Happy Super Wednesday!!! :) very special heart-felt deliveries! :) sending lots and lots of love, and happy caring friendship smiles across the miles, from our hearts, and home to yours :) We're having a good day, with some simple joys, keeping positive, and keeping strong together with everyone :) with everything that's currently going on, we're all finding some very comforting peace, in some simple joys. from writing, to games, crafts, and more :) everything that can be helpful in these times, is a comforting joy for our hearts to cherish and treasure :) i wrote a very heart-felt note/letter for friends, across the miles :) friends that we keep in touch with, through the mail :) i wanted to get a note out to them, to check in on them, and to let them know how we're doing :) my mom, Lisa, Holly, and i enjoyed a sweet sunshine post office adventure today :) it felt nice to go to the post office :) we all had some nice social interaction, public speaking, we did really well :) We mailed notes, letters, and Holly mailed a treasures package to her friend Linda :) We're so happy and thankful we were able to go to the post office :) We saw lots of ducks swimming in the peaceful pond! :) Jenn and the kids came over to visit :) it was so nice visiting :) Mikey, Hunter, and i played catch with the football in our front yard :) it was fun :) i enjoyed a spirit soaring, sunshine nature walk this morning :)oh my! :) i took lots and lots of new nature pictures to share :) i got some really sweet up close views of our nature friends ;) the pictures are spirit soaring :) i'm very excited to share my new nature pictures :) It's a very different time we're all in right now, and experiencing together. We're so thankful for all of your loving care, support, encouragement, to keep on keeping on, each day :) we appreciate you all very much, our dear angel friends :) We've been keeping updated on the latest news at times today, and Holly and i are having a ghost hunters marathon party, with lots of episodes of Ghost hunters that we love :) We've all been taking good care :) my mom's downloaded some apps games on my dad's cell phone, and he's been home with us, playing the games, from word games, to scratch up games like lucky day :) my dad's really gotten into the games :) We're all in these times together, and it's so helpful, and brings hope and strength, keeps our spirits up :) when we all band together :) Jenn and family have been keeping busy and active too, including buying a new coffee maker, just incase more dunkins close in our area. We've been eating well, building up our immune systems more, and are looking forward to many more joyful times to share in, as we continue to keep strong together :) i have a very special message from Holly in my journal today ,to share with you all from her :) Thank you angel friends, for being here for us :) we're here for you all too :) friends forever :) You all uplift our spirits :) enjoying the day, with family, friends, some spring sprouting nature, and tonight Holly and i gonna watch some more episodes of ghost hunters :)

You all are like family to us :) it's so good ,and healthy, to enjoy some good balanced simple joys :) This morning, i had a wild cool sunshine nature walk in our backyard :) it was absolutely sweet nature wild!!! out there :) i love these nature moments, where my spirit feels like it's soaring with the birds, and golden beams of sunshine :) i'm looking forward to sharing my new nature pictures with everyone :) Jenn and the kids came over to visit :) Mikey, Hunter, and i played catch with the football in our front yard :) it was fun! :) We also sent out some very heart-felt deliveries, notes today to friends across the miles :) we're reaching out to friends, and keeping in tune with everyone :) we're very happy, thankful, and blessed, to have you all in our lives :) we'll always be here for you all, our dear angel friends :) continue to take good care, and enjoy simple peaceful joys each day :) it's so good, and healthy too, especially during th current times we're all experiencing. We love you all bunches! :)

This morning, we had a beautiful new sunny day, rising and shining :) there's signs of spring sprouting, and blossoming around :) We love when the new season arrives :) We've been hearing lots of happy birds singing outside here in the mornings :) Those sweet nature tunes ,are so nice, and bring our hearts lots of peace :) i love my nature walks, and going out to take in some awesome nature expriences :) i gathered abig bowl of goodies this smorning, and went outside for my nature walk :) i saw lots of birds, and squirrels in our backyard, and the sun was rising up more and more :) i put lots of goodies in our backyard, bird sanctuary area :) i love seeing our nature friends very happy, gathering the goodies :) We've began to see some spring birds arriving, including robins, and these gray birds :) the gray birds fly very close to me, and i spotted bluejays, crows, the red-headed woodpecker, and sparrows :) i was right amongst an amazing flourishing wave of awsome spirited nature! :)

i was taking in all of the nature views :) i love being in these spirited nature moments :) i got some amazing picture taking opportunities :) our nature friends are loving the goodies :) i was so pumped up, in those nature moments, birds singing and soaring all around :) i was taking picture after picture! :) i'm so happy and excited, to be able to spread some nature joy, in my journals, with my nature adventures, and pictures :) i was thinking about the wonderfulness of nature, and how it's a very special peaceful joy, that we need in our hearts, especially during times we're currently in. we're so glad, thankful, and blessed to have nature in our lives :) in my journal today, i'm loading my journal with lots of nature pictures i took this morning :) i love sharing them :) i look forward to many more nature sights like this :) i noticed when the sun was rising up more and more, that golden glow upon the trees, and you can see the new tree buds growing, and soon leaves will be sprouting and growing :) Lots of wonderful nature, that's always there for us to enjoy :) happy nature smiles :)

It was a nice early morning :) we enjoyed our breakfast, apple cereal bars, and had some hot teas :) We all have been enjoying some nice healthy teas, and also eating well :) Taking good care :) we love to be able to build up our immune systems :) it gives us a sense of comfort, and security, as we all have a goal of achieving to be in best health we can :) wishing us all the best of good health :) We've all been doing really well, keeping busy and active with our days, taking the day hour by hour, and spending time together :) i've been doing lots of writing :) my mom downloaded some apps games on my dad's cell phone, "words relax", and "lucky day" scratch off game :) my dad's really gotten into the games :) he's use too doing lots of uber/lyft driving, but they have stopped uber/lyft. my dad's finding some peacefulness in keeping busy, and active, playing the games :) he and my mom have been getting more quality time together :) Holly bought a nice new purse online for my mom :) it arrived yesterday :) my mom loves her new purse :) it's very nice, and sweet of Holly to get her a new purse :) my mom cooked a nice pasta and meatballs dinner yesterday, it was delicious :) my mom loves cooking, and baking :) Kayla and Taylynn, Alyssa and family, Jenn and family, Bobby and family, are all taking good care too :) We're all in this together :) Holly and i are having a classic ghost hunters marathon today, in between checking in on the news. We love our ghost hunters shows, and watching the classic episodes :)

i've been doing some writing, and wrote a heart-felt note/letter to send out to our dear angel friends across the miles :) Friends who use too be here on ds, and that keep in touch these days, through the mail. :) it's very special, getting to write to eachother, here on DS, through the mail, and cell phone too :) we have many friends all around the world, and have been wanting to check in on the friends :) i wrote a letter, on my notepad here on my computer :) i printed it, and put it in envelopes, and addressed the letter to 16 friends who aren't on DS, and who keep in touch through the mail. :) we sure do love our post office adventures, and are so thankful post offices are open, and able to send out mail :) i enjoyed some nice time here on DS this morning, writing to friends :) i felt very focused :) all the focus i need, when we go to the post office, is focusing on family and friends smiling when they recieve their mail :) that's a pure wonderful gift, and treasure to my heart :) Holly put together a treasures package to mail to her friend Linda in Maryland :) Holly was very excited to go to the post office with us this morning :) it was still early morning, and we were all set, and ready for our post office adventure :)

We began our sunshine post office adventure :) my sister Lisa drove :) We were enjoying a nice talk, and peaceful car ride, taking in some sunny nature sights :) We love seeing malerba's farm getting ready to open for the season :) we believe they may be opening sometime soon, as it be good for everyone to be able to buy some plants, to grow fruits, vegetables, and flowers to be able to enjoy seeing blossom throughout the season :) we wan to go to malerba's farm when they're opened :) we drove past the golf course, and peaceful pond :) we saw the ducks swimming in the peaceful pond :) awww! :) there are lots of ducks in the pond today :) it was so nice ,seeing them :) the ducks look very happy, and enjoying their sunny peaceful pond :)
nature is very uplifting :) We continued our journey to the post office :) we arrived, and parked our car :) my mom went over to buy a newspaper in the newspaper machine, and she found a cool rainbow pot of gold painted rock :) someone here in CT, put it there, as part of the CT Rocks special activity, that people do :) we're so happy we found the cool rock :) my mom's gonna give it to my sister Jenn and family, as they love to geo-cache :) it was neat seeing the rock sitting on top of the newspaper machine :)

We walked into the post office, and the workers greeted us :) the workers are so nice to us :) we all wished eachother a good morning :) my mom, Holly, and i all had some great social interaction, and public speaking :) it's so nice, being able to go to the post office, especially with all that's going on in the world right now. Holly mailed a treasures package to her friend Linda, and also mailed a well wishes card to Margie, Chet, and family in Maryland :) i bought US stamps, and International stamps :) i did really well, with my social interaction, and public speaking :) it's really big for me, and helps build up my foundation of confidence, that helps me during all of my experiences :) You all have helped me make this great progress :) i feel very blessed, thankful, and appreciative :) i gave the worker the total for the order, and the worker gave me the change, and receipt :) one new thing the workers are doing right now, are they drop the change into your hand, which is good :)

my mom, Holly, and i thanked the workers, and we all wished eachother a good day :) the post office wasn't busy when we were in there. we walked over to the mailing table area, i put stamps on the envelopes, and then the very special moments i love very much, is holding all of the envelopes together, and put them into the mailing box :) very special heart-felt deliveries :) We then walked outside, into the fresh air and sunshine :) we all felt a great sense of joy, getting to to the post office, and also thankful for the opportunity to send mail across the miles :) Holly and i thanked my mom and Lisa for going to the post office with us :) it's very nice, and sweet of them :) we began our journey home :) We were seeing lots more nature sights, on the way home, including seeing the ducks again in the peaceful pond :) we saw lots of birds soaring over :) It was so nice, going to the post office :) it brought our hearts some peaceful comfort, and joy :) We love going there, and are so thankful for everything, that brings some normalness to our days, and that keeps us as close to in tune with our days, and weeks, especially during these current times. Thank you angel friends, for all of your love, care, support, guidance, encouragement, and prayers :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) We look forward to going to the post office again very soon :) sending lots and lots of love, and happy friendship smiles across the miles, from our hearts and home to yours :) Happy super wednesday post office adventure smiles :)

Hi, friends, we are all doing well and doing our best and we hope and pray the same for you, your friends & families. Please try to keep your chin up, carry on with doing your regular things as well as the things that bring you JOY, even if you have to modify it, it's worth it! :) Be helpful, patient, kind to yourselves and each other, take time to breathe, smile at each other, give yourself & each other lots of slack, be understanding of yourself & others when your emotions come up--reach out to your friends-- it's OK to talk about it, you"ll figure it out for the better and maybe able to help someone else with the same kind of thing, give support and accept support, be quick to forgive, take care of each other, lend a hand whenever you can, do the right thing, appreciate all the little things and above all--LOVE all! :) 

Try to keep in mind this situation is temporary. The way I am choosing to think of these times is like this: when a child in school got sick, they were told to stay home and were not allowed to return to school until fully recovered. The school does this so that the other children would not get sick and to give the sick child a chance to heal. THIS situation we are all in now.. is the SAME THING just on a larger scale. Soon, we will all be allowed to "return" to our new and healthy everyday lives. :)  

Hang in there.....we are hanging in there with you....and will always be there for you. Even though I'm not on DS, we all care and and every day send our prayers and well-wishes for everybody! WE WILL PREVAIL!!
