Happy Super Wednesday! :) Nature Walks, Writing, and Decorating for new year! :)
Happy Super Wednesday!!! :) Special Deliveries, as we count down to the awesome new year, 2016! :) We're enjoying a SUPER mega sweet awesome day!!! :) i'm smiling and smiling! :) my mom and i enjoyed a sweet post office adventure today :) we had some nice postcards to mail :) i blossomed into some nice writings, i love my new postcards books, and ever since i recieved them for Christmas, i've been looking forward to writing cards :) our post office experience went really well :) i had social interaction, and public speaking :) i was in that sweet calm relaxing, and peaceful confidence spirit soaring zone :) my mom and i had some nice social interaction with the worker there, talking about Christmas, and new years :) i'm so happy, and thrilled about the nice postcards we mailed :) i'm ready for some more writings, as the new year begins :) i'm pumped up and excited! :) i've been organizing my computer room, and decorating my writing area for new years :) it looks really nice :) it's coming along really well :) i'm so happy and excited, i took some more pictures today, of my organizing, decorating :) i'm gonna make my writing area glow, for 2016, new year :) tomorrow's new year's eve :) my family and i have a peaceful new years eve/holiday planned :) We're gonna ring in the new year, having a nice new year's holiday dinner, and baking goodies on friday :) AMC channel is having a "the walking dead" marathon :) i've been watching some of the episodes :) Tonight, Holly and i are having a ghost hunters party :) is everyone ready for the new year? :) i'm continuing to do really well, focusing on good health, exercising, and a great new diet i've began :) i bought some grapenuts cereal, and raisins today :) i'm feeling better, and i feel like i'm beginning to get on a good track, with a healthy balance :) Thank you angel friends, for all of your incredible love, care, support, guidance, encouragement, and for cheering me on with my goals :) i'm with you all, all the way! :) We wish everyone, a healthy, safe, and happy new year! :)

It's so exciting, getting ready to welcome the new year :) i've been doing some great new year organizing, and decorating here in my computer room, getting ready for the new year, refreshing my computer room, and also blossoming into some awesome new writings. :) i recieved some wonderful postcards books, for Christmas, and i've been looking forward to dwelving into some nice writings, and mailing cards :) it's one of my favorite joys, and one of my new years wishes, to have a wonderful new year of continued joyful writings, and also continuing to do well, with eating healthy, exercising, and taking very good :) our wishes for everyone, is for all to have a healthy, happy new year : )You all are so wonderful, cheering me on with my goals, and my new goals to take good care, with my new diet, and exercising :) i've been feeling better, as the week is going on, and i've cut back on my coffee intake, and haven't had any spicy foods since sunday. i'm beginning to get onto a good balance, it's a rewarding feeling, and i'm so thankful to share my new goals, and journey with everyone here on the site :) it makes me so happy, and i'm with you all, all the way with your goals too, our dear angel friends :)
This morning, as we had a sweet new peaceful day rising and shining, i gathered a nice big bowl of goodies, and put the goodies around our yard, for our nature animal friends :) it was neat yesterday, seeing the snowfall we had recieved, and feels like winter season has officially arrived. i look forward to dwelving into more nature walks, as the new year, and winter season goes on :) i've been hearing some happy bluejays singing outside here :) it's a wonderful joy, the sounds of peaceful nature :) it was a nice relaxing, and peaceful morning :) i enjoyed some nice time here on ds, writing to friends :) i felt very focused, relaxed, and in tune with the day :) my energy has been replenishing, with some nice rest at night time, it feels good to be balanced with good energy again :) We sure do love our post office adventures, and i get so excited about going, to mail treasures :) all the focus i need, when going to the post office, is focusing on family and friends smiling when they recieve their mail :) that brings me joy, and is a pure wonderful treasure to my heart :) it was still early morning, and we were all set, and ready for our super fun adventure :) post office, HERE WE COME!!! :)
we began our adventure, and journey to the post office :) my sister Lisa drove, Alyssa came with us :) we were talking about the new year, and how amazing it is, that 2016 is almost here :) my mom, and i love our post office experiences ,and look forward to many more in the new year :) i've been reflecting back upon all of the wonderful joys of our adventures throughout the year, and seasons :) From seeing our favorite sights, the malerba's farm, golf course, and peaceful pond, to all of the excitement of the nature, glowing and blossoming throughout the seasons :) We drove past the peaceful pond, as we made our way to the post office :) it's a wonderful nature sanctuary, it glows throughout the year :) We approached closer to the post office, and arrived :) we were the only costomers there :)
my mom and i walked into the post office, the worker greeted us :) we wished eachother a good morning, and asked eachother about Christmas :) it was awesome social interaction, and public speaking :) the worker said she had a nice Christmas, and was amazed at how fast the season went. it was so nice, having social interaction :) The worker asked us, if we needed stamps :) i said, "yes, please. we'd like 6 US stamps, and 3 International stamps" :) Social interaction! :) i was doing really well, and felt really confident :) i've grown a lot this year, and have made lots more progress, with everyone's support, guidance, and encouragement :) i feel very blessed, and thankful :) each time i have experiences, and the social interaction with public speaking, it helps build up my foundation of confidence, that helps me during each experience :) i'm so happy, and very proud :) You all have helped me make it this far into therapy :) You all are my wonderful guardian angels :)
The worker gave me the stamps, and i thanked her :) i gave her the money for the stamps, and she handed me the change, and receipt :) my mom and i thanked her, and we wished eachother a nice day, and a happy new year :) it was great social interaction today :) i've been doing really well with making eye contact too, which is really big for me, and my overcoming shyness, and social anxiety. i'm very happy! :) my mom and i walked over to the mailing area, and i put stamps on the postcards :) then, very special moments i love so much, is when i'm holding all of the cards together, and i put the cards into the mailing box :) very special deliveries! :) i'm smiling! :) my mom and i walked outside, and i felt a great sense of accomplishment and great continued joy :) We rocked it, with a smooth, and awesome post office adventure :) i thanked my mom, Lisa, and Alyssa for going to the post office with me :) it's very nice, and sweet of them :)

We're enjoying a super mega sweet awesome day!!! :) my family and i are doing well, and are in great spirits :) i'm continuing to take very good care, and i'm feeling better, than this past weekend. drinking more water, and have had some peppermint teas :) i add a piece of candy cane to my tea :) i've made some good, positive changes with my diet :) today for lunch, i enjoyed some cream of wheat cereal, with a little cinnamon and maple syrup, and i also had a baked sweet potato, and a baked potato :) lunch was delicious! :) i enjoyed 2 nature walks today :) the bluejays have been singing happily :) i'm enjoying decorating my writing area, and i'm so excited, about dwelving into some more writings, as new years begins :) it's gonna be a wonderful new year of writing joys :) i'll continue to decorate my computer room too, organizing, and getting it ready for new years :) Tonight, Holly and i are going to have a ghost hunters party :) we love the show, and we enjoy watching 2 cool episodes on wednesday night :) It's a great start to the new year, and we have new years eve tomorrow, and new years holiday on friday, plus baking friday :) The celebrations are on :) You all are so wonderful, warming our hearts, brightening our days, and bringing us lots of joy :) Thank you angel friends, so very much, for all that you do for us :) You all are wonderfully nice, and sweet :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) BIG GROUP WARM COZY FRIENDSHIP HUG :) There's many more great things to look forward too, with family, friends, nature, and the wonderful new year :)

Chris please forgive me for being absent lately...I have been going through some real hard stuff, my fiance broke it off with me, it has been devastating to me, wedding plans to cancel, many dreams and hopes of our future died...having to take some time to grieve...But I love you and your sweet family and I have not stop caring about you all ! You did real good at the post office Chris. Im glad you are making an effort on improving eye contact. Eye contact is very important. Sometimes we can get a feeling if a person is nice or not from their eyes. You are so kind to help our wildlife friends. I know they look faward to their goodies you leave them

Well it\'s now almost 10pm here and 2016 is looming :) Can here the neighbours have started setting off fireworks already! Can\'t wait for a brand New year! New hope and fresh starts! Enjoy the celebrations angel and i\'ll talk to you again soon in 2016!!!! :)
