Happy Day and a little anxious
Well, my firstborn son turned 9 yesterday, woke up with a smile across his face til the moment he went to bed a little later than usual I might add! I did alot of running around, last minute stuff and everyone ended up coming over for dinner b/c it was raining and his baseball game got cancelled. So we had a full house. My sister (bless her) made my Mom's Bolognese sauce for our pasta, and I made a nice big salad, veggies and chicken savoy! It was all good. My Dad said, Wow, it's almost like Mommy's!! We had a nice toast to myCharlie, and told him about the day he was born! My brother and his family were there, and our dear friend came with her girls. He opened gifts and had cake(3 different kinds!) and it turned out nice. ... and I did OK! had a little feeling of anxiousness, my Dad gave me a hug and said have a glass of wine! I did!! I think today I will run and take a yoga class after I drop off my little guy at preschool. OR, I will finish up the ad-journal for a memorial fund for a show we are doing over the weekend. That probably is priority, I'll do that first!! Well, I am going to run and give my little guy breakfast, he woke up a little cranky today! :( too much excitement last night for him. Well, I am off, hugs to all!

Happy Birthday to the little guy! I understand that the celebration wasn\'t the same without your mom. She was there in spirit though. What is chicken savoy? I have never heard of it. Always interested in trying something new.
Hope your day was a good one!

Wish I had been there...dinner sounded wonderful! Just so happy to hear such a positive, and inspirational entry! And thank you for the prayers, and hugs, got me through a couple of tough weeks, and I am fully going to bring back good news, I know it!
