Happy Sunday! :) a peaceful day at home :) writing, visiting with family, derby day reflections! :)

Happy Sunday! :) We're enjoying a nice relaxing, and peaceful day :) we had so much fun, celebrating the big Kentucky derby day with everyone yesterday :) we were so very into the moments, of the very exciting day, and we were all glued to the tv, awaiting the results of one of the most historic derby's in history, as there was a very big announcement, for the 1st time ever, a disqualification of the derby winner, and 2nd place awarded 1st place. wow! it sure was a wild derby, and a day we'll always remember. We've been talking about the derby day,and the incredible time we all had, celebrating with everyone :) we'll always treasure the very special memories from derby 2019 :) we've been home today, resting up, and enjoying some nice time together :) my brother Bobby and family came over to visit :) i showed my brother my new coin, my S minted morgan silver dollar :) he was very excited to see it :) we were talking about coins :) Holly and i are hanging out :) i also doing some writing today :) i've began a new letter, for our dear friends, my ds mum (Bloss) and family :) We've got some clear and warm weather days coming up, this upcoming week :) i'm so excited to blossom into some more yard and garden work, and gardening, planting flowers seeds, and popcorn, and maybe even some string beans this upcoming week too :) May is such a wonderful month, for some gardening time :) Tomorrow's my dad's birthday! :) we look forward to celebrating with everyone :) There's lots of great things going on, and awesome spring time memories being made :) we've been hearing lots of happy birds singing :) spring nature tunes :) there's so much more, to look forward too :) we're so happy, and delighted everyone enjoyed our mohegan sun, Kentucky derby day adventure, celebrations, and pictures :) we'll definitely be going back to the mohegan sun again soon :) i took some new pictures today, including pictures of my new collectible coin, and my new pennies collector's book that arrived in the mail :) we're looking forward to blossoming into the new week, with continued spring time joys :) Thank you angel friends, for brightening our days, and for celebrating the season with us :) Blueberry iced coffee Cheers!!! to family, friends, and to the awesome spirit of spring time! :)

Hi angel friends! :) Big warm happy sunny friendship hugs, on this sweet peaceful day :) my family, Holly, and i hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a great day, and a peaceful weekend :) Thank you everyone, for celebrating the big Kentucky derby day with us yesterday :) we had so much fun, and had the time of our life, celebrating the big day with everyone:) it was thrilling, and exciting, from sunrise, all the way to moonrise! :) We're so happy and delighted that everyone enjoyed our derby day celebrations journal, and pictures :) We loved the day, and are so happy, and excited about the many very special memories made, to always cherish and treasure :) it was a very special day, that we'll always and forever remember :) from the excitement of counting down to derby day, to the awesome spirit of the derby day, going to the mohegan sun, and the big race yesterday evening :) we all had coverage of the pre-race on, and the big race, and it sure was a wild race, and a derby race that will forever be a part of history. We were cheering and cheering on the horses, and those magical words, "and down the stretch they come!" as they ran toward the finish line :) it was very surreal, and wild too, as when the race ended, there was an objection, and contested finish, that lasted almost 30 minutes, and we were all stunned, when they said, the winner was disqualified, as the jockey had interfered with 2 other jockeys, horses, which could have caused horses and jockey's to fall, but thankfully all were ok. it was 1st time in derby history, that a horse who crossed the finished line first, was disqualified, and 2nd place horse, Country House, was declared the derby winner. wow!!! friends and i were texting, Holly, my mom, and i were all talking, it was wild, and unbelievable results, and very stunning. a 1st in history of the derby, the results changed due to interference. we didn't bet #7 Maximum Security, or the #20 Country House, but 2 of my horses came in 4th and 5th. we all didn't win anything, but we still feel like winners, as we all got to share in, and celebrate an incredible derby day together, with everyone, and we'll always have the very special memories from derby 2019, to cherish and treasure :) Congratulations to the 2019 Derby champion, Country House :) we'll be rooting for him in the Preakess, as we always hope one of the horse wins the triple crown :) it was certainly one of the most intense, and wildest derby's we've ever seen, truly one of the most exciting days of the year :)

We've been home today, resting up, and reflecting back upon the incredible derby day experience yesterday :) We're so happy and excited for Holly, as she was so very into the moments, from the decorating of our derby table, and going to the mohegan sun casino for the first time :)we've all been talking about the derby, and mohegan sun experience :) Holly loved her 1st trip to the mohegan sun :) we were taking in the moments of her excitement, and all of the cool sights, and sounds of the derby day :) it was so neat, getting our picture taken next to the American Pharoah horse statue, and the awesome joys of the spirit of the day :) the mohegan was very active, with derby day excitement :) many people were there, placing their bets :) it was so cool everyone joining in, on the derby day fun :) i love my derby day shirt i got at the mohegan sun :) it's an awesome collectible :) i have a cool fun share about the shirt :) each year, usually the shirts are given out at the convention center area near the entrance, but this year, one of the workers told my dad we had to go to the coach coats area, to pick up the shirt, so we had walked through the casino over there, and then the guy there, said he didn't have any derby shirts there, so we walked all the way back over into the casino, and we saw a guy holding about 4 derby shirts, so we asked him where he got the shirts, and he said, the convention center? we were so surprised, so we went back there, and my dad located area where the derby shirts were, and when he came back out with us, another guy saw that we had a derby shirt, and he asked us where to find the shirts! hehe! :) it was a wild derby shirt adventure :) it's about the 4th or 5th year in a row now, that we've gotten a derby shirt :) we love the tradition of getting one :) We'll definitely be going back to the mohegan sun casino again soon :) there's so many amazing sights there :) we'd love to go there again soon :) we'll play the slots, and maybe go into the mall area too :) the mohegan sun is huge, and such an incredible place to visit :) with the preakness stakes coming up in 13 days, we may go there to place some more bets :) We'll always remember this incredible 2019 derby day :)

it's an awesome time of the year, with spring nature blossoming, and all of the joys of the special times being shared :) we have my dad's birthday tomorrow, and also all of our weekly traditions :) we've been hanging out today, spending time together :) i've also been enjoying some time here on DS, writing to friends :) my brother Bobby and family came over to visit today :) i showed my brother my new collectible coin, 1898 S minted morgan silver dollar coin :) he was very excited to see the coin :) Bobby and i talked about coins :) he's been looking for some W minted quarters :) he's hoping to find one :) it was nice visiting :) i'm also doing some organizing and writing :) i'm writing a new letter, for our dear friends, my ds mum (Bloss) and her family :) i'm so excited blossoming into some writings, and looking forward to the upcoming week :) we have some nice weather coming, with some sunshine days ahead, and with the temperatures in the 60's and 70's :)We're looking forward to some yard, and garden work, and also planting popcorn seeds, flowers, and maybe some string beans this upcoming week too :) we've had some rain in our area. this morning, i put some treats outside for our nature friends :) there's been lots of happy birds visiting our area :) we're looking forward to all of the sunshine, and wonderful gardening days coming up :) our plants, bushes, and fruit trees continue to do really well, along with our grapevines and raspberry bushes :) there's lots more super fun nature adventures to look forward too :)

We're enjoying a great sunday, and an awesome weekend! :) my family, Holly and i are doing well, and are in great spirits :) we've been enjoying the weekend, so very much :) we've been resting up today, after the big derby day yesterday :) we had so much fun celebrating the whoe derby day, experience, and are looking forward to the preakness stakes race in a couple weeks :) it's been a wonderful stretch of days :) we've been hanging out today, enjoying some foods, snacks, and drinks, plus some writing time, and organizing :) the upcoming week, is gonna be another awesome spring week :) We look forward to celebrating my dad's birthday tomorrow :) this upcoming week, i'm gonna enjoy some nature walks, writings, plus we have sweet treats tuesday, super wednesday post office adventure, ghost hunters party, and lots more, leading us into another super fun baking friday adventure :) Thank you angel friends, so very much, for all that you do for us, and for the very special joy you all bring to our days, and our lives :) You all are wonderfully nice, sweet ,and very caring :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) big group warm caring happy sunny friendship hug :) there's many more great things, to look forward too, with family, friends, nature, and the awesome spirit of the spring season :)

To Wildthing, Peaceful Gentle Moments of the day :) Wildthing, it's a great day, we're all reflecting back upon the big derby day, and all of the great joys to continue to look forward too :) i did some writing today, and also organizing my collectibles :) thinking of you, our dear friend :)

my new morgan silver dollar! :) i'm so happy and excited! :) i recieved my new morgan silver dollar coin i ordered on ebay :) it's an 1898 San Francisco minted coin :) only 2.1 million of these coins were minted at the S mint that year :) it's a rare coin :) i'm so thrilled to add it to my collection :) i now have 3 morgan silver dollars :) i look forward to adding to my collection from time to time :) it's truly amazing, holding a coin, that's over 100 years old :) i love learning about the history of coins :)

New Pennies collector book :) i'm so happy and excited! :) i recieved my new penny book, that i ordered on amazon, with some of my amazon gift card that our dear friend Stephanie (Coolgal) gave me :) i'm so thrilled to add my pennies into the book :) i now have all 4 of the penny books :) each time i get pennies, i love to check to see if it's a new penny, for my books :) a special thank you, for our dear friend Stephanie :)

Nickel Books getting filled :) i love my new nickels books :) Holly helped me put my nickels into my new books today :) my set is coming along really well :)
