Happy super wednesday! :) Signs of Spring Nature! :) Post Office, and Bday Countdown! :)

Happy super wednesday!!! :) oh my! :) oh boy!!! :) SPRING IS COMING!!! HAPPY MARCH NATURE SMILES!!! :) We're enjoying a SUPER MEGA SWEET AWESOME DAY!!! :) With very special deliveries, and only hours away from Spring Season arriving! :) We saw robin birds today, and PLANTS!!! in the greenhouses at Malerba's Farm! :) We're MARCHing to spring now!!! :) woot! woot! :) i am so very tickled happy, excited, and thrilled! :) post office adventure! 3 days until my birthday!!! and the NCAA basketball tournament is beginning! :) I LOVE MARCH!!! :) my mom and i enjoyed a super fun, and super sweet, post office adventure today! :) we had some very special deliveries! :) cards, a letter, and a treasures package! :) The experience went really well! :) i had social interaction, and public speaking :) i was in the sweet calm relaxing, and peacefully confidence spirit soaring zone! :) i had a great writing week! :) i'm ready for some more writings! :) hehe! :) i love it! :) i've got a special birthday week ghost hunters party going on today here in my computer room :) our dear friend Holly and i are gonna watch 2 episodes of ghost hunters tonight :) i cooked a nice healthy lunch :) i had my wednesday weigh-in :) i'm still not in that zone, of losing some pounds, but i'm maintaining around 228 right now, but i'm keeping dedicated, and determined :) You all give me strength, and hope :) i'm in great spirits :) i treated myself to a nice freshly brewed pumpkin spiced iced coffee today :) it's ghost hunters day! :) i'm continuing to tidy up my computer room, organizing :) i enjoyed an amazing nature walk this morning :) Thank you all for brightening our days :) You all are very special friends :) Tonight, the ghost hunters party is on! :) Whoooo!!! :)
SUPER MEGA SWEET AWESOME, MARCH NATURE SPIRIT SOARING, SUPER WEDNESDAY POST OFFICE ADVENTURE!!! :) ARE YOU READY FOR SPRING!!! :) WOOT! :) Spring arrives tomorrow, and today we saw some sweet signs of spring, as we sent lots and lots of love, and happy friendship smiles across the miles, from our home to yours :) awww! :) i'm smiling and smiling! :)right now, there's cards, a letter, and a treasures package on it's way to friends :) We saw planters up in the greenhouses of Malerba's Farm! :) Plus, Ducks swimming in the sunny peaceful pond, and also, robin birds visiting by the post office! :) This day is sunshine rocking and MARCH ROLLING to spring season! :) i am smiling lots, and so very happy, excited, and thrilled! :)
We sure do love March, and our post office adventures :) Today, as we made our way to the post office, it felt like we were cruising the sweet spring preview roads! :) it's amazing, how Spring Season is arriving tomorrow :) These beautiful glimpses of spring time nature, warms my heart, and makes me smile :) It's a beautifully sunny day here in CT :) my birthday week is here, only 3 more days until my birthday! :) i am so very happy, and excited about celebrating with everyone :) There's so many great things going on :) Tomorrow is the big beginning of the NCAA basketball tournament, and also the 1st day of Spring! :) We've been counting down the days, and it's gonna be so nice, to rise and shine with the happy spring sun tomorrow! :) This morning, i was rising and shining with some amazing nature, to begin my day with sunny smiles :)
A beautiful new day, was rising up this morning, with the sky being painted a sweet shade of blue, and the birds singing happily :) bluejays, sparrows, and red cardinal :) i got a huge bowl of goodies, and enjoyed a beautiful sunrise hour nature walk :) i was putting goodies all around our yard, and spent some more time in the bird sanctuary :) i have perfect spot there, where i love to watch the birds, and squirrels :) This morning, the bluejays, woodpecker, sparrows, and crackle birds were going wild! :) oh my! :) they were gathering goodies, i was deep in my nature heaven! :) Taking lots of pictures to share with everyone :) the little sparrows, so cute, and adorable, they were happily singing, one of the sparrows looked like it was doing a sunny dance on the tree branch! :) hehe! :) awesome nature, up close. and so very heart warming :)
i was thrilled to begin my day, with a sunny nature walk, and also been gearing up, for our post office adventure :) i wrote a nice new letter, some cards, and also put together a treasures package over the course of the week :) i love gearing up for our adventures :) my writing area hs glowing green, with the official color of march, Green, and Shamrocks, St. Patrick's day theme :) i love being in the zone with my writings, writing with all of my heart, and spirit :) i felt so nice, relaxed, and focused this morning :) i enjoyed some nice time here on ds, writing to friends :) all the focus i need when going to the post office, is focusing on family and friends smiling when they recieve their mail :) That's a pure wonderful joy, and treasure to my heart :) it was still early morning, and we were all set, and ready to rock and roll, and to cruise the spring preview roads to the post office :) Post office, and Spring time nature, here we come! :)
We began our super fun adventure! :) my sister Lisa drove :) We were enjoying a nice talk, and a peaceful car ride :) my mom said, "it's gonna warm up outside later on today" :) We're very excited, for the spring season :) on the way to the post offic,e we were driving past malerba's farm, the golf course, and peaceful pond, and got to see some beautiful sights :) PLANTS GROWING!!! :) at the Malerba's farm, we can see a little bit into the greenhouses, as we drove past there, they got planters, and the sun was shining upon the greenhouses, it looked so nice, and beautiful! :) Malerba's farm is preparing for the Spring season, and their Grand Reopening :) they love to sell lots of nice lillies plants, hyacinth's, daffodils, and other spring time flowers :) it's gonna be awesome to see those flowers outside in front of malerba's farm main area, for spring season :)
The Peaceful Pond was glowing this morning, as the sun was still rising way up into the sky, and the pond gets this golden glow :) most of the pond has thawed now, and wild plants will be growing and blossoming all around the pond, in the upcoming weeks, and months :) Spring time nature :) on the way home, is when i spotted the ducks swimming today :) We continued our journey to the post office :) i was feeling very focused, and ready to send these wonderful gifts, and treasures across the miles, with heart-felt sunshine smiles :) We arrived at the post office, and parked our car :) it wasn't that busy at the post office :) my mom and i walked into the post office, and lined up :) i was very excited, i had a really sweet writing week, and i love when we get to put treasures packages together too :)
The worker called us up :) She said, "good morning" and my mom and i wished her a good morning :) social interaction! :) i said, "we have a package to mail" :) the social interaction, and public speaking is really big for me :) it helps build up my foundation of confidence :) You all have helped me make it this far into my therapy, where i'm able to have this nice social interaction :) it's an amazing feeling, i feel very blessed :) The worker asked me shipping questions, i answered each question clearly, i love being able to speak up, it really does boost my confidence :) i also had a large envelope with letter/picture inside, to mail :) the worker weighed the envelope, and then gave us total for the order :) i gave the worker the money, and she gave me change, and receipt :) my mom and i thanked the worker, and she thanked us :) awww! :) She's very nice :) We wished eachother a nice day :) i had some stamps saved from last week, and used 2 of the stamps to put on cards :) a special moment i love very much, is when i get to put the cards into the mailing box :) Very special delivery! : )Awww! :) my mom and i walked outside, and i felt an amazing sense of accomplishment :) We rocked it!!! :) it was a sweet smooth, and nice post office experience :) i thanked my mom and Lisa for going to the post office with me :) it's very nice, and sweet of them :)
We began our journey home :) on the way home, we spotted some robins birds, near a field area, near the post office :) There were lots of robins! :) it was so nice to see them :) it's a beautiful sign, that spring is coming :) i was thinking of friends smiling, when they recieve their mail :) my mom, Lisa, and i were talking, and also got to see the ducks swimming in the peaceful pond :) i spotted 5 ducks, they were swimming in sunny areas of the pond, awww! :) beautiful nature :) i love it! :) We arrived home, and i thanked my mom and Lisa again for going to the post office with me :) it was a great experience, and a wonderful adventure, with signs of spring season all around :) i'm very happy, and excited about the nice cards, letter, and treasures we mailed :) i gain so much from each experience :) we mailed treasures, plus, i gain confidence, knowledge, and experience, that helps me during future experiences, plus the sweet joys, and memories, of our experiences, and adventures :) Thank you all so very much, for all of your amazing love, care, support, guidance, encouragement, and for believing in me, and having faith in me :) i deeply appreciate everything, with all of my heart :) i'm with you all, all the way! :) We'll be going to the post office again very soon :) Sending lots and lots of love, and sunny spring smiles across the miles, from our home to yours :)
GOAL UPDATE! :) WEDNESDAY WEIGH-IN! :) Hi angel friends! :) i had my weigh-in this morning :) i weighed in at 228. i've still not gotten into a zone yet, with losing pounds, but am really trying, and keeping dedicated to good health, and determined :) it may be taking a bit, for my metabolism level to get balanced, to the point where it's easier to lose some pounds. i've really tried, last week, and over the course of this week, and the pounds are just not coming off, like i want them too, but i'm not getting discouraged, or upset, i just know, right now, my body is getting balanced, more use too the healthier eating, and my metabolism will be settled soon. :) i've been having salads, baked potatoes, there are other healthy foods, like grapenuts cereal, and trail mix, i haven't been ablel to eat, due to my tooth that needs to be fixed. i'm not upset about the pounds not coming off, i know if i keep patient, and dedicated, along with keeping determined, i'll definitely see the results on the scale, that i want to see :) i know i'm doing well, with my healthy eating, and doing much better than i was during late 2013, so that's a good positive right there, knowing i am eating healthier, it's just taking a little time for the pounds to come off. i'm not giving up, and i will keep determined, and dedicated. :) those weeks when i lose a pound, or 2, will be very much celebrated with my spirit, as i'll remember these weeks when i didn't see the results i would have liked to see, and those good weeks, will make me appreciate even more, with how well i'm doing with my healthy eating :) i feel healthy, i just need to keep at it, and to keep on keeping on :) i'm gonna definitely have weeks, where i lose a pound or 2, and those weeks will even future more motivate me :) Thank you for sticking with me with my goals, and for being wonderful friends, and for sharing your journey's with your goals :) it's so nice, getting to cheer eachother on :)
We're enjoying a SUPER MEGA SWEET AWESOME DAY!!! :) Spirit of March! :) my family and i are doing well, and are in good spirits :) today for lunch, i enjoyed a baked potato, tomato soup, and a fresh crisp salad with pickles :) lunch was delicious! :) my mom went out shopping earlier, and picked up some nice items for me, including a powerade, tortilla wraps, cereal, and mixed vegetables :) it's so nice, and sweet of her :) i look forward to going out shopping again soon :) i've been taking it easy today, as my energy level got very low yesterday evening, i've been working hard on cleaning/organizing, so today i've been taking it easy more, and it's helping me, to replenish my energy :) a sweet wednesday tradition i enjoy so very much, is the ghost hunters party :) i put some classic season 5 episodes of ghost hunters on today here in my computer room :) Tonight our dear firend Holly and i are gonna watch 2 episodes of ghost hunters :) the ghost hunters party is on! :) tomorrow, i'd love to vacuum my computer room, and i may organize another one of my shelves too :) my computer room is coming along really well :) i've been organizing so nicely, and it feels great to accomplish the organizing :) my dad, and sister Lisa have wednesday's off from work :) We've been hanging out today :) we're gonna have a nice dinner this evening :) my family and i thank you all so very much, for all that you do for us :) You all are very special, and wonderful friends :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of our hearts. :) BIG GROUP SUNNY FRIENDSHIP HUG :) There's many more great things to look forward too :)
