Happy Super Wednesday!!! :) oh my! :) oh boy!!! :) We're enjoying a SUPER MEGA SWEET AWESOME SPIRITED DAY!!! :) THANKSGIVING TIME! :) Very special deliveries, cooking, baking homemade stuffing, and all of the excitement of gearing up for the wonderful Thanksgiving holiday tomorrow! :) i'm smiling and smiling! :) i made homemade stuffing for my family and i today, for our Thanksgiving meal tomorrow :) it's a very special tradition, we look forward too each year :) i cooked, baked, preparing the stuffing :) it came out great! :) i took some pictures of the cooking, and baking adventure :) i'm so very happy, excited, and thrilled! :) it's a spirit soaring day, with super sunshine! :) my mom and i enjoyed a super fun, spirit soaring, sweet wholesome post office adventure today! :) it went really well :) i had social interaction, and public speaking :) i was in the sweet calm relaxing, and peacefully confidence spirit soaring zone :) i'm smiling and smiling! :) We mailed cards, notes, and a letter :) i'm super pumped up and excited! :) i had an awesome writing week! :) we saw some beautiful nature today during our post office adventure :) The wholesome roads of November nature shining :) i brewed a nice pumpkin spiced iced coffee, baked some sweet potatoes :) Enjoying time with family, friends, and nature :) There's lots of great things going on, and many special memories being made :) Tonight, the ghost hunters party is on! :) Whoooooo!!! :) We'll be thinking of you all often tomorrow, on Thanksgiving :) as we gather with our loved ones, we're with eachother in spirit :) Thank you all for your lovely Thanksgiving wishes :) We want to take this time, to wish everyone a very happy Thanksgiving :) We're so thankful, for your wonderful friendships :)

This morning, we had a beautiful new day rising and shining, with golden bright november sunshine, and the birds were singing this morning :) i love super wednesday, and this morning was such a big morning, as i enjoyed my early morning nature walk, putting extra goodies outside for our nature animal friends :) i enjoyed some nice time here on ds, writing to friends, and did some cooking, and baking this morning too :) it's always such an exciting day, the day before Thanksgiving :) We'll be thinking of you and your family's often tomorrow, on Thanksgiving :) Thank you all, for the very special joy, happiness, peace, and excitement you all bring to our days, and our lives :) We'll always be here for you all, our dear friends :)

my mom and i enjoyed a nice post office adventure, and experience this morning :) We sure do love our post office adventures, and the special experiences we have there, sending lots and lots of love, and happy friendship smiles across the miles, from our hearts and home to yours :) all the focus i need when going to the post office, is focusing on family and friends smiling and smiling when they recieve their mail, that's a pure wonderful gift and treasure to my heart :) i've been having a really nice writing week here in my Thanksgiving themed writing area :) i love seeing it glow with the spirit of Thanksgiving :) i love displaying our beautiful cards, gifts, treasures, and decorations :) You all always have a very special place in our hearts :)

We enjoyed a nice car ride to the post office this morning :) i was so thankful to get a chance to go, as my sister Lisa had a busy morning with her physical therapy, and also had a big work day planned. i got to see some beautiful nature sights, as we enjoyed our car ride to the post office :) We were talking about Thanksgiving :) It's a beautifully sunny day :) the nature glowing all around, and the excitement of the season :) it's awesome! :) the peaceful pond glows from the sunshine :) the ducks weren't swimming today, but i love to look for them :) At the post office, it wasn't busy. :) the worker greeted us, and we wished eachother a good morning :) social interaction! :) i love feeling confidence, and in the spirit soaring zone at the post office :)

i said to the worker, "we have some cards to mail, can we please have 5 US stamps and 3 International stamps, thank you" :) i felt really confident, and was doing really well :) the nice social interaction, and public speaking i have at the post office, helps me build up my foundation of confidence, that helps me during my future experiences :) You all have helped me make it this far into my therapy :) i'm very blessed, and thankful :) The worker gave me the stamps, and i thanked her, and gave her the money for the stamps :) She handed me the change, and receipt :) my mom and i thanked her, and we wished eachother a nice day, and a happy Thanksgiving :) awww! :) it was a sweet, smooth post office experience :) it went really well today :) in the mailing area, i put stamps on the cards, and then the very special moments i love so much, i held all of the cards together, and put them into the mailing box :) very special deliveries! :) Awww! :) i thanked my mom and Lisa for going to the post office with me :) it's very nice an sweet of them :)

We enjoyed a nice car ride home :) seeing more nature sights, i saw a bird flying, lots of glowing nature :) Thanksgiving season, it feels so wholesome, and heart-warming :) it was so nice going to the post office today :) i gain a lot from each experience :) the joys of sending mail, cards, notes, letters, plus the great confidence, knowledge, experience being gained, plus the great memories being made from the experiences :) Thank you my wonderful family and friends, for all of your amazing love, care, support, guidance, encouragement, and for believing in me, and having faith in me :) i deeply appreciate everything :) i'm with you all, all the way! :) i look forward to writing some more cards, notes, and letters :) We'll be going to the post office again very soon :) Sending lots and lots of love, and happy friendship smiles across the miles, from our hearts and home to yours :) Happy super wednesday post office adventure smiles :)

HOMEMADE STUFFING WITH SAUSAGE AND CORNBREAD! :) A FAMILY THANKSGIVING TRADITION! :) i'm smiling and smiling! :) i'm so very happy and excited! :) angel friends, today i prepared some very nice homemade stuffing for my family and i, for Thankgiving :) it's a very special tradition i look forward too each year :) back in 2004, i watched the Emeril's cooking show on the food network :) it was a Thanksgiving special, and Emeril made some nice stuffing with sausage and cornbread :) i made it that year, and have made it every year since :) it's become a great Thanksgiving tradition for my family and i :) We love the stuffing, and i'm so happy and excited to make it for my family each year, for Thanksgiving :)

Today, i prepared the stuffing :) It's really fun and easy to make :) i love the nice steps to making the stuffing :) my mom, dad, and Lisa have been going shopping, and picking up some supplies, for the homemade stuffing, and our Thanksgiving :) It's very nice, and sweet of them :) a very special thank you for them : )This morning, i got everything set, and ready to make the stuffing :) i baked some nice cornbread muffins. :) i crumbled the stuffing bread in a huge bowl, and once the cornbread muffins were finished baking, i put the muffins in the bowl with the stuffing bread :) i had our kitchen nice and cozy warm, for this special Thanksgiving time cooking and baking adventure :)

i cooked some nice sausage on the stove, and while the sausage was cooking, i washed and cut some bell peppers, onions, and celery :) they are the vegetables that go into the stuffing :) we got 2 cans of chicken broth :) i was so excited about making the stuffing, and brought our Thanksgiving cooking mat, and cards into the kitchen :) Lots of Thanksgiving spirit all around :) once the sausage was done cooking, i put poured the sausage into the big bowl with the cornbread and stuffing bread :) i then put the chicken broth into the cooking pot with the vegetables, and simmer cooked the vegetables on the stove :) i love putting lots of love, spirit, and energy into the cooking, and baking :) Once the vegetables finished cooking, i poured the broth and vegetables into the big bowl, and added in an egg, and stirred it all together :) i then baked the stuffing. :) It baked really nicely :) tomorrow i'm going to put the stuffing back into the oven to heat it up :) i'm so very happy and excited! :) i enjoyed a really special time ,making the stuffing today, and cherishing all of the great Thanksgiving week memories being made to always treasure :) i'm so very happy for my family and i to enjoy the stuffing tomorrow on Thanksgiving :) i took pictures of my stuffing cooking and baking adventure today :) Happy Thanksgiving smiles :)
