Happy Super Wednesday!!! :) We're getting ready for Thanksgiving!!! :) homemade stuffing with sausage and cornbread! :) a cooking and baking day! :) Plus, very special deliveries at the post office! :) We're enjoying a super mega sweet awesome day!!! :) it's a day of spirited joy, and wholesome heart warming feelings in our hearts, as we get ready for the Thanksgiving holiday :) Today, i made homemade stuffing with sausage and cornbread :) it's a very special tradition :) i make the stuffing each year :) i love to make the stuffing :) it's a family favorite :) i'm so happy and excited for everyone to enjoy the stuffing tomorrow :) i had an awesome fun time cooking, and baking today :) it's a big day of preparations today :) my mom and Lisa went out to shop at the stores, and picked up some items for Thanksgiving :) we'll be going to my sister Jenn's home tomorrow, for Thanksgiving meal, and also having family over to our home later on in the day :) We're gonna bake some Thanksgiving pies :) it'll be a wonderful day to keep warm, and enjoy the very special times, with family and friends :) We'll all be with eachother in spirit :) We'll be thinking of you and your family's often tomorrow :) We're so thankful, for your very special friendships :) You all are wonderful friends, and bring us lots of very special joy, that we're very thankful for :) my mom and i enjoyed a super fun, and sweet spirit soaring, post office adventure this morning :) it went really well, and smoothly :) i had social interaction, and public speaking :) i'm so very tickled happy, excited, and thrilled! :) We mailed cards, and letters :) i had a great writing week, and i'm looking forward to some more writings :) it's feeling like Thanksgiving time :) Thank you angel friends, for celebrating the season with us :) We love you all bunches! :) my mom, Lisa, and i went to dunkin donuts on the way home :) Lisa treated us to some treats :) Cheers! to the wonderful joys of Thanksgiving time :) oh my!!! lots and lots of birds visiting our yard today :) i took some incredible pictures of the birds this morning :) one of my best, bluejay pictures! :) i'm smiling and smiling! :) Enjoying a wonderful day, with family, friends, nature, and the beautiful spirit of the season :) Tonight, Holly and i are going to have a ghost hunters party, and a Redskins Thanksgiving party tomorrow afternoon :) Wishing everyone a very happy Thanksgiving tomorrow :) Big warm happy friendship hugs, sent with our love :)

The spirit of Thanksgiving time! :) This morning, we had a sweet new day, rising and shining :) we've been looking forward to a wonderful time, celebrating the joys of Thanksgiving :) as the new day was blossoming, i knew we were in for a very cool and awesome day, with Thanksgiving preparations for the big day tomorrow :) We love this time of the year :) i bundled up for my early morning nature walk, and went outside with a nice big bowl of goodies, for our nature friends :) we had a beautiful sunrise sky, and there were 2 seagulls soaring over :) it was amazing to see :) Lots of beautiful nature this time of the year :) i put goodies in our backyard, and our nature friends were so happy, and excited, as they began to gather the goodies :) i was near the bird sanctuary area, and bluejays swarmed the area! :) wow!!! :) it was absolutely amazing! :) i took some sweet up close pictures of the bluejays, including one of the best bluejay pictures i've ever taken! :) i was so pumped up and excited! :) it was chilly crisp outside this morning, but the sunrise sunshine felt warm :) it was a wonderful way, to begin a special day before Thanksgiving :)

The wonderfulness of this time of the year, is very special :) we were enjoying a nice morning :) i've been loving my Thanksgiving themed writing area, and all of the special joys it brings my heart, writing cards, notes, and letters :) it's a very special joy to my heart, being able to write too, all of our dear and lovely friends, all around the world :) i had an awesome writing week :) this morning, my mom, Lisa, and i enjoyed a nice, and smooth post office experience :) i needed to buy a few more stamps :) we saw some beautiful nature sights, when we went to the post office :) i saw 1 duck swimming in the peaceful pond today :) i had some nice social interaction, and public speaking at the post office too :) i feel very proud, and so thankful for the awesome progress my family and friends, have helped me make over the years :) You all have helped me build and build upon my foundation of confidence :) i'm very happy, and love these spirit soaring experiences :)we wished the post office workers a happy Thanksgiving :) on the way home, we stopped by dunkin donuts :) my sister Lisa treated my mom and i to some treats :) it's very nice and sweet of her :) She got a hot chocolate for my mom, and a blueberry iced coffee for me, and she got an iced coffee :) Cheers!!! to family, friends, and the wonderful joys of Thanksgiving time :) i look forward to doing some more writing, as the week goes on, and getting into some Christmas time writing soon :) We have many more super fun post office adventures to look forward too :)

HOMEMADE STUFFING WITH SAUSAGE AND CORNBREAD! :) A SPECIAL THANKSGIVING TRADITION! :) this is such a special tradition, that my family and i look forward too, each year :) since 2004, i've been making homemade stuffing with sausage and cornbread, for Thanksgiving :) i got the recipe from watching the Emeril's cooking show, on the food network :) my family and i love the stuffing,and it's become a big part of our Thanksgiving meal each year :) i love the steps of making the stuffing each year :) The recipe is fun to make, and i love thinking of family enjoying the stuffing, on Thanksgiving :) around late morning, i was getting all set, and ready to prepare the homemade stuffing :) a special thank you for my mom and dad, for picking up the supplies to make the stuffing :)

It's so nice getting the kitchen warm, for some cooking, and baking :) one of the first steps to making the stuffing, is cooking some sausage and baking a pan of cornbread :) the sausage, and cornbread are 2 of the big ingredients in the stuffing :) after i cooked the sausage, and baked the cornbread, i then used a cooking pot, to add the chicken broth, and i sliced a bell pepper, some celery, and an onion :) i added the onion, pepper, and celery into the chicken broth, and let it simmer cook for a while :) the vegetables cook nicely in the chicken broth :) in a huge bowl, i crumbled up the stuffing bread, and the cornbread together :) i then added in the cooked sausage, and then poured the chicken broth, vegetables into the bowl, and added in an egg, and stirred the ingredients :) i then baked the stuffing in the oven, and we'll re-heat the stuffing tomorrow :) i made a double big batch of the stuffing this year :) i had so much fun, making the homemade stuffing :) it's very special to my heart, getting to make the stuffing for my family, for Thanksgiving :) We love the stuffing :) it's gonna be awesome enjoying it with our Thanksgiving meal tomorrow :) i took some cool pictures of my cooking and baking adventure :)

Homemade Stuffing with Sausage and Cornbread! :) it's Thanksgiving time! :) i had an awesome time today, preparing the homemade stuffing, for our Thanksgiving meal tomorrow :) The stuffing is one of our favorite foods, on Thanksgiving :) i'm so happy and excited! :) it's a fun process, of preparing the stuffing, lots of cooking, and baking :) the stuffing is delicious :) i'm very happy and thrilled, for us all to enjoy the stuffing tomorrow :) it's gonna be awesome! :) i took some pictures today, of the cooking, and baking :)

Happy November Nature Smiles! :) i enjoyed some nice nature walks today :) this morning, i took one of my best pictures of a bluejay :) i was in the bird sanctuary, and the bluejays, and other birds swarmed the area, it was incredible to see :) i love being amongst the nature, and the special joy it brings my heart :) it's very exciting :) i love taking pictures to share with everyone :) it's a wonderful time, as the winter birds have began to arrive :) happy nature smile :)
