thank you dinah hope all is going well with u & that u stick with the walk I know how it is trying to lose weight been doing it for a little over 6 yrs its been a long road but I'd rather take it off gradually then quickly..... in the last 2 yrs & a few months it had started up again because i was at a stand still finally last april was able to start buying smaller clothes it felt good to be able to do that.... I wish u nothing but the best on that..... hugs to u

I still get confused with DS trying to work out where I have made comments and other people have commented on my comments! Is there a short cut that you know of?? Hope 2017 is going OK so far!

No no known shortcut that im aware of.... its kinda going good last wknd i broke down & told my fiance that come monday i was going to call to make an appt with the dentist as I kept putting it off in spite of being in pain with my teeth well last wknd the pain was through the roof well monday i made an appt had the appt this past wednesday here of course they did xrays the reason why my upper teeth were hurting is because i have a sinus infection and as for the bottom teeth i have a decayed tooth that needs pulled.... :( well got the appt made for the tooth to be pulled which will take place next tuesday (1-19) sooo i was given antibiotics to take in the meantime.... hope all is good on your end
