HAPPY SUNDAY!

You know it's going to be a great day even though I have to work. I had a great day off yesterday. I watched my granddaughter dance and then she spent the day with me. Thanks to the weather we didn't get to go to the pool.... We baked cookies and played games. My heart did break a little when it wqas time to take her home though. She wanted to stay and I said she couldn't. Of course she wanted 3 reasons why she couldn't. I told her I had to work, daddy missed her and I don't remember what the third one was. Then she wanted to know why I had to work so I explained that. She then asked if G Pa was going to be home and I said yes. She had " well he can take care of me".    :-(     She is starting to notice she isn't staying with me as much. I'm just need to hang in there and keep doing what I'm suppose to. I do miss my ong weekends with her.....

OK enough of that I said it was going to be a great day. This evening I'm hoping to start on that baby quilt I've been saying I was going to work on for over a month. Keep your fingers crossed.
