Happy super wednesday!!! :) oh my! :) We're enjoying a SUPER MEGA SWEET AWESOME, SPIRITED DAY!!! :) Special delivery's! :) awww! :) sending lots and lots of love, and happy friendship smiles across the miles, from our home to yours. :) my mom and i enjoyed a really nice, sweet wholesome and fun post office adventure today! :) it went really well! :) i had social interaction! :) public speaking! :) i was in the sweet calm relaxing, and peacefully confidence soaring zone! :) i am smiling and smiling! :) i absolutely rocked it!!! with  my writings this week! :) Whooo! :) i had a great writing week. :) i'm so very tickled happy, excited, and thrilled! :) right now, there's 2 treasures packages, 2 letters, and 2 cards on their way to friends, all around the world. :) i'm ready for some more writing! :) hehe! :) i love it!!! :) it was so nice enjoying putting together the packages, and writing the letters and cards. :) i'm gearing up for the month of march, and another sweet writing month! :) i'm going to be creating Happy Easter cards for everyone in march. :)it's gonna be a very special arts, and writing project. :) i'm so very happy and delighted that everyone enjoyed viewing pictures of my writing area all set up and decorated for March. :) we're continuing to enjoy a great week, with healing eating, and enjoying peaceful joys. :) i feel such a great positive energy, with eating healthier, enjoying plenty of fruits and vegetables. :) i'm easing right into a nice routine :) i made a baked sweet potato, and tomato vegetable soup for lunch today. :) the syfy channel is having a ghost hunters marathon! :) this is rocking and rolling! :) a brand new episode airs tonight. :) we've got some rain in our area today. i put lots of goodies outside for our nature animal friends. :) We also saw some ducks swimming in the peaceful pond during our post office adventure. :) my family and i are going to have a nice dinner together this evening, and tonight, the ghost hunters party is on! :) Whooo! :)
SUPER MEGA SWEET AWESOME, SUNNY HEARTS SMILES, SUPER WEDNESDAY POST OFFICE ADVENTURE!!! :) special delivery! :) from our home to yours, lots and lots of love, and happy friendship smiles across the miles, from our home to yours. :) awww! :) we sure do love our post office adventures. :) my mom and i were in the post office today, browsing around at the nice mailing items, and collectible stamps. :) i felt so calm, relaxed, and deeply in tune with the experience. :) i was thinking of friends smiling when they recieve their mail. :) There's 2 treasures packages, 2 cards, and 2 letters on their way to friends all around the world. :) one of the packages is a happy birthday goodies/treasures package, for our dear friend Nisa (Stix24) :) her birthday is coming up in March. :) March is almost here, a month of celebrations aplenty, and soon we'll be welcoming the beautiful joys of the spring season, that will be blossoming wonderfully all around. :) from the early spring flowers, to bushes and trees, and then the fruit trees blossoming later on in spring. :) We have so much to look forward too, and to celebrate, together :)
my family and i hope everyone is enjoying a great day! :) my energy continues to build up, and i feel a rejuvenated spirit within, with my healthy eating, and also so very happy and excited about having a great writing week. :) each week is great, but some weeks i feel like i absolutely rock it!!! with my writings! :) hehe! :) i love to write, and enjoy these very special times. :) i had so much fun on sunday, dwelving deep into gathering my March/Spring/St. Patrick's day decorations, and beginning to decorate, thinking of family and friends, and the beautiful month of March we have to look forward too. :) i was so very into my decorating, and my writing, and enjoyed taking pictures of my writing area to share with everyone. :) Thank you all so very much, for your wonderful comments. :) it warms my heart, and makes me very happy, and smile, knowing that everyone enjoyed seeing my newly decorated writing area. :) it's glowing green, with the spirit of march arriving on friday. :) i love March, my favorite month of the year. :) each month has it's very special, and unique qualities. :) we've been having a nice February, and now onto March soon. :) this is awesome stretch of the year. :)
We enjoy hearing from you, and hearing about your days, and adventures, and sharing our adventures with you and your family's :) as i write this, i hear bluejays singing happily outside, as they gather lots of yummy goodies, and returning to their nests. :) We have some rain in our area today, more snow and ice is melting, and soon more flowers will be peeking up through the soil, greeting us with a happy spring nature greeting. :) We've got so many sweet sunny flowers to look forward to seeing in the gardens. :) i've been enjoying some wholesome and fun nature walks, and spirited writing time. :) i wrote 2 nice letters this week. :) one for my lovely ds mum (Bloss), and one for our dear friend Audrey. :) i also wrote some cards, and put together 2 nice treasures packages. :) i put love my love, and spirit into each card, letter, and package, and get so excited about our super fun post office adventures. :)
We had a nice sweet treats tuesday yesterday, getting some nice treats. :) during later afternoon, i spent a good hour doing some writing. :) i also completed putting together the treasures packages. :) i've been using my nice construction paper, and glitter pens. :) i'm going to be creating some nice happy Easter cards in march, for all of my family and friends all around the world. :) it's gonna be a fun writing project. :) it's so nice writing, it's very enjoyable. :) i feel so spirited because this week, i wrote 2 letters, and that's a wonderful sign that i'm enjoying some awesome and heart warming writing time. :) i love, and cherish and treasure these times. :) each time we go to the post office, all the focus i need, is focusing on family and friends smiling when they recieve their mail. :) That's a pure wonderful gift, and treasure to my heart. :) we know how wonderfully heart warming it is to recieve mail. :) the sweet kindness, and generousity of recieving such a sweet friendship gift, a card, envelope, package, and to be able to bring that joy, happiness, and excitement to you and your family's too, it means the world to us, and is very special to us. :) You all are beautiful friends, who always have a very special place in our hearts. :)
This morning, a sweet new morning was rising and shining. :) we knew we'd have rain in our area today, but we got plenty of sunshine joy in our hearts. :) i put some goodies around our yard, for our nature animal friends. :) there's been lots of birds all around, gathering goodies. :) they sing so happily, sweet nature tunes that bring us happy joy. :) it was a nice peaceful, and relaxing morning. :) i enjoyed some time here on DS, writing to friends. :) i felt so relaxed, focused, at peace, and in tune with the day. :) i watched a dvd last night, got a good night's rest, and i always get so excited for super wednesday! :) post office adventure day! :) i bring my wonderful treasures with me during our adventures. :) You all are always right there with us in spirit during our adventures, our sweet dear wonderful guardian angel friends. :) it was still early morning, and we were all set, and ready to rock and roll! :) Post office! :) HERE WE COME!!! :)
We began our super fun adventure! :) my sister Lisa drove. :) We were enjoying a nice talk, and peaceful car ride. :) we were talking about new laptop computer charger my mom ordered on amazon :) my mom's going to give my sister Lisa her old laptop computer, and the nice charger will help be able to charge up the laptop. :) my sister Lisa is so happy. :) This is very nice of my mom. :) She does so much for us, and we appreciate her very much. :) on our way to the post office, i was focused on the awesome writing week i've had, and mailing the nice treasures. :) we drove past malerba's farm, the golf course, and the peaceful pond. :) malerba's farm has some workers there, you can definitely tell they are getting ready for their grand reopening. :) it's so nice. :) they're going to be opening up for the spring season soon, in march. :) they have a grand opening for Easter time, when they sell beautiful easter lillies, daffodils, and tulips. :) it's so nice. :) We'll have some fun times shopping at malerba's farm this upcoming spring. :) i always look forward to when my dad and i go there to garden shop, and i take pictures of the green houses and tractor. :) it's gonna be awesome! :)
The Peaceful pond today, was very active. :) we saw some birds, and also 2 ducks swimming. :) they were out for an early morning swim, even though it's raining, they love that pond, and i know they are so happy that most of the ice in the pond has melted. :) We love to see that wholesome and heart warming nature there. :) We approached closer to the post office, and arrived there. :) i already felt like i was in the sweet calm, relaxing, and peacefully confidence soaring zone. :) We parked our car, and my mom and i walked into the post office. :) we were only costomers there. :) the worker saw us, and i kinda did a spontaneous wave to the worker! :) hehe! :) it was cool. :) the worker called us up, and said hi. :) we said hi, and i said, "we have some packages to mail" :) social interaction! :)
i felt very confident, and was doing very well with my public speaking. :) the social interaction and public speaking is a really big part of my healing journey with my therapy. :) i always think back to when i was so afraid to go into places, and to be able to have these nice free spirited experiences now, it's a wonderful sign and shows the amazing progress family and friends have helped me make over the years. :) i'm so happy, thankful, and blessed. :) i appreciate these special times, and i look forward to them. :) You all have helped me make it this far into my therapy. :) The worker was weighing the packages. :) i had filled out a costoms form, had it all set and ready. :) i love being nicely prepared, and was so happy that things were going smoothly. :) i was looking at the collectible stamps. :) the worker asked me if i needed any stamps, i said, "yes, i'd like 2 International stamps, and 2 US stamps please" :) social interaction! :) i was doing great! :) i was talking to my mom about the letters, and packages. :)
the worker gave me the stamps, and i said, "Thank you" :) the worker then gave me the total for the order. :) i handed her the money, and she gave me the receipt. :) my mom and i thanked the worker, and we wished eachother a good day. :) my mom and i walked over to the mailing area. :) we put the stamps on the envelopes, and then the very special moment i love so much! :) i put the envelopes into the mailing box. :) special delivery! :) awww! :) my mom and i walked outside, and in the parking lot i thanked my mom and Lisa for going to the post office with me. :) it's wonderfully nice and sweet of them. :) i love to treat my mom and Lisa on tuesdays, as a nice treat, and also as a special thank you for them taking me to the post office offce. :) We began our journey home. :) we were enjoying a nice talk, and peaceful car ride. :) i was thinking of family and friends smiling and smiling when they recieve their mail. :) we drove past the peaceful pond, and my mom spotted a duck! :) She said, "such a cute duck!" :) awww! :)
we approached home, and i thanked my mom and Lisa again. :) it was such a fun time going to the post office, an awesome writing week. :) i feel so spirited, energized, and excited! :) one of our very favorite joys, is hearing from friends when they recieve their mail. :) That's so very heart warming, and touches our hearts in many wonderful ways. :) i'm so very tickled happy, excited, and thrilled about the nice cards, letters, and treasures we mailed today. :) each experience, is so nice. :) i gain lots of confidence, knowledge, and experience, plus the joyful memories of our fun adventures. :) Thank you all so very much, for all of your amazing love, care, support, guidance, encouragement, and for believing in me, and having faith in me. :) i deeply appreciate everything, with all of my heart. :) We'll be going to the post office again very soon. :) sending lots and lots of love, and happy friendship smiles across the miles, from our home to yours. :) Happy super wednesday post office adventure smiles :)
GOAL UPDATE :) my family and i have been enjoying eating healthier. :) including more fruits, and vegetables into our diet. :) it's going really well. :) we're feeling your wonderful positive energy, support, and encouragement. :) Thank you so much. :) it's so nice, easing into this healthy eating routine together. :) my mom bought these nice wheat pita bread pockets, and made some nice tuna fish salad. :) my dad loves the nice sandwich. :) my mom also bought some fresh celery, we have lots of nice cans of vegetables, like corn, green beans, and we have lettuce, salad ingredients. :) last night, i had some nice pineapple and cucumber slices for snack. :) yum! :) today for lunch, i made a nice baked sweet potato, and some tomato vegetable soup. :) i use one can of tomato soup, 8oz of water (same amount of soup), i also added in some oregeno, a bit of black pepper, some minced garlic, and some frozen mixed vegetables. :) the soup simmer cooked on the stove. :) lunch was delicious! :) i am so proud of all of us, for how well we're doing. :) this is a healthy start to eating better. :) Thank you for cheering us on with our goal. :) We're so thankful to have you all in our lives, and we appreciate your wonderful support, and encouragement. :) it's a very rewarding feeling, eating better, taking good care. :) i'm so happy we're doing good with this goal :) it's a special dedication, to good health :)
We're enjoying a super mega sweet awesome, and spirited day! :) Lots of sunshine in our hearts. :) my family and i are doing well, and are in good spirits. :) i enjoyed my nice lunch today, and enjoying some time here on DS, writing to friends, and watching ghost hunters. :) syfy is having a special marathon today :) tonight our dear friend Holly and i are going to watch the new episode of ghost hunters. :) the ghost hunters party is on! :) i'm going to have some pineapple for snack tonight. :) This evening, my family and i are going to enjoy a nice dinner together. :) we're enjoying these special times. :) Looking forward to spring. : )There's so much to look forward too. :) i enjoyed some nice talks on the phone, with our dear friends, Maria (Love4you), and Holly :) it's so nice talking :) my family and i thank you all so very  much, for all that you do for us. :) You all are wonderfully nice, and sweet. :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of our hearts. :) BIG GROUP HUG :) the birds have been singing and singing outside here today. :) i love it! :) my family and i hope everyone is enjoying a wonderful day. :)
