We're enjoying a peaceful new year's holiday here at home :) We love blossoming into the new year with everyone, and sharing in some sweet moments, as we welcome the new year :) We enjoyed the holiday season, with all of the times shared with family and friends, throughout the holiday's :) You all made our holiday season very special and memorable :) We'll always treasure, the great memories made, and we're very happy for all of the new memories to be made this new year :) i look forward to cheering on everyone with their 2021 goals, and sharing about all of our goals here in my journals :) this morning, we had a sweet new day, rising and shining :) Happy January! :) 2021! :) i was up early this morning, enjoying some nice time here on DS, writing to friends, and sending out happy new year's wishes :) it's so much fun, and a very special joy getting to share in the joys of the holiday's with eachother across the miles :) We love hearing about your new year's eve, and holiday, and sharing ours :) i'd love to take this time, to share with everyone about the new year's eve my family, Holly, and i enjoyed :)

New Year's Eve party here at home! :) During the evening yesterday, we enjoyed a wonderful new year's eve dinner :) it was so nice :) my mom, dad, and i were preparing some foods, and snacks :) my dad cooked shrimp, and i baked the veggies spring rolls, and mini hotdogs in crescent rolls :) we had cheese, and pepperoni platters ,chips, crackers, and more :) my mom and dad set up a table in our living room :) Family and friends were texting us :) We all were with eachother in spirit :) Lots of great spirit, and new year's eve excitement in the air :) we all enjoyed the nice foods, and snacks :) we had cocktail sauce with our shrimp, and also had honey mustard for the hotdogs, and crescent rolls, and this nice soy sauce and garlic sauce for the veggies spring rolls, chips, crackers, pepperoni, cheese, and cheese spread :) we were watching tv, and enjoying our meal :) Taylynn had pizza, and was playing video games, she, Mikey, and Hunter play the video games online ,they love the nintendo switch games :) We all settled into the evening :) We thanked my mom and dad for all of the nice foods and snacks :) my sister Lisa came home from work, and had some foods, and snacks :) Holly and i watched Mr. Bean's new year's eve special, and then watched Back to the future movie, it was awesome :) we went to sleep around our normal time, and woke up into the new year :) We'll always treasure th very special memories made, from new year's eve, and looking forward to many more memories being made, all throughout the new year :)

As the new day was blososming this morning, i was getting ready for my 1st nature walk of 2021 :) nature is a big part of our days, and our lives, throughout the seasons :) i knew our nature friends would be gathering for their 1st breakfast of the new year :) i gathered a big bowl of goodies, and went outside for my nature walk :) i saw some happy birds gathering in our backyard, and i also saw the moon still visible in the sky :) i walked over to the bird sanctuary area in our yard, and put lots of goodies all around this area :) our nature friends were so excited, to enjoy their baking friday breakfast feast, for the 1st day of the new year :) i saw sparrows, crows, bluejays, and i also saw a seagull soaring over :) it's so nice, enjoying nature, the day and new year began with some awesome sunshine, a beautiful sunrise sky, and it's so nice seeing our nature friends :) Holly and i are looking forward to lots of nature walks, as we blossom into the new year, and the blossoming winter season :) i look forward to taking lots more nature pictures to share :)

It was a sweet early morning :) We all were wishing eachother a happy new year, and a very special friday tradition i love very much, is wishing my family, Holly, and friends a happy baking friday, and i share with my family and Holly, your sweet happy baking friday wishes :) You all are so nice, sweet, and very thoughtful :) We love the baking friday tradition, and are so happy and excitd, to blossom into a whole new year, of super fun baking friday adventures :) it brings our hearts lots of special joy, getting to bake goodies each week, and sharing our adventures :) with 52 weeks in the year, it's 52 awesome baking friday adventures, to get to bake, and many great memories being made :) We have lots of awesome fun adventure planned, to begin the new year, and all throughout the year, making our favorite recipes, and also trying new recipes :) We want to try our new air fryer soon, and also our new crock-pot slow cooker :) we're so happy, and thankful, to have the baking friday tradition in our lives :) Thank you everyone, so very much, for joining us in our kitchen each week, and for welcoming us into your kitchens :) it's awesome fun getting to share with eachother, about the nice foods, and goodies we all bake, and cook :)

We sure do love our baking friday adventures, and sharing our adventures with everyone :) keeping with the tradition, a wonderfully wholesome tradition, today, the kids, Holly, and i baked Snowflakes themed 2021 Sugar cookies :) Holly also made her awesome mega sugar cookie :) We love baking, and the special joy it brings our hearts :) We have a very special thank you for my mom and dad, for picking up some nice baking friday supplies at the store, and a special thank you for Holly :) She designed an awesome 2021 banner, for our kitchen decorations, it's a special dedication to family and friends, visiting everyone a healthy, and happy new year :) The banner is awesome! :) it looks so nice, and makes our kitchen glow, along with all of our baking friday supplies, and decorations :)

This morning, i began to gather our baking friday supplies, and decorations, and went out into our kitchen to begin to set up and decorate our kitchen, for our super fun first adventure of 2021 :) i decorated with a happy new year theme :) our kitchen looked awesome! :) decorating our kitchen is a cool part of baking friday each week :) Holly and i are enjoying some blueberry iced coffees today, cheers! to the new year, family, friends, good health, and spirit soaring times to share in, with festivities and traditions, that brings our hearts a lot of happiness, joy, and excitement :) around late morning, we had some nice leftovers for lunch, and during th early afternoon, enjoyed some nice time here on DS, writing to friends :) it's such a nice 1st day of the new year :)

Around 3pm, Alyssa, Jenn, and the kids came over for baking friday :) lots of great spirit, and excitement in the air :) We all were wishing eachother a happy new year, and a happy baking friday :) We're so happy Holly joined in on the baking friday fun this week :) We all began to gather in our kitchen, for our super fun adventure :) Each week, we love to use our nice baking friday supplies we've recieved from family and friends over the years :) i wore my apron that Holly gave me, and we use our oven mits, kitchen towels, and all of our supplies, are a big part of our baking, and cooking each week :) Our kitchen was all set, and we were ready to bake some awesome goodies :) calling all cookie monsters! :) it's time to bake! bake! bake! :)

We began our super fun adventure! :) baking friday teamwork! :) We began to prepare the sugar cookies :) We love sugar cookies :) The kids are great helpers :) They love to help :) We're so proud of the kids, and how much they've learned, about baking and cooking :) We were adding the ingredients, super stirring, and sharing lots of smiles :) We added extra butter into the cookies dough :) We love extra buttery sugar cookies :) Holly made her mega sugar cookie in the microwave, she mixed up the cookie mix, some water, and melted butter :) Holly was so excited, joining in on the baking friday fun :) Alyssa was helping, and my mom, Jenn, and little Carter came out into the kitchen, and you all are always right there with us in spirit :) We got some plates, and put flour onto the plates, we had the flour flying in the air in the kitchen! :) hehe! : )We began to make the cookie dough into snowflakes shapes, using our nice snowflakes shaped cookie cutter :) i used butter to grease the baking pans, and put the first batch of cookies into the oven to bake :)

We love the scent of sugar cookies baking :) We continued to make some more snowflakes themed sugar cookies, and Holly's mega sugar cookie came out great :) We were planning some very special designs, for the cookies, for new year's. and a special shoutout to all of our dear angel friends :) we did some cleaning up in the kitchen, and then made some light blue colored frosting, and also made golden/yellow colored frosting :) we had some green frosting too :) the first batch of cookies finished baking :) they baked nicely :) i put a 2nd batch of cookies into the oven :) We were all hanging out, and waiting for the cookies to cool down :) an easy tip on helping the cookies cool quicker, that we've used over the years, is putting the cookies, into the fridge, or freezer for a good 5 minutes or so :)

Once the cookies had finished cooling down, we began to decorate :) Holly decorated her mega sugar cookie, with frosting, a special message for our dear angel friends, it says, "DS, Happy better near year" with a heart design, it's awesome! :) we decorated the snowflakes cookies, with a light blue frosting, and with the golden yellow frosting, wrote 2021 on and a special shoutout to our dear angel friends, two cookies that has a D and S :) The cookies came out great! :) the 2nd batch of cookies finished baking too :) we kept some cookies plain, as the kids sometimes want the cookies plain :) the cookies look awesome :) we're so happy and excited! :)
We had so much fun baking goodies :) i thanked Holly, Alyssa, and the kids for helping bake :) We love these awesome times, and all of the great memories being made :) We have many more super fun baking friday adventures to look forward too, as the new year continues to blossom :) i think next week, we'll bake some cheese pizza's, and maybe some cheese breadsticks too :) it's os much fun baking ,and we're so happy and excited to bloosm into a whole new year of baking friday fun :) A very special shoutout, for family and friends :) lots of great bakig, and cooking this week, with the holiday's :) We love hearing about the nice foods, and goodies you all bake and cook :) We're with eachother in spirit, in our kitchens :) i wish we all could gather and have a big baking friday picnic :) This is so much fun, and very special! :) many great memories made, to always cherish and treasure :) baking friday! :) we love it!! :) January 1st, 2021 :) Happy baking friday, and Happy new year everyone! :)

We're enjoying a great day! :) Celebrating the arrival of the new year, 2021, with some awesome baking friday fun, and spirited cheer, of beginning a fresh new year :) my family, Holly, and i are doing well, healthy, and in good spirits :) We're having a very special time, celebrating the new year's holiday with everyone, baking goodies today and enjoying a nice new year's holiday dinner my mom  made, ham, potatoes, carrots, and more :) We love new year's, and are so happy and excited, to share in, and celebrate many more special times with everyone, as the new year blossoms :) There's lots of great things going on, and many special memories being made :) The weekend is arriving with lots of new year's spirit :) Tomorrow, Holly and i are going to watch some movies :) We love our fun, popcorn movie marathon's :) We're gonna have some foods, snacks, and drinks :) i'm going to do some letters writing this weekend, and writing Thank you cards :) i love my new year's writing area :) Holly and i are super excited and pumped up for the big football sunday party :) We're going to cheer on my Washington football team, and Holly's Ravens team :) it's gonna be an awesome weekend :) i look forward to sharing our weekend festivities, and pictures with everyone in my weekend journals :) There's many more great things to look forward too :) Tonight, Holly and i are going to watch 2 episodes of Most Haunted show :) We love our fun, friday night paranormal party night's :) Wishing everyone a safe, peaceful, and happy new year :) keep healthy, safe, and strong everyone :) Thank you angel friends, so very much, for all that you do for us, and for the very special heart warming joy you all bring to our days, our hearts, and our lives :) You all are wonderfully nice, sweet, and very caring :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) big group warm caring happy sunny friendship hug and cheers! :) You all give us strength, hope, inspiring us to enjoy each day to the fullest :) Thank you all, for brightening our days and making each day very special :) We're so happy, thankful, and blessed to have you all in our lives :) We look forward to sharing in many more very special times, adventures, and all of the seasonal winter time traditions and festivities with family, friends, nature walks, and the wonderful spirit of the season, as we blossom into the new year, 2021, with many more special times to share in :)
