HAPPY HALLOWEEN

Hello to all my friends still here. I just wanted to check in and say hello. 

It has been far too long since I stopped by. I was preoccupied with things going on around here and not wanting to be a party pooper. I went through the usual (like we all seem to).... ups (when things were still going smooth and a bunch of us could still muster our growing gripes and grievances to a tolerable level) and our downs (which seem to be growing and amplified as we have so many vacancies within our empolyees right now.)  Being very short handed and more staff fed up and quitting has left us high and dry. 

Corporate has sent in some high paid ladder climbers who are very good at keeping everything at a minimum. The fact is we have been without many things we were promised when we first signed up. There is a new Manager and sales mgr coming. November 3rd is the magic day to see how well she will do but we also worry as this fairly new company is all about bottom lines and not people that they may let go 2 very important staff people who is a part of the reason we are still here.  

There is an option.... a brand new facility they are building closeby. The cost is even higher but has full kitchens and washer dryers in each room. Going to go hear what they have to offer. I am torn because I have grown to like it here.... just not happy with more and more restrictions and rules and regs (as well as paying for things they aren't providing. ) Many of the people here are basically nice people (some have just dealt with things they've been handed badly, so a bit more abrasive at times) But I will continue to be kind and reach out a hand since I am a firm believer in do unto others as you'd have them do unto you. So we have developed a comraderie and plugging forward together.  (at times we can be each others therapy. haha)

So I check in here to see how some of you good friends I have known for quite some time are doing... Wondering if struggles are sometimes a bit less with some joy or blessings sprinkled in ??   I hope so!
