Happy football sunday :) busy day, home improvements, furnace,and water pipe fixed :)

Happy football sunday :) Gameday party, and some very nice home improvements this morning :) A very special thank you for my brother Bobby :) he fixed the water pipe, that has been an issue for us, and also checked our furnace, all is working well again :) we're watching some football, and looking forward to blossoming into the new week with everyone, as the month of December blossoms with holiday festivities, and traditions :) Thank you angel friends, for always being here for us, and for the special joy you all bring us :) We love you all bunches and bunches! :) Wishing everyone a nice new month of December,and peaceful joys throughout the holiday season :)

i have some updates to share, we had a busy morning, to begin the day with my brother Bobby traveling up here to our home :) he helped us with some very nice home improvements :) my brother is a good handyman :) Sometime on friday evening,our furnace stopped being warm, we noticed it yesterday morning. my dad and i checked the furnace, it was cold. we called my brother yesterday evening, he and his family use to live here in our downstairs years ago, and he knows all of the in's and outs of the downstairs, especially the plumbing, pipes, and furnace. we mentioned to my brother about the water pipe, that we've had some issues with. the pipe issue got worse the past month, my dad and i have been going over to the other side of the basement each morning or evening ,to pump the water out. Bobby said he could come over to help :) We're so glad, and thankful :)

We welcomed Bobby over this morning, he came up around 8am :) my dad woke up early this morning too :) we did some clearing on other side of the basement,as we have lots of items in storage, and needed to make it over to the water valve area. Bobby checked the furnace, he says it's lit, and we felt the furnace, it feels very warm. he said, sometimes the thermostat can go off, off the temperature of the area where the theromostat is, gets warmer from a heater, or the dryer. the thermostat kicked in, and is working good again :) my brother took a look at the water pipes, we've had lots of problems with the pipe, with a water drip, and now it was flowing, and even sometimes the water seeped over here to our side of the downstairs basement. my brother knows lots about plumbing, he was able to pin-point the issue with the pipe, the pipe is copper, and had a hole,that was getting worse. i gave my dad and Bobby money to buy a new pipe, and clamps, they went to 3 places and finally found the right PV pipe, and clamps :) Bobby fixed the pipe,my mom turned the water on and there's no drip, into the huge bucket, it's a huge relief, whew! :)Bobby also helped my dad fix the water faucet in our bathroom :)

Bobby is the hero of the day! :) We're so glad, and very thankful and appreciative of him helping :) our home has warmed up,and there's no need to go over to other side of the basement, to pump out the water. my mom, dad, Holly, and i thanked Bobby :)i paid Bobby money for helping with today's home improvements:)he's very happy with the amount i gave, he asked if was sure, and i said, "i sure am" :) and i said to him, "thank you so much, please treat yourself" :) he thanked me :)it's such a relief, our home is warm, and both plumbing issues repaired :) the issue with the plumbing won't cause any stress/extra work, to pump out the water, and we also don't have to worry about any water seeping over here to our side of the basement, we'll forever be grateful and appreciative of the great work Bobby did :)we thanked him and waved as he began his journey home :)

it was a very busy morning. we got ready to enjoy a nice football sunday, gameday lunch :) We heated up some foods, sweet potatoes, cornbread, we also have some leftover Chinese foods, and sandwiches/salads :) We enjoyed our gameday meal,and having some sprite soda, and iced coffee :) Tiger girl enjoyed some pieces of turkey and ham :) We settled into the afternoon, watching some football :) We love football sunday's :)The Commanders had a great win today, and are now 8-5 on the season :) They are in position for the playoffs with 4 games left :)We have lots of friends who are football fans :) We hope everyone who is watching football, is enjoying the games, and we hope everyone's teams are doing well :) We've got the football games on this evening, and gonna watch some of the Bills vs 49ers game tonight :) It's been a nice stretch of days :) i put lots of goodies outside for our nature friends this morning :) it was a very chilly cold morning, it feels like winter season is arriving. We're all keeping warm :) We bundled up with lots of blankets, and covers last night :)

It's a good day and weekend :) my family ,Holly, and i are doing ok, and continuing with the good care :)We're so glad, and thankful for the great work my brother Bobby did earlier today to help us with some home improvements :) with the water pipe fixed, it will save both my dad and i ,so much time, and it'll be less strenuous/stressful now, not having to pump out the water anymore. We're very relieved :) We enjoyed our gameday meal earlier, resting ,watching football :) we're looking forward to blossoming into the new week with everyone :) We're going to ease into the new week, with some writing, decorating for the holiday's, we also look forward to enjoying some nature walks, sports radio, watching our shows, super wednesday mailing envelopes here from home, ghost hunters party, going to the post office on thursday, and lots more leading us into a super fun Christmas themed baking friday adventure :) i look forward to sharing our days, weekly traditions, and pictures with everyone in my daily journals :) Thank you angel friends, so very much, for all that you do for us, and for always being here for us :)We appreciate you all very much, and will always be here for you all too :)Big group caring ,happy sunny warm friednship hug :) We wish everyone a nice peaceful evening and night :)
