Happy Super Wednesday!!! :) oh my! :) oh boy!!! :)We're enjoying a super mega sweet awesome day! :) Cooking, Baking, Very Special Deliveries, and getting ready for Thanksgiving holiday! :) We're so happy, excited, and thrilled! :) We love this time of the year, so very much! :) We're having a cooking and baking day today, preparing for Thanksgiving tomorrow :) We also mailed out some envelopes here from home :) sending lots and lots of love, and happy sunny caring friendship smiles across the miles, from our hearts, and home to yours :) i've been enjoying some great writing days and weeks, and looking forward to lots more writings as the season goes on :) i love it!!! :) We're so happy, thankful, and blessed to have you all in our lives :) Your friendships are a very special joy :) it's one of the most exciting times of the year :) Thanksgiving holiday tomorrow, and upcoming holiday season :) Today, Holly and i made some nice, homemade stuffing with sausage and cornbread, for Thanksgiving :)We made 2 casserole dishes of the stuffing, 1 with sausage, and 1 without sausage :) The stuffing is so much fun to make, and there's lots of steps in making the stuffing :) it's become a really sweet tradition, having a cooking and baking day, before Thanksgiving :) The stuffing looks great :) We're so happy and excited for family to enjoy it tomorrow, on Thanksgiving holiday :)in my journal today, i share all about our cooking and baking adventure, and took some cool pictures to share with everyone :) We're treasuring all of the great memories being made :) We'll be going to my sister Jenn's and family's home ,and also going to be watching Thanksgiving day football :) Washington football team has a big game :) We've been hanging out today, enjoying some foods, snacks, drinks, nature walks, and got the sports radio on, and also some episodes of ghost hunters :) We recieved some beautiful Thanksgiving treasures :) We're looking forward to celebrating Thanksgiving holiday with everyone tomorrow :) We'll all be with eachother in spirit : )Enjoyig an awesome, spirit soaring day, with family, friends, nature, cooking, baking, and the beautiful spirit of Thanksgiving week :) Tonight, the ghost hunters party is on!! :) woot!! :) Thankgiving Time Smiles! :)

Sweet Joys, Festivities, and Traditions of Thanksgiving week! :) This morning, we had an awesome new day, rising and shining :) We love this week, very much :) it's a wonderful time, to enjoy the spirit of Thanskgiving week :) i was up early this morning, enjoying some nice time here on DS, writing to friends :) It's been a really sweet stretch of days :) i love beginning the days with some nice time here on DS, and also getting ready for my early morning nature walk :) during thanksgiving time, i love to put extra goodies outside, for our nature friends, so that they can enjoy a feast :) i gathered a big bowl of goodies, and went outside for my nature walk :) it's been chilly cold in the mornings, a hint of winter season approaching. :) i bundle up warmly for my nature walks, including wearing my jacket :) i walked over to the bird sanctuary area in our yard, and put lots of goodies in this area, for our nature friends :) it warms our hearts, giving our nature friends lots of goodies, especially during these times of the season :) Our nature friends are a part of our family, and a special part of our lives, as we enjoy nature very much and seeing our nature friends visit :) i saws some birds, and also some birds soaring over :) they're all very excited, gathering goodies :) the sun was trying to beam through the clouds in the sunrise sky this morning, creating a glow upon the clouds :) i love taking in all of these nature sights, they're spirit soaring :) i'm going to put more goodies outside tomorrow, on Thanksgiving morning :) the tables will be loaded, with treats, for all of our nature friends to have a Thanksgiving feast :)

It was a sweet spirited morning, blossoming into the new day :) We enjoyed a nice breakfast, and i made an iced coffee :)cheers! to the wonderful spirit of the season :) We love Thanksgiving week, and all of the preparations, getting ready for the holiday :) Tomorrow, we're going to be going to my sister Jenn's and family's home, for Thanksgiving :) They're very excited to have us over :) We look forward to bringing them a special Thanksgiving table top centerpiece bouquet, that my mom and dad bought for them :) We'll be going over to Jenn's and family's after 1pm tomorrow :) We'll be thinking of you all often today, and sharing in all of the joys and moments throughout the holiday :) We're also going to tune into the football games, my Washington football team has a huge game tomorrow, in their division :) it's gonna be lots of fun cheering :) Holly and i may wear Washington football team shirts for gameday spirit :) We're super pumped up for Thanksgiving, the games, and all of the seasonal cheer :) We're very happy and excited to hear about your thanksgiving, and shaing about ours :) We'd love to take this time, to share with everyone, about our annual cooking and baking day, before Thanksgiving holiday :)

HOMEMADE STUFFING WITH SAUSAGE AND CORNBREAD! :) A SPECIAL THANKSGIVING TRADITION :) we're very happy and excited! :) it's become a cool tradition over the years, to do some cooking and baking, the day before Thanksgiving ,in preparation for the holiday :) In the early 2000's, we use too watch the Emeril's cooking show, on the food network :) one night on his show, he featured a recipe for homemade stuffing with sausage and cornbread :) it's a really nice recipe :) i first made the stuffing in 2004 :) my family and i loved it, and each year since, i've made the stuffing, and with Holly living with us now, it's so much fun, and a very special joy, her getting to help cook the stuffing :) it's a really nice recipe, and friends have asked for the recipe over the years, i love to share in ,and i love sharing about how we make the stuffing :) it's so nice, and a special joy, thanksgiving traditions, festivities, and all of the great memories being made :) a very special thank you for my mom and dad, for picking up the Thanksgiving stuffing supplies :) Here's the homemade stuffing recipe :)

-1 Loaf of Stuffing Bread
-1 large onion or 2 small Onions
-1 green bell pepper
-Celery (we usually use 2 celery stalks
-Chicken Stock (Broth)
-2 boxes of Cornbread Muffins mix
-1 Egg
-Sausage

There's some awesome steps, to making the homemade stuffing :) Around mid-morning, Holly and i went out into our kitchen, and were setting up our kitchen, stove area to prepare the stuffing :) The first step we do, is preparing the cornbread :) we mixed up the cornbread muffins mix, and put the mix into a butter greased baking pan :) As the cornbread is cooking, we then begin step 2, cooking the sausage :) The sausage cooks really nicely :) for the recipe, when you cook the sausage in the skillet, you can add the grease into the stuffing, or can drain the grease, to make the stuffing healthier :) once the stuffing is finished cooking, we crumble the loaf of stuffing bread in a large bowl :) once the cornbread is finished baking, i brought th cornbread out of the oven to cool down :) Holly and i were enjoying the steps of making the stuffing :)

We crumbled the cornbread into the big bowl, with the crumbled stuffing bread :) the next step in preparing the stuffing, is preparing the vegetables :) i sliced the bell pepper, onions, and celery, and put the veggies into a cooking pot, and then poured in the chicken stock (broth) :) we had the veggies cooking in the chicken stock/broth, once the veggies get soft, and have cooked nicely, we then poured the veggies/chicken stock into the bowl, and then added 1 egg into the bowl, and super stirred the stuffing mix :) we put some into Holly's casserole dish, and then added the sausage into the bowl, to add into the stuffing for the other casserole dish :) we used butter to grease the casserole dishes :) We covered the stuffing with aluminum foil and put the casserole dishes into the oven to bake for about 40 minutes :) We then brought the stuffing out of the oven, and will re-heat the stuffing tomorrow for Thanksgiving :) The homemade stuffing with sausage and cornbread came out great! :) We're so happy and excited for our family to enjoy the stuffing, and we look forward to having some too :) We'll be bringing some pans of the stuffing with us tomorrow, to my sister Jenn's and family's home :) i love stuffing, especially with gravy, and rolls :)it's one of my favorite Thanksgiving foods :) Holly and i had so much fun making the stuffing today :) i took some awesome pictures of our cooking and baking adventure to share with everyone :) Happy Thanksgiving smiles :)

Holly made a very special Happy Thanksgiving craft for me :) Awww! :) it's beautiful wooden decorative, featuring a happy Thanksgiving greeting, with a beautiful Thanksgiving design :) Holly painted, a sunflower, autumn leaves, 2 acorns, mr. nut squirrel, a red cardinal, and more on the decorative :) it's awesome! :) i have it displayed here in my fall harvest Thanksgiving writing area :) Holly's very creative, and talented :) on the back of the decorative, Holly wrote me a sweet note, wishing me a happy Thanksgiving :) awww! :) Holly loves arts and crafts :) it's very special, our 2nd Thanksgiving with Holly living here with us :) i love my beautiful decorative, and will always treasure it :) Holly, thank you so very much! :) Happy Thanksgiving wishes, and smiles :) i gave Holly a happy Thanksgiving card :) She loves it! :)

Deb (Stardust), Brz, Lanie, and family sent us, a beautiful Happy Thanksgiving card :) Awww! :) on the front of the card, there's a beautiful Thanksgiving scene :) inside the card, Deb wrote us a sweet note, wishing us a happy Thanksgiving :) awww! :) Deb and family also sent us, a super cool, Thanksgiving, Turkey and Football themed towel :) this is awesome!!! :) it says, "it's not Thanksgiving without Turkey and Football" :) we're displaying our card, and towel :) We love these very special gifts, and will always treasure theme :) Deb and i keep in touch, through text and the mail :) We're so happy, and excited, sharing in this very special holiday week with everyone :) Deb, Brz, Lanie, family, my family, Holly, and i thank you so very much! :) Happy Thanksgiving wishes, and smiles :)

Very Special November Sunshine Deliveries! :) i'm smiling and smiling! :) i'm very happy and excited! :) i'm having some awesome writing weeks, and so happy and excited to be mailing out lots of envelopes, here from home :) It's a pure wonderful joy, gift, and treasure to my heart, thinking of family and friends smiling, when they recieve their mail :) Today, we mailed some envelopes her from home :) i'm looking forward to blossoming into some holiday writings soon, and sending out lots more envelopes in December :) There's so much more, to look forward too :) my happy fall harvest, Thankgiving writing area is glowing bright, with the spirit of the season :) sending lots and lots of love, and happy sunny caring friendship smiles across the miles, from our hearts and home to yours :) Happy Super Wednesday smiles :)
