Happy Memorial Day! :) BBQ cookout, roasting marshmallows :) a wonderful day :)

Happy Memorial Day! :) Enjoying a wonderful and peaceful day, with family, friends, and the very special spirit of the holiday :) We're all with eachother in spirit :) We're very happy and excited :) We've been having family over to visit today, Jenn and family came over to visit :) we fired up the grill, and BBQ Grilled some foods, and having some spring/summer salads :) We grilled hotdogs, hamburgers, plant based burgers for Holly, plus had shrimp and lots more :) The kids had lots of fun jumping on the trampoline :) We all roasted marshmallows on an open fire :) We got a cool new fire pit that Alyssa and family gave us :) Holly and i enjoyed some nature walks, checking in on our plants, and are so happy and excited to blossom into some gardening as the week goes on :) We're enjoying the holiday weekend, so very much :) Thank you angel friends, for sharing in, and celebrating the holiday with us :) it's been a really relaxing, peaceful stretch of days with so much more to look forward too :) We're so happy we got to BBQ grill some foods today :) we love cookouts and are looking forward to lots more as the season goes on :) Holly's working on a new arts and crafts project, she's painting a mini table with a beautiful sunflowers design :) it looks awesome! :) Enjoying a wonderful day, with family, friends, nature, BBQ cookout, and the very special spirit of memorial day, and the awesome spirit of the season :) Tomorrow's sweet treats tuesday! :) We look forward to going out to get some treats :)

Memorial Day BBQ Cookout! :) we love having a BBQ cookout, especially during memorial day holiday weekend :) it truly is the weekend, that begins the countdown to summer season :) We've been looking forward to firing up the BBQ grill, for some grilling :) over the past couple months, we've been getting our yard, and garden ready for times like today, and all throughout the season :) my mom and dad have been going to some stores, stocking up on some supplies for our memorial day BBQ cookout :) a very special thank you for my mom and dad :) There's lots of seasonal favorites we enjoy, and there's just something so very nice, about the scent of BBQ foods cooking on the grill :) it makes it feel like classic spring/summer time :) i helped my mom prepare some shrimp platters :) my mom and dad picked up some plant based burgers for Holly :) i husked the corn on the cob :)

BBQ GRILLING TIME!!! :) fird up the BBQ grill, and grilled some hotdogs, burgers, and also brought out shrimp, potato salad, corn on the cob :) The kids were having fun jumping on the trampoline :) my mom, dad, Taylynn, Holly and i, and Jenn and family were all having an awesome time visiting :) We love the scent of the foods grilling :) We all began to dish up :) we all enjoyed the foods, we love BBQ cookouts :)We were enjoying the cookout :) my dad got our new fire pit going that Alyssa and family gave us :) We were enjoying hanging out, and gathered some sticks to roast marshmallows on the open fire :) it was so much fun! :) Holly and i joined everyone, it was awesome! :) We enjoyed the marshmallows :) Jenn cut some watermelon for everyone to enjoy :) We love our BBQ cookout area :) We thanked Jenn and family for coming over :) We thanked my mom and dad for the awesome BBQ cookout :) it was awesome getting to have a BBQ cookout today, sharing lots of smiles, and many great memories being made :) We look forward to many more BBQ cookouts throughout the season :)

This morning ,we had a sweet peaceful day, rising and shining :) We've been enjoying the weekend very much :) even with rain on saturday, and sunday, we're still making the most of the weekend :) some cleaning, organizing, writing :) Holly and i watched 6 movies on saturday, and 8 episodes of TWD show yesterday :) We're so proud of the organizing and cleaning we've been doing too :) we got our living room, home all refreshed for the new week :) Holly's working on a nice new crafts project :) She's painting a mini table, with a beautiful sunflowers design :) she's doing an amazing job, it looks so nice, and awesome :) She loves arts and crafts :) i was up early this morning, enjoying some nice time here on DS, writing to friends, and getting ready for my early morning nature walk :) the rain had eased up a bit, and was misting slightly this morning. i gathered a big bowl of goodies, and went outside for my nature walk :) i put lots of goodies in our backyard, for our nature friends :) we've been hearing lots of birds around our yard, and neighborhood :)

Our plants are doing well, we've had our greenhouse closed this weekend, to help keep the seedlings plants warm, the rest of our plants, along with our grapevines, fruit trees, and raspbery bushes are doing well :) Holly and i are so excited to blossom into some gardening as the week goes on :) it's still a bit chilly for this time of the year, but gonna warm back up into the 70's as the week goes on :)Either tuesday, or wednesday, we want to plant our popcorn plants into our planters in our front yard, and also gonna plant more snap peas, string beans, yellow squash, and more sunflowers, flowers :) there's lots of gardening adventures to look forward too :) next weekend, it's gonna be in the 80's, and next monday about 90 degrees, which will feel like a flourish of summer season :) Holly and i are looking forward to continuing to fill in our garden :) it's so much fun getting more and more into the season :) June will be a huge growing month for our plants, and fruit trees, as summer season approaches and arrives :) We're looking forward to sharing all of our adventures and pictures with everyone :)
