Happy super wednesday! :) Special Delivery! :) Treasures, Goal update, Spirited day! :)

Happy super wednesday!!! :) oh my! :) oh boy!!! :) We're enjoying a SWEET SUPER MEGA AWESOME DAY!!! :)with very special deliveries, and a sweet spirit boost in my heart! :) Very special deliveries, from our home to yours, sent with lots and lots of love, and happy frendship smiles :) awww! :) my mom and i enjoyed a super fun, and super sweet, post office adventure today! :) it went really well! :) i was in that sweet calm relaxing, and peacefully confidence spirit soaring zone :) i had social interaction, and public speaking :) i got a book of stamps, and international stamps :) the post office has, these awesome Spring Flowers themed stamps! :) i'm smiling and smiling! :) Right there, there's lots of cards, notes, and postcards on their way to friends, all around the world :) i absolutely rocked it!!! with my writings this week, and i am ready for some more writings! :) i've got letters i want to write, and more postcards :) i'd love to buy another book of Connecticut postcards soon :) it was so very special to me today, to mail these postcards :) featuring beautiful sights, all around our state of Connecticut :) i'm feeling very positive today :) beginning to the week, i was a bit low spirited, and low energy, but today i'm doing ok, and feeling well :) i had my weigh-in this morning :) i lost another pound! :) woot! :) i've lost a total of 6 pounds so far in the past 3 weeks :) i'm very happy, and pleased with how well i'm doing with my healthy eating :) even though i'm a bit limited with how i can eat, due to my chipped tooth, i've been able to manage/cope fairly well :) i even treated myself to some ice cream the other evening, as a special treat :) i'm keeping balanced, and doing so well, because of the amazing love, care, and support, from family and friends :) THANK YOU!!! :) SUNFLOWER HUGS :) i recieved my new ghost hunters dvd set in the mail today! :) i'm having a ghost hunters marathon :) tonight, our dear friend Holly and i are going to watch a classic season 2 episode of ghost hunters :) The GH party is on! :) Whoooo!!! :) Enjoying this wonderful day! :)
SUPER MEGA SWEET AWESOME, SPIRIT SOARING, IN THE WRITING ZONE, POST OFFICE ADVENTURE!!! :) Very special deliveries!!! :) i am so very tickled happy, excited, and thrilled! :) right now, there's letters, cards, and postcards on their way to friends, all around the world! :) i had a DREAM COME TRUE WRITING WEEK this week :) i've been deep within the heart of my writings, writing with all of my heart, and spirit :) when i recieved the book of Connecticut postcards i ordered on amazon.com i couldn't wait to begin writing the cards! :) i went writing wild!!! all week! :) hehe! :) and i'm ready for some more writings! :) It's the wonderful month of March, and my spirit is blossoming as the countdown to spring season is beginning! :) We're only 2 weeks away from spring, and this upcoming sunday, we SPRING FORWARD by setting the clocks ahead, MARCHing toward spring! :)
We sure do love our post office adventures :) today, my mom and i enjoyed a really sweet adventure :) i've been mentioning to my mom, about the awesome writing week i had :) i was doing some writing each day, finishing up some notes, a letter, and also some nice postcards writing :) i think it's so neat, the postcards, and how we get to share beautiful sights around our state, with you all, our dear, and wonderful friends, from all around the world :) my family and i know how wonderfully heart-felt, and heart warming it is, to recieve mail, postcards, gifts, and treasures :) Your beautiful friendships, gives us an amazing view, and heart warming joy of getting to see your states/countries, sharing the sights, as we get to share our days, and adventures with eachother :) Your friendships are a wonderful joy, we cherish, and treasure with all of the love of our hearts :)
This morning, a sweet new day, rising and shining :) i got a really good night's rest last night :) i layed down early, i watched the very 1st episode of my new dvd set, "the walking dead", wow! I'M A FAN!!! hehe! :) i've become a fan of the show, and already can't wait to see the 2nd episode :) i was so very into the episode, and it was a really thrilling start to the series :) i'm very happy i got the 1st season on dvd, and still have 5 episodes to watch :) i woke up this morning feeling refreshed, and ready for the new day :) i feel in tune with my focus, and spirit today :) as the new week began, i was feeling a bit flat spirited, and low energy, but today, mid-week arriving, i'm feeling much better, and was super excited about our post office adventure :)
It was a nice relaxing, and peaceful morning :) i enjoyed my early morning nature walk, feeding our wonderful nature animal friends, and also enjoyed some nice time here on ds, writing to friends :) i'm really excited, and proud of the writing week i had :) i love having a week of writing like i had, this past week, and i look forward to many more joyful times writing like this :) it was definitely a dream come true writing week :) all the focus i need, when going to the post office during our weekly adventures there, is focusing on family and friends, smiling and smiling when they recieve their mail :) that's a pure wonderful gift, and treasure to my heart :) when family and friends mention they recieve their mail, and the joy it brings them, that touches my heart in so many beautiful ways :) Friends forever :) it was still early morning, and we were all set, and ready to rock and roll! :) Post office, HERE WE COME!!! :)
We began our super fun adventure! :) my sister Lisa drove :) we were enjoying a nice talk, and peaceful car ride :) i felt very spirited, and excited for the day :) You all are always right there with us in spirit during our adventures :) We drove past the malerba's farm, golf course, and the peaceful pond :) i think malerba's farm will be opening up, in the upcoming weeks, they love to open up to sell their lillies, daffodils, tulips, and other flowers :) The Spring grand re-opening of malerba's is a wonderful joy, and a sign that spring is coming :) it's gonna be great gaining more sunlight on sunday, setting the clocks ahead an hour, the sunsets will be close to 7pm now, wow! :) more sunlight, more sunny nature! :) i felt very relaxed, focused, and at peace as we made our way to the post office :) the peaceful pond will be blossoming soon, for the new season :) spring time :) the ducks will return, and the pond will be fully thawed out, and all of the flowers, and nature wildlife there, will be shining and smiling! oh my! and growing and glowing! :)
We arrived at the post office, it wasn't busy :) we parked our car, and my mom and i walked into the post office :) the worker called us up :) we wished eachother a good morning :) social interaction :) i felt very at peace, relaxed, and focused :) i said to the worker, "we'd like a book of US stamps, and 2 International Stamps please" :) another costomer came in, i was doing so well, relaxed, focused, confident :) these opportunities for social interaction, and public speaking in front of others, when these opportunities happen, it's really nice, to be able to have that interaction, and to feel comfortable in the experiences :) it's really amazing feeling, to feel the progress you all have helped me to make over the years, with all of my experiences :) when i first began going into the post office, my mom talked, and i was very quiet, but i've come very far, because of you all, you all have lead me to this great progress, that makes me feel very much more relaxed, especially when going to the post office :) i feel like each experience i've had, talking more, handling the money when we pay for the post office order, these experiences, have helped build up my foundation of confidence, that continues to grow, and grow :) i'm very happy, and blessed :) i always wish you all could see me there in the post office :) You all are always right by my side, every step of the week, with me in spirit :) i feel very blessed, and thankful :)
The worker gave me the stamps, i thanked her :) i noticed the Us stamps have new Spring/Flowers theme :) i gave the worker the money, and she handed me the receipt :) We thanked eachother, and wished eachother a nice day :) my mom and i walked over to the mailing area, and i put the stamps on the envelopes, and postcards :) my mom said, "wow! these postcards are pretty!" :) awww! :) then, the very special moment i love so very much, i put the postcards/cards into the mailing box :) Very special delivery! :) awww! :) Friendship smiles :) my mom and i walked outside, and i felt an amazing sense of continued joy, and accomplishment :) we absolutely rocked it! with a sweet smooth post office experience, and adventure :) i'm very happy, excited, and thrilled about the nice cards and letters we mailed :) i thanked my mom and Lisa for going to the post office with me :) it's very nice, and sweet of them :) i have 6 extra stamps here, that i will be able to use, when i write some more cards, throughout the course of the week :)
We began our journey home : )as we drove home ,i was thinking of friends smiling when they recieve their mail :) it's gonna be awesome! :) We drove past the peaceful pond, golf course, and malerba's farm :) i looked at one of the greenhouses as we drove by there, to see if i could spot any signs of plants growing for spring time :) i didn't see, but i know soon, malerba's farm will be having their grand opening :) We arrived home, and i thanked my mom and Lisa again for going to the post office with me :) i love to write about our adventures, it brings me great joy :) it was an awesome writing week i had, and i'm ready to do some more writing :) i decided to do some more writing in the new letter, to my lovely ds mum (Bloss), i'm also going to be writing new letter to our friends Carolyn (Cypher) and Anne during the week, plus some more postcards :) Thank you all so very much, for believing in me, and having faith in me, and for all of your amazing love, care, support, guidance, and encouragement :) it means the world to me :) You all are wonderful, and i am so very extremely blessed, to be surrounded by this amazing love, and support, each time i go out during an experience :) i deeply appreciate everything, with all of my heart, and i'm with you all, all the way! :) i'm ready for another awesome writing week! : )We'll be going to the post office again very soon :) Sending lots and lots of love, and happy sunny friendships miles across the miles, from our home to yours :)
GOAL UPDATE! :) my 3rd WEIGH-IN! :) Hi angel friends! :) this morning, i had my wednesday weigh-in :) i'm very pleased and happy with the results :) i lost another pound! :) i'm down to 225 pounds now :) i've lost a total of 6 pounds in 3 weeks :) i'm feeling really good about how well i'm doing with my goal :) even though i've been a bit limited, with how i can eat right now, with my chipped tooth, i'm managing and coping fairly well :) i've been having lots of salads, i've cut back on my sugar/chocolate, i've been drinking more water, and also been having balanced portions with my meals :) i do enjoy my treats still, like iced coffees, and i also had some ice cream the other evening, it was a nice treat :) i feel very balanced, and thrilled that i've lost 6 pounds total :) i do miss my grapenuts cereal/raisins in the morning, which i can't have currently due to my chipped tooth, but i am having some nice honey flakes cereal, that is easier for me to eat :) i'm gonna continue to do my best, and i know in the very near future, i'll be getting my tooth fixed, and will be able to add even more foods to my diet :) i'm down to 225 now, and i'm on a really good pace :) i've been enjoying my salads, tomato vegetable soup, and baked sweet potatoes this week :) i wash the sweet potatoes, i then slice the potatoes in half, i then use a fork to pokle a few holes in the potatoes, and i bake the potatoes :) Thank you all for your amazing support with my goals, and for all of your wonderful encouragement :) i'm with you all on your goals too :) CHEERS!!! to continued progress, and achievements with our goals :)
HAPPY FRIENDSHIP SMILES, and HAPPY NASCAR SEASON WISHES, FROM VIRGINIA! :) Awww! :) this is so very wonderfully heart warming, and super mega sweet awesome!!! :) my family and i are very happy, and excited! :) We recieved some super cool treasures, from our dear, and lovely friends Judy (Ladybug7), her husband Denny, and their family :) awww! :) i am smiling and smiling! :) We recieved a lovely friendship card, with dragonflies design on the front of the card :) inside the card, Judy wrote me a lovely friendship note :) awww! :) i'm going to display our nice card, here in my writing area :) Judy, and her husband Denny are big nascar fans :) my family and i enjoy nascar too :) i watch some of the races :) my brother Charlie and his girlfriend Barbara are huge fans too, they watch the races each week :) i know they are very excited, for the new season that just recently began :) Judy, Denny, and their family sent us, a really nice, collectible Nascar Illustrated magazine :) it's got a picture of some of the nascar drivers on the front of the magazine ,including Dale Jr. :) my brother Charlie and i cheer for Dale Jr. :)
This is really cool :) the magazine is a special collector's edition, nascar prevew edition :) very cool! :) i was looking at some of the magazine, browsing, and noticed there's an awesome schedule poster for all of the 2014 nascar races :) i'm going to show my brother Charlie and Barbara this awesome collectible magazine :) We're so happy, and delighted to recieve these very special gifts, and treasures :) We love them, and will always cherish them :) this is so nice, and sweet of Judy, Denny, and their family :) on sundays, i love to send Judy and Denny a text to wish them a happy nascar sunday enjoying the race :) We're so happy, and thankful to have you all in our lives :) Each you, you all make very special for us :) Judy, Denny, family, my family and i thank you all so very much, for these awesome gifts, and treasures :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of our hearts :) From our hearts, and home to yours, we send our love, and happy friendship smiles :)
We're enjoying a super mega SWEET!!! awesome day! :) my family and i are doing well, and are in good spirits :) it's ghost hunters wednesday! : )Today, i recieved my new, and awesome ghost hunters international, season 2, part 2 dvd set! : )i am very happy and excited! :) i look forward to watching the episodes :) i've been putting on some classic season 5 episodes today :) Tonight, our dear friend Holly and i are going to watch the classic ghost hunters episodes, from season 2, the Stanley hotel episode :) it's gonna be awesome! :) the ghost hunters party is on! :) today for lunch, i enjoyed a soft baked sweet potato, 2 baked salsa tortilla wraps, i also had a nice fresh crisp salad :) it's a bit hard to eat the mixed vegetables in the salad, but if i chew slowly, it's ok : )lunch was delicious! :) i've been enjoying some time hanging out with my mom, dad, and sister Lisa :) my sister Lisa and dad had the day off from work today :) we're gonna have a nice dinner this evening :) i'm also very excited, about the nice letters, and cards we mailed today :) it's a great wednesday :) Thank you angel friends, so very much, for all that you do for us :) You all are wonderfully ncie, and sweet :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of our hearts :) BIG GROUP SUNSHINE HUG :) Tonight, i'm going to have some oatmeal for snack, and going to watch ghost hunters :) there's many more great things to look forward too :)
