Happy Super Wednesday!!! :) We're enjoying a great day! :) Thank you angel friends! :) You always warm our hearts, and bring us great joy, and comfort :) my dad went in to see the specialist today. He's doing ok, and keeping strong :) We're all keeping strong together :) my dad got some good results! :) We're so blessed, and thankful to have you all in our lives :) You all are family to us :) This morning, i was putting some goodies outside, for the birds and squirrels, and i picked 3 huge tomatoes, from our garden :) We're going to be making some fresh homemade salsa, on baking friday :) my mom and i enjoyed a spirited, and super fun, post office adventure today :) it went really well :) i had social interaction, and public speaking :) i was in that sweet calm relaxing, and peacefully confidence spirit soaring zone :) i am so very happy, excited, and thrilled, about the nice treasures, and cards we mailed :) i bought the 2nd season dvd set, of "the walking dead" show, for Holly, and i'm pre-ordereding the 5th season dvd set on walmart, for myself :) Holly and i love to watch that show, and our paranormal shows :) it got very hot, and humid outside today. oh my! i gave our plants, a nice soaking with the water nourishment, and i refilled the bird bath with fresh water for our nature animal friends :) it's a nice day :) i've been keeping cool with both my fans on, and also put some dvds on today :) i had such a nice writing week, and i'm ready for some more writings! :) i took some new pictures of our plants today too :) We have 2, happy smiling blossoming sunflowers, soaking up the golden sunshine :) There's many more amazing times coming up, with family, friends, and nature :) it's a great balanced day, spending time with family, friends, and our garden :) Tonight, the ghost hunters party is on! :) Whooooooo!!!! :)

my family and i hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a great day :) Thank you all, for your wonderful well wishes, prayers, and heart-felt support, for my dad, and us all :) You all are our wonderful guardian angel friends, we appreciate you all, and will always be here for you all, our dear friends :) Thank you for being here for us, and for all that you do for us :) my dad went to see a specialist today. he got a good report, and doesn't have to go back to see the specialist for 2 months. he is gonna speak with his doctor though, about his shoulder. he fell last winter, while delivering pizza's, and may need surgery on his shoulder/rotator cuff. i'll definitely keep everyone posted, on how he's doing. we're just very thankful, and relieved his appointment went well today :)
This morning, we had a beautiful new summer day, rising and shining, with the sounds of the happy summer birds singing :) i knew it was gonna be a very hot summer day. i gathered a nice big bowl of goodies, for the birds and squirrels, and enjoyed a nice early morning nature walk :) the sun rising up, and the sweet joy, of being greeted by happy smiling sunflowers :) we have 2 new sunflowers blossoming, including a sunflower right next to our front steps : )The sunflower is soaking up the sunshine, especially during sunrise hour :) it's awesome to see :) all of our plants, are flourishing, thriving with the season :) it's really amazing to see, how well they are doing :) i loved picking the tomatoes this morning :) one of the tomatoes is a super mega giant one! :) we love fresh garden goodies, and this time of the year, the gardening season is very rewarding, because of getting to pick fresh fruits, and vegetables :) i've been continuing to pick string beans :)
It was a nice relaxing, and peaceful morning :) i enjoyed some time here on ds, writing to friends. :) i had a really nice writing week too, in my writing area :) i have written 2 letters, cards, and i put together a treasures package :) i bought the 2nd season, dvd set, of the walking dead show, for Holly :)i have the 2nd season already, and i wanted to send her the 2nd season, so that she and i can watch the episodes on sunday night's :) We're very happy and excited about this :) i also am pre-ordering, the 5th season of the walking dead show, on walmart.com which comes with an exclusive collectible funko mystery mini character :) awesome!!! :) i'm so happy, and excited, that it will be arriving in August :) the collectible, and dvd set will be great additions, to my collection, that is growing and growing :)
i felt very relaxed, and focused this morning, as we were getting ready for our super fun post office adventure :) my sister Lisa and Alyssa went out to get some treats early :) i had the nice envelopes, and treasures package all set, and ready :) it was a really sweet morning :) i had grapenuts cereal, with blueberries, and some iced lemonade :) when going to the post office, i love to focus in, on family and friends smiling, when they recieve their mail :) That's a pure wonderful gift, and treasure to my heart :) i've been having a great time writing summer cards, and mailing them out to our dear friends, all around the world :) it's very speical to my family and i, to be able to communicate with you all :) Your friendships are a special joy :) my writing area has been glowing, with the spirit of summer time :) it was still early morning and we were all set, and ready to rock and roll, and to sweet stroll, the summer time roads, to the post office :) HERE WE COME!!! :)
We began our super fun adventure! :) my sister Lisa drove :) my niece Alyssa came with us :) we were enjoying a nice talk, and peaceful car ride :) We have some birthday's coming up in August, it's amazing, how August is almost here :) on the way to the post office, we saw lots of cool nature sights, including a very active malerba's farm :) They were recieving a corn delivery there, and also have lots of flowers, all around, it's wonderful to see :) they have some planters, near their front entrance area, and it looks like those planters, plants are mum's flowers for September :) amazing! :) It's so nice, to see the golf course, and the peaceful pond too :) The peaceful pond looks amazing, all glowing, from the summer sunshine :) i saw some birds flying around the pond area :) i didn't see any ducks, but it was so nice, to look for them, and also getting to see the pond :) it really glows, this time of the year :) We love all of the nature, and the summer time spirit, is all around :)
There's been some sweet summer flowers blossoming alongside the summer time roads too :)We were enjoying a nice car ride, and approached closer to the post office :) we arrived, and parked our car :) it didn't look busy there. my mom and i walked into the post office :) the worker called us up to the checkout area :) we wished eachother a good morning :) social interaction :) i said to the worker, "we have a package, and some envelopes to mail today" :) i was feeling really confident, and felt like i was in that spirit soaring zone, where it just felt natural :) the worker weighed the package, and asked shipping questions :) i've been doing really well, with my social interaction, and public speaking :) it really helps me a lot, and builds up my foundation of confidence, that helps me during future experiences :) i feel very blessed, and thankful, to be in these moments of the experiences :) You all have helped me make it this far into my therapy :) as the worker was getting the package all weighed, i thought about how in a couple months, we'll be getting ready to mail out, some halloween trick or treat goodies/treasures packages :) woot! woot! :) yeah!!! :)
i said to the worker, "can we please have some stamps, 4 US and 1 International stamp, thank you" :) i was doing great! :) my mom was talking with me, and the worker was so nice too :) We love our post office experiences :) i love to see the stamps posters they have there too :) It's awesome, the many nice varieties of stamps :) i always hope, for them to get some autumn/halloween themed stamps sometime :) i would buy lots of those! :) the worker gave me the stamps, and i thanked her :) i gave her the money for the total, and she handed me my change, and receipt :) i put the stamps on the envelopes right there, and the worker took the envelopes for me :) i always love that special moment, where i hold the envelopes, and i mail them :) it's like my heart saying, "special delivery!" :) my mom and i thanked the worker, and we wished eachother a nice day :) great social interaction there today, and it went so very smoothly :) i feel a great sense of joy, and accomplishment :)

I hope today is a peaceful day for u angel. I know you\'ve understandably had so much on your mind and worry with your mum and dads health as well as day to day life and all it brings. I know the stress and worry of our luved ones been ill can take a toll so just take extra care of yourself angel.

I have been staying with my daughter, now back home, there is so much to tidy and clean, anyway there are more baby sparrows, one is being fed by the daddy, such a precious sight, its warm here, been sitting in the garden, with the school closed its just precious time, silence at last, had some blackblerries for breakfast with some soy yogurt, was delicious, Lici and Charlie are here, they love going out in the garden, the door is open so they can just go out, no nasty neighbours.
