all of the love, care, support, and prayers :) her friend Linda called me yesterday evening too :) my mom, Lisa,and i enjoyed a nice post office adventure and experience today :) i had a big writing week, writing cards, notes, and letters :) i used my new printer to print some of the letters i wrote :) it went great and smoothly at the post office :) i had social interaction, and public speaking :) i was in the sweet calm, and confident zone :) i'm so thrilled i mailed out letters, cards, and looking forward to more writings, as the week goes on :) Holly's gonna be recieving her envelopes soon, that we sent her :) She's keeping very strong, we all are, and looking forward to lots more special times together :) health, healing, and togetherness :) Thank you angel friends, for all that you do for us :) my mom, dad, Lisa, went out today to the stores, and bank :) i've been keeping busy, and awaiting new updates :) been reaching out to some friends on the phone today and in recent days too. it helps to talk :)

Hi angel friends! :) Big warm caring happy sunny friendship hugs, on this beautiful sunny day :) my family, Holly, and i hope everyone is doing well, and having a nice day :) Holly sends her love, and thank you :) She called me this morning, we got to catch up a bit :) She also called me during the evening yesterday :) we're keeping strong and positive for her, and every day forward :) it means so much to us all, knowing you all are here for us :) We feel all of the love, care, and support :) It's very comforting, and uplifting :) This morning, we had a beautiful new day, rising and shining, with a nice sunrise sky, some happy birds singing :) i've been seeing the black capped chickadees :) they remind me of the winter birds stamps i recently got :) we love the sunny days, and we sure do love our post office adventures :) it's been helping a lot, keeping with routines, and keeping active each day :) This morning, i put some treats outside for our nature friends, during my early morning nature walk :) our nature friends love to gather the treats :) recently, my sister Jenn and family gave us 2 huge bags of black sunflower seeds :) it's very nice of them :) our nature friends love the seeds and treats :)

Holly called me around 7:40am this morning, and she also called me yesterday evening, after 6pm :) She had a busy day there at SP yesterday, including appt. with dr, and social worker talking with her. She said, they adjusted her meds, and her meal plan. She's doing fairly well with everything, as well as she can be doing. She did have a rough night she mentioned, she had nightmares, and woke up at 4am, and had trouble sleeping, and PTSD. She's recieving very good care :) she said there was an incident with another patient there, and it was upsetting to her about all that was going on, but she's handling things really well :) She said, later on this week, they are gonna continue to discuss housing for her, and her eventual outpatient treatment for her eating disorder. She's keeping as strong as she can,and she is getting strength from us all. :) we had some sweet moments on the phone this morning too :) She said, "good morning, happy ghost hunters day my BOO-friend!" and i said, "thank you my ghoulfriend!" hehe! :) She and i call eachother that, on wednesday's :) We certainly are looking forward to all of our party's on again, in the very near future :) We're so focused on everything, from health, to healing, to progress forward, and all of the special times to look forward too together :) Holly and i wished eachother a good day :) She said, some patients had left, and that she would try to call every chance she gets :) awww! :) She's thinking of us all, and i told her we're thinking of her too :)

my mom, Lisa,and i were getting ready this morning ,to go to the post office :) we love our adventures :) i've been having a big writing week :) writing heart-felt notes, letters, and cards :) Holly's gonna be recieving the envelopes we mailed her, and soon, will have her new address, as she will be settling into her new home :) i've been enjoying my writing area, and doing lots of writing, to begin the new year :) writing is theraputic for me, and helps me a lot :) i enjoyed some nice time here on ds this morning, writing to friends :) i felt very focused, and ready to send some mail :) all the focus i need when going to the post office, is focusing on family and friends smiling when they recieve their mail :) That's a pure wonderful gift, and treasure to my heart :) it was still early morning, and we were all set, and ready for our adventure :) sweet sunny glowing roads of January, post office, here we come! :)

We began our adventure :)my sister Lisa drove :) She, my mom, and i were enjoying a nice talk :) i told them, Holly says hi, and wishes us all a nice day :) We were enjoying a peaceful car ride to the post office :) it's really sunny day,and the nature glowing :) it was mild weather this morning too :) We love to see some of our favorite sights when we go to the post office :) malerba's farm has all of their greenhouses closed, for their winter growing season,and will have lots of flowers ready for spring time :) We could still recieve some big snowstorms, during winter season, and the golf course is a very popular spot, for people to go sledding during winter :) the peaceful pond looked so nice this morning :) it was glowing from the sunshine :) i looked for the ducks, i didn't see them, but it's always fun looking for them :) We continued our journey to the post office :)

We arrived at the post office, and parked our car :) it wasn't busy : )my mom and i walked into the post office and the worker greeted us :) We wished eachother a good morning and a happy new year :) social interaction :) i said to the worker, "We have some envelopes to mail" :) i felt focused, and confident in the post office today :) i said to the worker, "we'd like 3 International stamps and 10 US Stamps please" :) Social interaction, and public speaking, is really big for me :) it helps build up my foundation of confidence that helps me during all of my experiences :) You all have helped me make this great progress :) i feel very blessed, thankful, and appreciative :) the worker gave me the stamps, and i thanked her :) i gave her the total for the stamps, and she gave me the change, and receipt :) We thanked eachother, and wished eachother a good day :)

my mom and i walked over to the mailing table area, and i put stamps on the envelopes :) then, the very special moments i love very much, is holding all of the envelopes together, and putting them into the mail box :) very special deliveries :) my mom and i walked outside, and i felt that very nice sense of accomplishment, and heart-felt joy, having had such a big writing week, and blossoming into lots of writings, is helping me a lot right now :) i love my new printer, and being able to print letters :) i thanked my mom and Lisa for going to the post office with me :) it's very nice, and sweet of them :) we began our journey home :) i was thinking of family and friends smiling when they recieve their mail :) We had a nice car ride home, and was so nice to see the peaceful pond again :) it was great going to the post office :) i'm very happy,and thrilled about the mail we sent, and looking forward to more writings as the week goes on :) Each week, i gain so much, from our experiences, and adventures :) We mailed special mail, and also the great confidence, knowledge, and experience gained, that helps me during all of our experiences, plus the very special memories made, from our adventures :) Thank you my wonderful family, and friends, for your incredible love, care, support, guidance, encouragement, and for believing in me, and having faith in me :) i deeply appreciate everything :) i'm with you all, all the way :) We'll be going to the post office again very soon :) Sending lots and lots of love, and happy friendship smiles across the miles, from our hearts, and home to yours :) happy super wednesday post office adventure smiles :)

Prayers Request. Hi angel friends, we have a special prayers request, for our dear friends Debbie (Sunsetyellow2), her husband John, and family. Debbie had a health scare, she mentioned in her journal, that it happened this past weekend. She updated us all, and is out of the ICU, and back home. god bless her heart. we're so glad, thankful, and relieved that Debbie is ok, and back home. Please keep Debbie, John, and their family in your thoughts and prayers, and please send healing energy prayers. Thank you angel friends, so very much. big group comforting friendship hug :)

Holly updates! :) Holly's brother and i have been keeping in tune with Holly, with eachother, and everyone about the latest updates :) Today's her brother's birthday :) She got to call him and wish him a happy birthday :) The latest update, is that Holly ate her breakfast, and half her lunch, and talked with her social worker today :) Tomorrow, she's going to be talking with someone from the group home tomorrow :) She also isn't using a walker now, so that she can build up her strength :) It's great news, and progress forward :) i'm so glad, and thankful, to keep everyone updated on the latest, on how Holly is doing :) her brother said she's going to call me this evening :)

Nature Smiles :) hi angel friends :) i've been seeing some seagulls, birds soaring over our neighborhood today :) it's gotten windy outside. The birds love to glide through the air :) i'd love to re-share some of my recent months, nature pictures :) i'm definitely looking forward to getting out more, into some nature walks like this :) i've had lots on my mind,and heart, but am doing ok :) these nature moments, are spirit soaring times i look forward too again :)
