Happy Sunday :) We're trying very hard to get well :) TWD, and lots of rest :)

Happy Sunday :) 

Hi angel friends :) my family, Holly, and i hope everyone is doing well, healthy, and enjoying a great day :) We think of you all often, and we love hearing from you :) Thank you angel friends, for your continued healing energy prayers, and warm well wishes for us :)We appreciate you all very much :) We're getting lots of good healing rest today, and trying very hard to get well, and to get our health back :) my dad has been home and resting today, with the same cold/flu Holly and i, and Taylynn have had. We're keeping hydrated, drinking plenty of fluids, water, hot teas, and we also made soups for lunch :) the sinus pressure/headache pain, and coughs/sore throats are the worst symptoms. we feel achey. i've been experiencing some aches, pain in both my arms and hands. We've been trying to ease our sinuses, and coughs, having plenty of cough drops. the cold/flu is running it's course. i fell asleep here on our couch earlier this afternoon, and Holly is getting some rest too. we're determined to get well, and hoping to feel much better very soon. we've had some issues with coughing while laying down, we've been trying to keep our pillows more elevated. the sinus pain/pressure was more severe this morning. we have tylenol, i've been taking 2 tylenol every 6 hours, and during the night time, Holly and i take the cold/flu cough syrup. We're battling this very hard, to get back our health. We've been going slow with the days, and pacing ourselves :) 

We're looking forward to getting our full health back, and getting to enjoy more things, like our nature walks, we can't wait to put my new bird feeder outside, and also displaying cards, gifts, treasures, and doing some organizing around our downstairs apartment :) We haven't felt like we've needed to go to urgent care, as we have lots of medicines, cough syrup, cough drops, and Holly's been using her cough medicine she recieved that helps prevent cough. we believe this cold/flu is running it's course. we're hoping to get good sleep tonight, and that our coughs hopefully don't keep us up. my throat felt like it was burning sore this morning, i woke up in the night, and used the chloraseptic sore throat spray, it helps :) i've lost my sense of scent, and some of my taste scense, it often happens with the cold/flu. Holly believes it may be the flu we have. we have honey lemon cough drops, cherry ricola cough drops, and chloraspetic cough drops :) We're gonna get well, and looking forward to sharing in more times with everyone :) i'm saving lots of my goodies/snacks, treats i recieved for my birthday last week, as i want to enjoy the goodies when it can taste the goodies, and also looking forward to getting back into some sports radio tomorrow :) i recieved a very special birthday delivery i'd love to share with everyone, about the gifts i recieved :) 

Happy birthday wishes, sent with lots and lots of love :) our dear friends Bluemoon29, and her family sent me, a very special birthday delivery :) it's very nice, sweet, and thoughtful of them :) i recieved 3 awesome bird houses :) they are very neat, and have designs on them :) it will be fun putting the bird houses in our yard, especially the bird sanctuary area in our yard :) i love these special gifts, and will al ways treasure  them :) Thank you Bluemoon29, and family, so very much :) 

We're keeping strong, and hanging in there, with keeping focused on good health, and getting our health back :) We're keeping in good spirits :) Holly and i put some episodes of TWD on :) We love keeping up with our traditions, it always uplifts our spirits, especially when we're not feeling well, we love enjoying simple joys like enjoying our shows, movies, and i've been spending some time here on DS as times today :) We hope to feel more and more better each day forward, it'll be a great blessing getting our health back :) wishing us all the best of good health, and comfort :) We're gonna try to get a good night's sleep tonight, and looking forward to sharing in the new week with everyone :) i'll keep everyone updated on how we're doing :) i did put some goodies outside for our nature friends this morning :) Thank you angel friends, for sharing in the season with us, and for all that you do for us :)We love you all bunches and bunches :) We wish everyone a peaceful evening and night :)
