Happy MLK day
MY sinus pressure is pretty bad today ! I hate this. It affects my breathing and im an asthmatic so im really bothered.Guess i just need to vent. I am using the saline wash and i am doing the steroid sprays . nothing helps the left nostril. there is slight relief in the right one but nothing is happening in the left. The congeston is and drainage is causing the left lung inflammation as well. I wonder if surgey is gonna be my only alternative. I am trying my best to be optimistic but its hard because the simus mAKE ME DIZZY AND FEEL FAINT. i also got heavy chest congestion because of it so i take a nebulizer treatment so that i can clear my chest but that makes me more dizzy and nasal stuffiness. so i take the nasal sprays which sends the mucus down my throat and then the chest tarts again. its a vicous cycle.IS THERE ANY HELP AND RELIEF FOR THIS... SHOULD I JUST SUCK IT UP AND CALL MY LIFE A MESS. I CANT ! IM A FIGHTER ! I GOTTA GET THROUGH THIS SINUS ISSUES.
