Happy Super Wednesday! :) Homemade Stuffing, Special Deliveries, and my Writing Area! :)

Happy Super Wednesday!!! :) Cooking Homemade Stuffing, Getting ready for Thanksgiving, a special greetings from my Thanksgiving themed writing area, and special deliveries! :) We're enjoying a Super Mega Sweet Spirit Soaring Awesome day!!! :) We love Thanksgiving time! :) We're very happy and excited! :) Today, Holly and i had a cool fun cooking day! :) We made homemade stuffing with sausage and cornbread :) it's a very special tradition, making the stuffing each year :) a tradition that began in 2004 :) We baked some cornbread, and did some awesome cooking preparing the stuffing for Thanksgiving tomorrow :) The recipe has lots of nice steps :) We love to make the stuffing :) i took some awesome cooking day pictures to share with everyone :) We're looking forward to sharing in, and celebrating a wonderful Thanksgiving with everyone tomorrow :) We'll be think of you all often,and we'll all be with eachother in spirit :) You all make these times, very special, and memorable for us :) We're very happy, thankful, and blessed to have you all in our lives :) We treasure all of the great memories being made :) We're loving the day and the sweet spirit of Thanksgiving week :) We mailed a letter here from home today :) i've been having a great stretch of writing weeks, and looking forward to more writings as the weeks goes on :) We've had the sports radio on today, and began a ghost hunters marathon this late afternoon :) We're going to watch some of the all new ghost hunters episodes tonight :) We look forward to all of the sweet momebts being shared tomorrow, with family and friends :)We're gonna watch the Thanksgiving parade, football, and enjoying some delicious foods, and desserts :) There's lots of great things going on, and many special memories being made :) Thank you angel friends, for sharing in this wonderful Thanksgiving week with us :) We love you all bunches and bunches! :) Enjoying an awesome, spirit soaring day, with family, friends, special deliveries, cooking, and the wonderful spirit of Thanksgiving time :) Tonight, the ghost hunters party is on!! :) woot!! :)

This morning, we had a wonderful new day, rising and shining :) We love Thanksgiving week, and the very special joy of getting to celebrate with you all :) it's a very exciting time of the year :) The wonderful warmth of our homes, the sweet joys of Thanksgiving time ,making lots of great foods, desserts, and enjoying the sweet festivities that makes the season very special, and memorable :) Thank you angel friends, for sharing in the season with us :) it's been a great stretch of days :) i was up early this morning, enjoying some nice time here on DS, writing to friends, and getting ready for my early morning nature walk :) It's been a sweet sunny stretch of days, and lots of spirit soaring nature sights all around :) Thank you angel friends, so very much, for your beautifully heart warming comments :) i'm very happy, and thrilled everyone is enjoying my nature pictures :) i've been having so much fun taking pictures to share :) i love these spirit soaring nature moments :)november is a great time of the year, to take pictures of the birds and squirrels :) Lots of great views of the trees, and the birds going wild, flying all around :) i gathered a nice bowl of goodies this morning, peanuts, sunflower seeds, and went outside for my nature walk :)

Lots of great november nature glowing, and our nature friends are very happy, gathering lots of goodies for Thanksgiving time :) i walked over to the bird sanactuary area in our yard, and put lots of goodies in this area, and also near our fruit trees :) the nice sunshine is awesome, and i love the shadows i can see of the birds, when i'm by one our trees in our backyard, i kneel down by the trees, getting an awesome view of all of the nature :) the birds flying around, i keep very still, and i see the birds shadows on tree branches, and on the leaves on the ground ,the same during winter time when the shadows of the birds upon the snowfall :) i put my camera on "forced flash", it has 3 settings, no flash, flash, and forced flash :)the forced flash is my favorite, as it'll flash even if it's sunny, or cloudy outside to get the brighest picture :) plus with the forced flash, even if the birds are moving a bit, it still takes a clear still picture :) Our nature friends were going wild this morning, gathering goodies :) i was deep into my nature walk, and taking some nice new pictures to share with everyone :) We love giving our nature friends lots of goodies :)it helps them during these colder months of the year :) i'm very happy and excited, enjoying these awesome nature walks, and seeing lots of our nature friends visiting our yard :) There's lots more adventures to look forward too :) Happy november nature smiles :)

It was a sweet spirited early morning :)We enjoyed our breakfast, and having some hot tea, water, and iced coffee :) double cheers! :) my sister Lisa brought a vanilla iced coffee, from cumberland farms, and Alyssa stopped by, she brought a vanilla iced coffee from mcdonalds :) it's very nice and sweet of Lisa and Alyssa :) We have some great iced coffee to enjoy today and tomorrow :) We thanked Lisa ad Alyssa :) Holly and i put some sports radio on around mid-morning :) We love the awesome football talk, as there's 3 big football games tomorrow :) We look forward to the big games, and having some delicious Thanksgiving foods, and desserts :) We're loving the Thanksgiving week festivities, tradition, and all of the sweet times being shared with family, friends, and the wonderful spirit of the season :) Holly and i are very happy and excited, to share about our cooking day! :)

HOMEMADE STUFFING WITH SAUSAGE AND CORNBREAD! :) A WONDERFUL THANKSGIVING TIME TRADITION!!! :) This is such a sweet, fun,and wonderful tradition :) We're very happy and excited! :) Since 2004, i've been making a nice homemade stuffing, it's a great recipe i got, from watching the Emeril's cooking show on the food network in 2004 :) i remember making the stuffing that year, and everyone loved it! :) it became a very special tradition over the years, making the stuffing for Thanksgiving :) We love making the stuffing :) it's a very special part of our Thanksgiving meal :) With Holly living here with us since 2019, she's been able to join in on this very special cooking day, as we get ready for Thanksgiving holiday tomorrow :) We're very happy and delighted, to share our cooking day adventure, the recipe for the stuffing ,and also pictures of our cooking day :)my sister Lisa asked me for the stuffing recipe, i gave the recipe to her, she's making the stuffing today at her home, and my brother Charlie stopped by here yesterday to visit, and was asking me about the stuffing preparation, and how to prepare the veggies for the stuffing :) it's very special to my heart, that family is asking for the recipe, and making the stuffing too :) this is awesome!!! :) here's the ingredients to the stuffing :)

-STUFFING BREAD
-CORNBREAD (1 or 2 boxes)
-SAUSAGE
-CELERY (about 2 celery stalks)
-ONION (1)
-BELL PEPPER (1)
-CHICKEN BROTH (1)
-EGG (1)

Holly and i went out into our kitchen around late morning :) We were very happy and excited to prepare the stuffing :) There's lots of great steps to making the stuffing :) We love the steps of the recipes :) Holly and i got all of the ingredients on the side counter :) We used our mixing bowl, and we made 2 boxes of cornbread :) We love to make a double batch of the cornbread : )the cornbread adds a sweet flavor to the stuffing :) we stirred the cornbread mix, and got a baking pan :) we had the cornbread baking, and on the stove top, we cooked the sausage :) The sausage is really nice :) The cornbread finished baking ,i brought the cornbread out of the oven :) Holly and i got a huge bowl, and we then crumbled up the stuffing bread, and we also added in the cornbread :) We stirred and mixed the cornbread and stuffing bread :) we then added in the cooked sausage :) You can add just the sausage (healthier), or can add the sausage with the sausage grease it cooked in. In the bowl, we had the cornbread, stuffing bread, and sausage :)

It was time to cook the vegetables :) i washed, and sliced 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, and 2 celery stalks :) i put the vegetables into a cooking pot, and then we poured in the chicken broth :) The vegetables were simmer cooking nicely in the chicken brothe ,it gives the vegetables flavor :) i was taking pictures as we were preparing the stuffing :) Once the vegetables had cooked, we poured the vegetables and chicken brothe in the bowl with the stuffing bread, cornbread, and sausage :) We then added an egg, and stirred the ingredients together :) We then put the stuffing into a big baking pan, and baked the stuffing for about 20 minutes in the oven :) The stuffing is all set, and ready for Thanksgiving tomorrow :) We're going to re-heat the stuffing tomorrow :) Holly and i had so much fun making the stuffing :) it's so much fun to prepare :) i thanked Holly for helping me made the stuffing :) Holly andi thanked my mom and dad for picking up the recipes at the store :) We're very heart happy and excited, to share our cooking day pictures with everyone, and for our family to enjoy the stuffing tomorrow on Thanksgiving :) We love the stuffing, it's delicious! :) Lots of great memories being made :) Happy Thanksgiving smiles :)
