Happy Super Wednesday!!! :) We're enjoying a super mega sweet spirit soaring awesome day!!! :) Very special sunny summer deliveries! :) Sending lots and lots of love, and happy sunny caring friendship smiles acoss the miles, from our hearts, and home to yours :) We'e very happy and excited! :) We love super wednsday, and the very special tradition of sending and recieiving mail :) Today, we mailed cards here from home :) i enjoyed a great writing week, and looking forward to more writings as the week continues on, including writing some new letters :) Holly and i love our writing time, and are very excited for a whole season of writings ,and mailings :) There's lots of great things going on, with the summer season in full swing :) We're looking forward to celebrating the 4th of July holiday with everyone tomorrow :) We're going to have some nice holiday foods, snacks, drinks, and having a cool summer movies party :) We love this time of the year, and all of the spirit soaring excitement the season brings :) Holly and i enjoyed some nice nature walks, and tending our plants, we gave them a good watering :) We have lots of snap peas, cucumbers, and yellow squash growing :) We're loving the season, and having lots of fun sharing our garden, and adventures with everyone :) We're going to cook some yellow squash soon and adding it into spaghetti sauce :) We're loving seeing our flowers growing, blossoming, and lots of our happy nature friends visiting our yard, and garden :) There's lots more great things to look forward too, as the season continues to shine :) We've been hanging out today :)We enjoyed a nice phone call with our friend Shirley ,and also tuning into the sports radio :) i'm enjoying browsing some cool collectibles, including baseball stamps, and more :) i have a homerun challenge card entered for one of tonight's baseball games :) i hope to win a special rare card :) i checked my weight (it's been 3 weeks), i lost 4 more pounds ,and i've now lost a total of 23 pounds this year! :) i'm very thankful, and very happy to be doing well with my health goal :) Thank you angel friends, for all of your great support, encouragement and for sharing in the season with us :) Enjoying an awesome, spirit soaring day with family, friends, special deliveries, nature walks, tending our plants, and the wonderful spirit of the summer season :) Tonight, the summer time ghost hunters party is on!! :) Woot!! :)

It's a spirit soaring time in the summer season! :) We're enjoying sharing in the week with everyone, and very excited for lots of great summer times being shared :) We love hearing about your days, adventures, and sharing ours :) it's very exciting, all of the great times being shared as the summer season continues to blossom :) This morning, we had an awesome new day, rising and shining :) i was up early this morning ,enjoying some nice time here on DS, writing to friends ,and getting ready for my early morning nature walk :) we're loving the summer sunshine ,and all of the nature that glows this time of the year, with the gardening season in full swing :) it's a very exciting time in the season :) the nature, gardening ,and getting to share our adventures is bringing us lots of great joy :) i gathered a nice bowl of goodies this morning, and went outside into the sunshine ,for my nature walk :)
Our nature friends, and the summer sunshine greeted me :) it's beautiful weather, sunshine, and sweet blue sky :) i heard some happy birds singing around our area, they serenade everyone into the new days with their happy peaceful singing :) i put lots of goodies in our backyard, and in the bird sanctuary area for our nature friends :) They're very happy, enjoying the goodies, i've been putting all kinds of goodies outside, including peanuts, sunflower seeds, and popcorn : )our nature friends are ready to enjoy a great feast, for the 4th of July! :) i saw mr. nut squirrel on top of our shed :) he's been visiting often :) The nature energy is amazing all around :) it's so nice, and a great joy taking in all of the spirit soaring nature sights ,of summer time :)

We're very happy and excited, our summer garden, is flourishing and all of the plants are super mega growing :)the sunflowers are growing tall, and lots of flowers plants growing all around our yard, and in the gardening areas :) We have lots of snap peas, cucumbers, and yellow squash growing :) Holly and i have been talking about boiling some yellow squash, and adding it into some spaghetti sauce :) our zuchinni plants are doing great, and my dad's tomato plant he recieved for father's day is doing well :) it's very nice, seeing all of the plants flourishing :) we have roses, our snowball bush ,daisies, plus our morning glory flo wers beginning to blossom :) our grapevines ,and fruit trees are doing well : )we have apples, and pears growing :) the squirrels did get our peaches, but we're gonna be happy to get some apples, and pears to pick, and we hope for peaches to grow next season :) We're looking forward to picking some cucumbers, and also making some cucumber wraps this summer season :) Holly and i are having lots of fun gardening, and sharing our garden, and adventures with everyone :) on sunny days like today, we love to give our plants a good watering :) We love gardening season! :) happy sunny nature, and gardening season smiles :)

It was a sweet peaceful, and spirited early morning :) We enjoyed our breakfast, and having some hot chamomile tea, water, and vanilla iced coffee :) Cheers!!! to spirit soaring summer time! : )We enjoyed a nice phone call with our friend Shirley (Squarely) :) Holly and i put the sports radio on today, we love tuning in, during the weekdays :) lots of great sports talk :) i entered one of my homerun challenge cards into the topps site, for a chance to win a special rare card tonight :) the player, plays for the Bluejays team :) it would be awesome if he hits a homerun :) i'll keep everyone updated :) i've been browsing some nice collectible baseball stamps on ebay, and would love to add some to my collection :) it'll be fun adding a baseball stamps section in my album :) i'm getting lots of enjoyment, organizing my stamps and albums :)

i'm very happy and excited to share with everyone ,i checked my weight this morning, i've lost another 4 pounds, and now have lost a total of 23 pounds since late December :) i'm very happy and pleased ,to be making some good progress with my health goals :) it's a great feeling, taking good care, eating healthier :) Everyone's support and encouragement is helping me very much :) i'm so thankful, and very blessed :) i began the year, at 264 pounds ,and i'm now down to 241 pounds :) i'm only about 11 pounds away from getting down to my goal weight :) it's a great turnaround, and great progress with my goal :) i've cut back on grease/fried/frozen processed foods, and haven't had any big macs, i also haven't had any soda. i stopped drinking soda in mid January. i drink lots more water, i also love my iced coffees :) i've been getting good exercise too ,with nature walks, and the gardening season :) i eat more baked chicken ,rice, vegetables,fruit like pineapple, grapes, and instead of the frozen breakfast burritos (i always ate 2 per morning), i now have a bowl of raisin bran crunch cereal,and i sometimes have a cinnamon raisin bagel :) i love boiled eggs, and coleslaw, salads too, and i still have my nice grinder/sub sandwich on friday evenings, ham, cheese, lots of lettuce, and some sweet pickles with Italian salad dresing :) Holly, my mom, and dad, are also doing well, with eating healthy : )We're all dedicated to achieving the best of good health : )Thank you angel friends, for being here for us, and cheering us on with our health goals :) We'll always be here for you all too :) Wishing us all, the best of good health, comfort,and peace :)
