PREPARING. COOKING. BAKING. :) HOMEMADE STUFFING :) around mid-morning today, i was setting up a nice Thanksgiving cooking area in our kitchen, for my super fun cooking and baking adventure. :) i brought our lovely happy thanksgiving cards, turkey decoratives, and cornicopia decoratives in the kitchen. :) i love to get the kitchen nice and cozy warm, for this wonderful cooking and baking adventure. :) You all were right there with me in spirit. :) i want to post the ingredients, for the homemade stuffing. :) This is a great recipe! :)
1- LOAF OF STUFFING BREAD
1- PACKAGE OF SAUSAGE
1- BOX OF CORN BREAD MIX
1- CAN OF CHICKEN BROTH
1- BELL PEPPER
1- ONION
2- STICKS OF CELERY
1- EGG
The first step i love to do to make the stuffing, is i love to get the cornbread baking in the oven in a nice pan, and while the cornbread is baking so nicely, i love to cook the sausage on the stove. :) the sweet yummy scent of cornbread and sausage cooking fills our kitchen. :) yum! yum! :) as those ingredients are being prepared, i love to begin to get the vegetables ready. :) i sliced the bell pepper into tiny pieces, i also sliced the onion, and celery sticks. :) i got a cooking pot, and i put all of the vegetables into the cooking pot. :) i then add in the chicken broth. :) The cornbread finished baking, i brought it out of the oven to cool down. :) the sausage also finished cooking. :) with the recipe, you can choose to add the oil from the sausage pan into the stuffing, or can drain the oil and just add in the sausage so that it's healthier. :) i've made it both ways in recent years, both ways are still super delicious. :) i was so very into my cooking and baking adventure! :)
i had the vegetables simmer in the chicken broth on the stove. :) While it was cooking, i then got a HUGE bowl, we got this nice red bowl, it's perfect for when i make the stuffing. :) i crumbled up the huge loaf of stuffing bread, i also crumbled up the nice corn bread. :) in the bowl, i had the stuffing bread, and cornbread. :) i then poured in the sausage. :) once the vegetables were fully cooked in the chicken brooth, i then poured the vegetables and broth into the bowl, i cracked open an egg, put the egg into the bowl, and i then began to stir and stir. :) oh my! :) sweet yummy goodness! :) The stuffing smells so delicious! :) i got a nice pan, i spread butter on the pan, and i then put the nice stuffing into the baking pan. :) i cover the stuffing with aluminum foil, and then put the stuffing into the oven to bake. :) i baked the stuffing for about 25 minutes on 350 degrees. :) i brought the stuffing out of the oven, and i put the stuffing into the fridge. :) Tomorrow, we're gonna put the stuffing back into the oven, for another 25 to 30 minutes, to get it nicely heated up, baked up nicely, for tomorrow's Thanksgiving dinner. :) i had so much fun today, preparing, cooking, and baking the stuffing. :) This is a very special joy, gift, and treasure to my heart. :) we're all looking forward to Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow. :)
We're enjoying a wonderful day. :) my family and i are doing well, and are in good spirits. :) i enjoyed some nice talks on the phone today, with our dear, and lovely friends Maria (Love4You), Holly, and Kirsten (Agirlonlifesroad), and enjoyed a nice talk on the phone last night with our dear and lovely friend Cj (ddeadred) :) it's so nice talking. :) Thanksgiving is tomorrow. :) we're so happy and excited! :) my mom, dad, and Lisa are going to cook 2 turkey's tomorrow. :) we're also gonna be preparing all of the Thanksgiving foods, from mashed potatoes, more stuffing, sweet potatoes with marshmallows melted on top, we also have dinner rolls, ,cranberry sauce, all kinds of yummy foods, including pumpkin pies :) Tomorrow the Macy's Thanksgiving day parade is on tv. :) we love to watch the parade. :) it's gonna be so nice. :) also tomorrow, 3 football games. :) football on thanksgiving is a sweet tradition over the years. :) There's Lions vs Texans, Redskins (my favorite team) vs the Cowboys, and Patriots vs Jets. :) Tonight, on the ABC channel, they are showing the Charlie Brown Thanksgiving special. :) Thanksgiving is almost here. :) We hope everyone is enjoying a wonderful time, preparing for the lovely Thanksgiving holiday tomorrow. :)
i've been watching some episodes of ghost hunters today, it's a sweet wednesday tradition. :) i've also been enjoying some nice time online writing to friends. :) i've been enjoying some hot tea with honey today. :) CHEERS! :) i've been feeling a little under the weather, yesterday my throat was scratchy, i feel a bit weak today, but am taking good care, resting well. :) my family and i thank you all so very much, for all that you do for us. :) You all are wonderfully nice, and sweet. :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of our hearts. :) BIG GROUP HUG :) i enjoyed a nice nature walk this morning. :) i put lots of goodies outside for our nature animal friends. :) Tonight, our dear, and lovely friend Holly and i are going to watch ghost hunters. :) it's a brand new episode. :) There's many more great things to look forward too. :) my family and i hope everyone enjoys a very happy Thanksgiving. :)

Dearest Chris... You are way way way ahead of me on your dressing!! Looks GREAT!!! Today, I got all of the veggies cut up and they\'re in the fridge until tomorrow when I cook. I\'m glad you wrote about how you do your dressing as I picked up a couple tips that will bring mine together nicely!!!

I\'ve got a lot of cooking to do tomorrow and am VERY HAPPY I have so much of the prep work done!! My turkey is in it\'s brine in the fridge and I\'m soooooo glad I got a small one!! The turkey & brine fit in one of the produce drawers so that made it so much easier!!!

Lots of love and wishes to you and your entire family for a GREAT T-DAY!!!

The stuffing sounds delicious. I haven\'t seen Stuffing Bread but then again I haven\'t looked for it. I will now. I\'ve made the stuffing yesterday along with yams. They\'ll go in the oven later today. I also baked the apple pie on Wednesday. Like to get some things done ahead of time so there is time to visit with friends. Have a great day Chris.
