Happy Preakness Stakes Horse Race day!!! :) We're ready for the big race this evening! :)
Hi angel friends! :) my family and i hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a nice day :) We're celebrating the Preakness stakes horse race today :) it's the 2nd race in the triple crown :) It's very exciting, the race, and all of the excitement, of maybe Nyquist horse winning again, and having a chance to win the triple crown in 3 weeks :) 2 triple crown winners in a row, would be incredible! :) Our original plans for the day, got changed a bit, but we're still making the most of the day :)
my mom, dad, and i were originally gonna go to the mohegan sun casino together, but this morning plans changed a bit. my mom recieved a call from Taylynn's Meme and Pepe, and that they couldn't come to pick up Kayla and Taylynn today, they were gonna originally go to the movies, but they couldn't make it. If they had gone to the movies, my mom, dad, and i were gonna go to the dollar tree, and Mohegan sun, but the sudden change in plans, we knew we'd have to make different plans, so that all would work out well :) my mom and dad went to the dollar tree to pick up some items for Kayla and Taylynn :) i watered our plants, tending our gardens :) When my mom and dad got back home, they finalized their bets for the preakness, and i did too, and my mom and dad went to the casino this afternoon to place the bets :) i did really want to go, but my mom didn't feel comfortable if Kayla and Taylynn were home alone, so i knew it would be best i stayed home to keep an eye on things. my mom and dad got our bets at the casino, and came home with the tickets :)
We got our tickets/bets all placed, for the big preakness race :) it's gonna be awesome to watch on tv this evening :) We're gonna be cheering for the horses :) i played an exacta bet, some trifecta bets, and even some superfecta bets too :) i'm gonna call Holly before the race, she wants to listen in to the race too :) It's gonna be great! :) good luck to all of the horses in the preakness :) We hope they all have a great run, and it'll be so neat to see the horses running, coming down the stretch, and the preakness champion being crowned :) We love the triple crown horse races :)
i've been checking in on our plants today, and also gave our plants a really good watering :) our plants, and garden are coming along really well :) i'm so proud of all of the seedlings, and plants :) it's gonna be great doing some more gardening soon :) i also really want to go to the dollar tree tomorrow :) i didn't expect to me home all day today, but i know with the sudden change in plans, the day was different than how we thought it would go, but tomorrow's a new day, and i really would love to buy some gifts, goodies, and treasures at the dollar tree :)
