Happy Cool Thursday :) plants enjoyed rain, weather watch, and pickling banana peppers :)

Happy Cool Thursday! :) We're enjoying a nice relaxing, and peaceful day :) We've got some rain in our area, it's nice and replenishing for the plants, and trees :) it's a good indoors day, enjoying some sports radio, and tv shows :) it's been a really nice stretch of days, with lots of great nature walks, and gardening adventures :) We're loving the harvesting season :) We're so proud of our first carrot we grew :) we're so happy, our plants are doing very well, and continuing to flourish :) it's a very rewarding time in the gardening season, during these golden days of summer time :) We look forward to some more gardening adventures :) We're seeing lots of happy nature friends visiting our yard and garden this week :) it's awesome, the summer nature energy :) Lots of great memories being made :) We've been hanging out today :) Holly and i made some more pickled banana peppers :) it's an awesome growing season for peppers :) a total of 67 banana peppers so far :) We have lots of jars of peppers pickled to enjoy :) We're also looking forward to making some homemade salsa, especially for football season coming up :) We're keeping a close eye on the weather, there's a storm in the atlantic, that may track up here to New England. we should know more, by tomorrow evening. if the storm is forecasted to impact our area, we'll take the day on saturday, to prepare, protecting our home, yard, garden, and plants. We're hopeful the storm will steer out to sea. We've got a fun baking friday adventure planned for tomorrow, and also looking forward to the weekend, with movies, and TWD returning for a whole new season :) enjoying a nice peaceful, relaxing day, with family, friends, and the awesome spirit of these golden days of summer season :) Tomorrow's baking friday! :) Calling all cookie monsters! :) cookie monsters unite! :) it's almost time to bake! bake! bake! :)

A relaxation day, with peaceful joys :) Hi angel friends! :) my family, Holly, and i hope everyone is doing well, healthy, and enjoying a peaceful day :) We think of you and your family's often :) It's been a nice stretch of days, with lots of nature, gardening joys, and harvesting fresh garden goodies :) We have some replenishing rainfall in our area today, our plants, and trees are soaking it up :) it's a good indoors day. i put goodies outside for our nature friends later on this morning, we had some very heavy rains in our area, during the time when i usually go outside. the rain has eased a bit more, as the day went on. We're keeping an eye on the weather forecasts, there's a storm in the atlantic, named Henri, that could track up here to New England Sunday/Monday. by tomorrow evening, we should know more, by friday evening. if it appears it may come up here, we'll take some precautions to protect our home ,yard, plants, garden. Hopefully it'll steer out to sea. it's been about 30 years, since a hurricane has made landfall here, but there's been tropical storm impacts over the years, especially the past 10 years. Hopefully this storm will steer clear of land. We're enjoying resting today, doing a little organizing, and getting ready for a super fun baking friday adventure tomorrow, and lots more gardening as the season goes on :)

This morning, we had a nice new day, rising and shining :) i was up early, enjoying some nice time here on DS, writing to friends :) it's a very special part of my days :) We had some very heavy rain in our area this morning, it was a torential downpour. i decided to wait a bit, to go outside, to put goodies outside, for our nature friends :) they love gathering the goodies :) It's been a big stretch of nature, and gardening days :) Holly and i are so happy our plants are doing well, and continuing to flourish very nicely, during these golden days of summer season :) We've been seeing lots of cool nature sights throughout the week, lots of birds, butterflies, bumble bees, ladybugs, and lots more :) the hummingbirds have been enjoying nectar, from the flowers, and the feeders :) i hope to take some pictures of the hummingbirds, and golden finches :) the finches are so happy, enjoying the sunflower seeds :) the nature energy has been incredible :)

Holly and i are loving harvesting fresh garden goodies :) It was so cool, and neat, seeing Holly harvest our first carrot yesterday :) a gardening first for us :) We're so proud of our plants, and garden :) we've harvested a total of 67 banana peppers so far this season :) Holly and i are keeping tally, of our garden harvests, and are breaking some records this year :) banana peppers, also snap peas, bell peppers, this season is our biggest season yet, for growing those nice garden goodies :) it's a very rewarding feeling, harvesting :) We're loving pickling lots of banana peppers, and seeing the jars of peppers on top of our fridge :) Holly and i love to hear the jars seal/lid pop, to let us know the jars have sealed :) We're having so much fun, being in the deep garden moments of the season, and taking lots of pictures to share :) Our sunflowers, flowers, all of our popcorn plants, are doing great :) We love sharing our garden, and it brings us a very special joy, these golden days of the season, and all of the gardening memories being made :)

We look forward to harvesting more fresh garden goodies :) we accomplished a lot of gardening this week, freshening up our garden areas, with pulling weeds, and cutting back some tall grass :) We're so happy to see our plants, and yard, garden doing great :) my dad mowed our lawn a couple days ago, with the riding mower, it looks great, and is nicely refreshed :) We'll be harvesting apples, and pears soon, and so excited to bake lots of apple goodies, and also canning pears :) it's gonna be a very neat experience for us :) nature, and gardening is one of our favorite joys, and has helped make our summer full of fun adventures in the garden, to share :) We're looking forward to lots more times, to share in as the season continues on : )there's still a full month of Summer season left, plus our garden could continue to thrive into deep september, we have lots of marigolds, morning glory flowers, and gonna continue to put our planters in sunniest areas of our yard, so that they can continue to flourish throughout the rest of the season :) We look forward to tending our plants, and garden in the upcoming days, and hoping the weather remains calm, sunday/monday, but just incase, we'll definitely get our plants ready, for the weather. We love our garden, yard, plants, and trees :) it's a very special time in the season :) Thank you angel friends, so very much, for sharing in, and celebrating this beautiful gardening season with us :) happy nature, and garden season smiles :)

We've been hanging out today, we put some sports radio on early, and also some tv shows :) i put some nice goodies outside for our nature friends close to 9am when the rain had lightened. :) We've been enjoying some organizing this week, and i've been browsing some coins, and stamps :) i love to browse, and may order some more stamps, and coins soon, to add to my collection :) Holly and i are looking forward to our mega cool and spook-tacular, zombies movies marathon on saturday, and TWD marathon on sunday :) we've been looking forward to it all week, and picking out some of our favorite zombies movies, for the special weekend, of TWD returning with an all new season :) We're also planning a fun baking friday adventure for tomorrow :)We're very thankful for much peacefulness this week, and enjoying our daily routines, and traditions :)

We're enjoying a nice relaxing, and peaceful day :) my family, Holly, and i are doing well, healthy,and keeping in good spirits :) We're enjoyuing the week, and so happy and thankful for the nice rainfall we've been recieving today :) our plants and fruit trees are soaking up the rain, and continuing to super mega grow :) it was so nice, enjoying a phone call today, pickling a couple more jars of banana peppers, and also putting some tv shows on :) Holly and i are going to watch some episodes of "mad tv" comedy show tonight :) it's one of our all time favorite shows :) Tomorrow's baking friday! :) calling all cookie monsters! :) we're going to be baking some nice chocolate chip cookies, and making fried yellow squash :) We love baking friday, and sharing our adventures :) The spirit of these golden days of summer season, are so very nice :) We love celebrating the season with everyone :)
