Happy Sunday! :) Family visiting, Garden tending, Writing :) We made Zuchinni Burgers! :)

Happy Sunday! :) We're enjoying an awesome day, and a great weekend! :) Gardening,Writing, TWD, and We made zuchinni burgers today! :) they came out great! :) we're enjoying the weekend with everyone :) We're celebrating Lisa's birthday today :) We gave her some cards, money, and gifts :) family came over to visit :) the kids were having lots of fun playing outside :) We love sharing in and celebrating the very special,and spirited fun times of the season with you all, our dear angel friends :) The summer time nature is shining all around :) We're very happy, and thankful we recieved some much needed, rainfall here yesterday evening :) it was a cool surprise, as it began to rain and rain :)We really needed the rainfall :) our plants, and yard loved the rain :) The plants are super mega growing! :) Holly and i tended our plants, we pulled weeds,freshening up our gardens :) it's amazing, to see how much the plants have grown :) We're loving our gardening adventures,and having so much fun sharing our garden and adventures with everyone :) i took some awesome new pictures to share :) We'll be keeping our plants replenished this upcoming week. We have a heat-wave in our forecast. We're gonna pace ourselves with our gardening ,and tending the plants :) i did some nice writing today, i'm writing cards and notes :) We're very happy and excited to have a summer time mega mailing week :) Holly and i put some TWD episodes on today, and enjoying some foods, snacks, and drinks :) Enjoying an awesome day,and a great weekend, with family, friends, nature, gardening,writing, and the wonderful spirit of the summer season :) We look forward to blossoming into the new week with everyone :) Holly and i made zuchinni burgers today! :) oh my! :) they came out delicious!!! :) i'm going to share the recipe, and picturesin my journal :) Iced coffee cheers!!! :)

Summer Garden Growing Wild!!! :) Hi angel friends! :) my family, Holly, and i hope everyone is doing well, healthy,and enjoying a peaceful day :) We think of you all often :) Thank you all, for all of your heart warming comments, and for always brightening our days :) We're loving sharing in the summer season with everyone, with lots of great festivities, and summer time traditions :) we had a really cool and neat surprise yesterday evening :) shortly after 5pm,it began to rain here! :) we heard the rain outside our window, it was such a welcome sound and a great nature blessing :) it had been about 3 weeks, since our last rainfall here. it was raining heavily, i went upstairs to look at the rain ,it was really coming down :) awesome!!! :) The drought here has been on the news often, about how the CT farmer's are coping, and how the drought level has reached moderate stage. The rain was very welcome,and a great nature blessing :) We also thankfully have some rain in our forecast tomorrow too, which will be so nice :) our plants, trees, and grass soaked up the rain yesterday evening and are very replenished :) We're enjoying the weekend with everyone :) We're celebrating Lisa's birthday today, and also did some gardening, writing,and watching TWD :) The summer season is in full swing, with lots more great things to look forward too :)

There's an awesome summer spirit all around :) This morning, we had a great new day rising and shining :) i was up early this morning, blossoming into the new day with one of my favorite joys, spending time here on DS writing to friends,and getting ready for my early morning nature walk :) i was very excited to check in on our plants, especially after the rainfall we recieved :) i gathered a big bowl of goodies, peanuts and crumbled bread and went outside for my nature walk :) as soon as i walked outside, i could see everything was really replenished, from the rainfall :) i put goodies in our backyard, and in the bird sanctuary area for our nature friends :) lots of birds, and squirrels have been visiting lately :) We're also seeing lots of bumble bees, butterflies, ladybugs and other nature friends :) The nature is spirit soaring all around :) i walked over to our garden areas, i knew our plants would be spirit dancing in the garden from all of the nice rain we recieved :)

Our plants, and garden are doing very well, growing and flourishing :) Holly and i are looking forward to picking more string beans, snap peas, and zuchinni :) We're planting more sugar snap peas today, as they grow very quickly and plentiful :) We've been having an awesome harvest season :) it's amazing to see how much the plants have grown, lots and lots of zuchinni :) it's definitely gonna be our biggest season we've ever had ,for zuchinni :) we're also very happy to have our first yellow squash of the season growing :) The potato plants, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, pumpkins, and gourds are doing great :) We hope for some cool halloween pumpkins and gourds to grow :) We're growing 2 kinds of pumpkins :) We're loving seeing how wild the plants are growing :) We usually use plant food, to feed our plants, once per week during the gardening season ,but this season we haven't had too really, it's just been such a flourishing season for the plants :) The popcorn and sweet corn plants are doing very well :) We look forward to harvesting some fresh corn on the cob, and popcorn cobs :)

We have lots of happy sunflowers, and other flowers growing and blossoming :) our 2nd sunflower of the season is blossoming :) The sunflower is bright golden yellow :) most of the sunflowers blossom during the night time hours, sometimes the moon light can help the sunflowers blossom :) it's really neat nature :) we have daisies, marigolds, cosmos, zinnia's, snapdragons flowers, moring glory flowers, and lots more varieties of flowers growing and blossoming :) we have these tiny little yellow star wildflowers that blossom each year, and clover flowers too :) it's a flourish of awesome summer time nature :) Lots of great nature, and gardening adventures to look forward too :) Thank you angel friends, so very much for your wonderful compliments on our plants, fruit trees, and garden :) it warms our hearts,and brings us a lot of great joy getting to share our garden with everyone :) happy summer gardening smiles :)

It was a sweet spirited early morning :) Happy birthday to my sister Lisa! :) We wished Lisa a happy birthday this morning :) We gave Lisa some birthday cards, money, and gifts :) We're so happy Lisa and Kayla are enjoying a nice birthday weekend's :) it's really cool how they have back to back birthday's :) Holly and i enjoyed a nice breakfast this morning, and also enjoyed some hot tea, iced coffee, and water :) we put some episodes of TWD show on :) We love re-watching the classic seasons on dvd :) There's a new TWD show beginning august 14th, for 6 episode run :) Holly and i look forward to watching the new show :) We tended our plants around late morning, and enjoyed a nice lunch :) This afternoon ,i enjoyed some nice writing time here in my writing area :) i love writing, and looking forward to a mega mailing week this upcoming week, mailing cards, monday through super wednesday :) We love sending out mail :) i wanted to share with everyone ,about a cool new collectible cards set i bought online :) on the fright-rags horror movies collectibles site, the other day i pre-ordered the complete set of "creepshow"movie cards :) the cards were announced in early 2020, and are coming out in late July :) the pre-orders for the boxed set, the box of cards with 24 packs, and also the individual wax packs, have all sold out, wow! i'm so glad, and thrilled i got in my pre-order for the cards :) it'll be my 5th complete set of cards, from fright-rags :) i'm looking forward to displaying the cards in my Halloween town in October :) The cards will be coming in early august :) we had family over to visit, Bobby and family came over :) we were hanging out outside, in our front yard :) The kids were having lots of fun playing :) We had some birthday cake :) Lisa's having a great birthday! :) it was so nice, us all getting together :) Holly and i were sitting on the front steps with my brother Bobby :)

Zuchinni Burgers!! :) Holly and i made zuchinni burgers for the first time :) We're so happy and excited! :) it turned into a cool cooking adventure! :) i washed, and sliced zuchinni, and then boiled the zuchinni in water on the stove :) Once the zuchinni had fully boiled, we strained the water out, and then mashed the zuchinni :) We then added in, Italian breadcrumbs, a little bit of white flour, mrs. dash salt free seasoning, and also added in a tablespoon of pure canola oil :) i stirred the ingredients :) i got a frying pan, and got some canola oil heating in the pan, and we made the zuchinni burgers into burger patties, and cooked one burger at a time :) They came out awesome!!! :) oh my! :) Holly and i were taking pictures of our cooking experience :) We're so thrilled! :) i put my zuchinni burger on a hamburger bun :) We enjoyed our lunch :) We still have 2 more zuchinni burgers, and will definitely make more :) it was such a nice experience, making zuchinni burgers for the first time :) We have lots more zuchinni growing in the garden :) i'm so happy and excited to share pictures of our cooking adventure :) Here's the recipe :)

Zuchinni (boiled )
Italian breadcrumbs
All purpose White Flour
Seasoning (We used Salt free Mrs. Dash seasoning)
Canola Oil (1 tablespoon into the ingredients, and 2 tablespoons in the frying pan for cooking the burgers)

Zuchinni Burgers! :) an awesome garden harvest! :) Holly and i are so happy and excited! :) We made our first, zuchinni burgers :) a really nice, and simple recipe, boiled zuchinni, italian breadcrumbs, seasoning, white flour, and canola oil :) we used a little canola oil to cook the burgers in the frying pan :) the zuchinni burgers are delicious!!! :) We enjoyed some for lunch, and are looking forward to making more :) i took some pictures of our cooking adventure :) Fresh garden zuchinni, turned into zuchinni burgers! :) we love it!!! :)
